Gita from the sales office was incredible helping us find the right home and for a great price. We actually switched homes and Pulte with Gita"s help made the whole process very easy to do with no additional costs. Great company to do business with.

We having nothing but great things to say about the staff involved in the sale of our pulte home. We are foreign nationals and the experience was very straight forward.

Construction Manager Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went through every step of the house with me personally to make sure I understood every aspect of the home. Any questions at all were easily answered and very thorough. It is obvious that he is extremely knowledgeable in his area and been doing this for a while. That put my mind at ease and helped me to understand the quality that I was purchasing.

The purchase and design appointment went so smoothly. The building process was great! I was told that it would be a 6 to 9 month process and my home was done in 6 months! I would highly recommend Pulte Homes.

All of the staff involved were very supportive, and addressed all of my concerns in a prompted manner. I will definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

Great buying experience with Justin in the Office and his promptness in addressing all that was needed from the beginning to the closing of my new home and thereafter. Customer care and service was also a great experience with Dhilon in taking care of all aspects of the home that needed to be addressed at an exceptional rate of quickness.and his continued communication with me to make sure everything is to my satisfaction with my new home. they did awesome job overall had issue with pulte mortgage as they are slow and unorganized basically clueless and the home warranty is very slow as they only deal with specific vendors and they are far out on responses also we believe that they built the quick move in houses faster and put ours off so they could complete the quick move in houses faster

Carl; The finish quality of our Pulte home is above average. In addition the custom home Project Manager Lester Corzo is nothing but outstanding. My wife and I have had 4 homes built the Pulte home overall product says it all. If I ever decide to build another home Pulte would be our choice. I will recommend Pulte to anyone who asks.

Our new home build with Pulte was a really good experience. We are very happy with our Pulte home purchase. Our project managers were very responsive, easy to work with, and cared about our satisfaction. There have been a few after-move-in issues that have also been responded to timely. We have one exception. Our appliance package doesn't all match. Our contract read Whirlpool appliances. We have a Kitchen-Aid refrigerator that doesn't match the other appliances. We brought this to Putle's attention well before closing. Our project manager and warranty manager have both submitted requests for resolutions. But we/they have not heard back in now eight weeks. Two weeks ago, I spoke with a sales team member who said they would check into this issue and be in touch. To date, we have not heard back from sales either. I have even offered to purchase the correct model refrigerator from a local big box store, transport it home, and install it with reimbursement approval. ... More

The sales person Hannah did a good job keeping us up to date with the build including tons of photos since we were out of state buyers. The construction manager returned all my calls and answered all our questions which made the process less stressful. The only issues were timing which thanks to Ian and supply chains were understandably beyond Pulte's control. Our closing team was very good about fixing last minute issues including making a few last minute changes that saved me a lot of time and effort when I moved in and was very much appreciated.

Our construction manager Ashley was very helpful and professional. Our realtor even mentioned that our house was the neatest and most prepared new home walk through he has done. Pulte's warranty team responded quickly to fixing 2 out of the 3 issues we found with the new house in the first 30 days which we very much appreciated. We are enjoying our new home.

Our experience building a new home with Pulte has been nothing less than outstanding. Melissa, our sales representative, took lots of time explaining the process and helped us select options that would help our house become perfect for us. She also emailed us weekly updates with lots of photos (we were building from out of state). Andrew, our construction supervisor was super responsive to any questions and even saw things on our pre-closing inspection that we missed. That is attention to detail! Building a new home is not always easy... Steven Palmer made the sales process extremely very easy and transparent. His knowledge of the contract and process was paramount! As the building process started. Michael Rodriguez and Donato were very informative and handled our questions and concerns immediately. Their attention to detail is what made the process easy for us. I have had a great a experience with the process of buying and building my house. Sammy Perry and Colton Felt were the best through the process. I give them 5 stars!!!

Overall we are very happy with the build quality of the home, and communication with construction coordinator. Pulte is working thru a few warranty items.

We are extremely satisfied with our Pulte home. Initially we were going to build in another community with a different builder. However several issues came up and discussions with other homeowners led us to cancel that build. We then chose Pulte. Every single Pulte person that we had contact with over the course of the build was courteous and responsive to our questions. The materials and craftsmanship in every room is of the highest quality. The home buying process was easy our salesperson Melissa was amazing and always helpful. The after build process with George in charge is very comforting

First I want to highlight Steven. He was truly amazing in the entire home buying experience. I never felt like the ball was being dropped nor like any questions were being unanswered. He kept us up to date on our home building process and went above and beyond to ask around for us regarding schools and which ones would be the best for our kids. I felt like he was completely reliable and walked us through the entire process. Laura was also amazing. She helped us coordinate the colors and design aspects in our house that would allow our house to really pop and honestly it does really pop! I want to thank her for her patience and working with us. Finally Dylan. Dylan is phenomenal! I truly enjoyed working with Dylan. He was responsive and understanding to any concerns we had. He was also really patient with me and built a beautiful home. Derek the sales manager was easy to deal with as was Ryan the builder. After the house was complete George was the Pulte person who handled all of the issues after we closed on the house, and he has been excellent to deal with. I found everyone we dealt with from Pulte during the process was trying to meet and exceed our expectations.

Jordan (ConstructionManager) was terrific. He was a great communicator, followed through with every request and delivered a new home that was nearly perfect. Love Pulte!
