I had a great home buying experience with Pulte Homes from start to finish and even post-sale. I highly recommend Pulte Homes. The quality of home is amazing as well.

Pulte Homes is a great home builder. They have lots of floor plans and options to choose from at reasonable pricing. Our superintendent was very attentive to our home. When we were designing and building our home it felt like we were building our own custom home.

Beginning with the sales staff, the project general manager, and customer service, the Pulte team is truly exemplary. Considering the many home choices available Pulte stands out as a "best in class" builder because they deliver on what they say and if a mistake is experienced the Pulte team is front and center to make corrections. My second Pulte home and I wouldn't purchase from anyone else.

My home is amazing and absolutely awesome. The entire process was easy and each and every department was trustworthy and helpful!

I had never purchased or built a Pulte home. The process and people involved were terrific. Designing and building the home was much easier than I thought it would be. I lived far away during the entire process and the Covid-19 virus complicated my ability to travel to see the home. The Pulte team made me feel like I was there. They were responsive to every question, followed-up on anything I asked. I received frequent updates from the team with photos and videos. My wife and I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend Pulte and would not hesitate to use them again.

Every Associate throughout the process has been genuine and aimed to please. The communication was always prompt and positive. Working with so many knowledgeable staff made this experience a positive lifetime memory.

We were able to see the progress on our home week to week as it was being built. The field manager, Steven was very attentive to our emails and requests.

The quality of the workmanship was superb. The builder Patrick was helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend Pulte to anyone looking to build a home.

THe home is solid… I do not think the builder should carry the appliances brand of whirlpool. THe appliance are cheap junk and detract from the home. While My home was a spec home already built and furnished with the .appliance It was a negative that almost prevented me from buying thehome

Generally speaking, we had a terrific experience and are thrilled with our new home. It is well built, excellent quality overall, and nearly all the details were completed in a timely manner. We did find it a bit challenging to complete all the steps from another state and had to make a few unexpected trips rather than having to make such important decisions virtually. We also missed a few details at the end - there is an incredible to-do list and items to organize that comes at you at that point and we are still waiting to have those details addressed but we do have a year. They have been very thorough in all phases of the home building process and beyond the closing. Good people in power here.

GM did a great job explaining everything during and after construction.

Love my home buying experience was pretty straightforward. Post home by most of my issues have been addressed but the big issue refrigerator problem remains on addressed. My frustration is lack of responsiveness to my emails and calls about the problem. Very frustrating to have an issue with a new refrigerator and not get any response or assistance in getting it addressed.

A great experience all around. Great quality home, second Pulte home purchased pre construction. Price could of been a bit better but not bad.

Pulte did a nice job helping us through the home buying, building and closing process of our new home. They build our plan to our specifications and delivered a quality home on budget and faster than we expected.

Overall, building process went smoothly as did closing. Pulte was willing to work with us to make the visits and transactions fit with our schedule with minimal delay.

Justin made the process very seamless and the house was completed in the timeframe given. The quality of the house is very good. The only negatives would be that everything shouldn't be an upgrade for the price you are originally paying with the "standard" house. Also some of the items in the house should have been an option, for instance fans or pendant lighting. As for your mortgage company, we feel that the employees are incompetent in knowing what to ask for upfront and not wait until a week before closing to ask for a laundry list of items that could not possibly be met. Fine details could be a bit better but have been great taking care of them.

The best experience I had was with the salesperson, Derek, who was amazing, and the builder manager, Dylan. I had a really great experience with both of them. They were always there for me, and Dylan was especially attentive to my needs. Overall, Pulte is a great company compared to others. I own properties from Lennar, GL homes and Neal Communities, but my best experience has been with Pulte. This is my second house with them, and I have no regrets — it’s been a truly great experience.
