Building a new home is not always easy... Steven Palmer made the sales process extremely very easy and transparent. His knowledge of the contract and process was paramount! As the building process started. Michael Rodriguez and Donato were very informative and handled our questions and concerns immediately. Their attention to detail is what made the process easy for us. Communication from start until after purchase is very poor. No one in the company returns phone calls, text messages or emails. From the on site sales agent who we first spoke with. pulte finance could not provide a break down of closing costs or current mortgage rates. Pulte could or would not provide advance estimated time line on a closing date in order to lock in a mortgage interest rate. We tried after closing to get ahold the builder to ask a couple questions, no response. the customer care rep standing in our kitchen saying they would not nickel and dime us over getting issues fixed, then proceeded to nickel and dime us over 6 driveway stones out of place and blamed it on us for having a moving truck on them. We were never told to not have a moving truck on the driveway. (Stone companies up and down the street, 15 minute repair. Still an issue). Our Kitchen cabinets and drawers are falling apart, we have been in the house two months with zero follow up on repairs, we had to initiate a follow up call on service and got no answers. From start to finish Pulte was informative, professional and truly cared about me and the home they built for me. My sales consultant and construction manager cared for my home as if it was their own.

I have been very impressed with my experience with Pulte. I have been in my home for a month and am thrilled with the quality of the build. Our construction manager Tommy clearly takes pride in his work. He kept us informed throughout the process and was always available for questions. For the little fixes around the house, Gianni was amazing. Super responsive and helpful. I love my new home so far and can't thank Tommy and Gianni enough for their assistance.

We had an amazing salesperson in Gita and the last two months of our build, the project manager David was phenomenal. Initially the responsiveness to issues were slow. That changed immediately when David took the responsibility of our property. Since moving in, there are minor issues we have discovered, and I am happy to say that 90% of these have been addressed. We planned on making this our forever home, therefore finding a builder with a respected reputation to quality was important. We believe we nailed it with Pulte. We would absolutely recommend Pulte to our family and friends.

I walked in to the sales office and a great guy Lance S took care of me . I told him I needed a home as soon as possible and he sold me a permit ready home in which he was able to fix a price for the base buy immediately . Once the house was under construction my contact Javier was also really terrific , Javier was responsive and always informed me of progress on my home . The build took longer than promised but due to Covid and supply issues it was delayed about 6 months . My home is beautiful and so well built that when Ian came thru nothing happened to it except for a palm tree outside having to be realigned . The delay cost at least 2- points on my mortgage which is an act of banking not but I am not blaming Pulte for that . There were very minor things after the closing that Pulte has addressed . ... We have watched our home go up at the hands of some extremely capable and skilled craftsman. The team overseeing the process has handled things extremely well and presented us with a truly lovely home…extremely well built and impervious to the likes of Hurricane Ian. No damage, no problems and no issues. We are blessed to have decided to sign on with the Pulte Group.

Overall we are very happy with the build quality of the home, and communication with construction coordinator. Pulte is working thru a few warranty items.

We had a fabulous experience working with Pulte homes as they built our home in Riverhall. From our sales agent Alissa, to our construction manager Ed, everyone was fabulous to work with. We are extremely happy with the end product of the house and look forward to using it in the coming years.

Melissa and Javier were great from start to finish and very responsive after we moved in. Had a couple of little things pop up after moving in, which is not unusual at all in the building process and they were on them immediately. Would highly recommenced. Our experience with Pulte has been nothing but positive.

Buying your dream home is a big deal. Trying to find the right builder is even more daunting. I conducted tedious google searches and read multiple reviews. Pulte Home won my trust. Reputation matters, I visited many homes and met with numerous builders and found Pulte Homes to be the right fit for me. I met Dylan at the sales office. His knowledge and expertise was impressive. He was patient and meticulous, providing guidance throughout the process. The experience exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Pulte Homes.

From start to finish the team was awesome and we love the house

We purchased our first Pulte home in 2018. We like the quality of the home so much we decided to purchase a second home in another Pulte community. We recently went through hurricane Ian and neither home even had a roof tile out of place!

Scott was very responsive and went out of his way to answer our questions. Other than supply chain issues significantly slowing the process down, the overall build experience was excellent and we are very satisfied with our Pulty home.

We waited for 3 months at the beginning of the year and walked away disappointed with the development sales management. Connected by recommendation from our realtor to work with Christine and had an A+ experience. The construction manager Scott was outstanding.

The HOA needs to learn how to work with the home owners instead of treating us like we’re just a number!! I know they’re not part of your company, but it should be a concern of yours. Thank you and thank god my house is still standing!!

Last month leading up to closing didn’t go real smooth. Delays, communication were major factors. Supplier and builder coordination were missing,

Since we moved into our new home we had sewage backup into our house twice, The new stove wasn't working correctly. it took an hour to bring a can of soup to a slow boil. The Pulte rep said the range was not supposed to turn red and said it was working correctly. When we tried to start the oven it started making a loud grinding noise, sparking and smoking. the Whirlpool technician that came out said that it was wired correctly, We had electric sockets that did not work, the paint on the walls looks like it was painted by a five-year-old. We have palms that fell over in the storm that were not supported with stakes, We paid for upgraded appliances they gave us a tiny microwave and it doesn't open properly, There is a hole in the facia they say its normal. ...
