Our new Pulte home is beautiful! The design options to choose from were plentiful. We are pleased with the Pulte staff; from the sale office, to the field manager, to the builders. Highly recommend.

Good experience

I had a very positive experience from first tour through and after move in. My sales consultant, Justin, was very knowledgeable and knowledgeable. The Design Center staff worked with me to stay in budget, while incorporating the features I most wanted. I never felt pressured to buy upgrades. My field manager, Sofia, was incredible. She was so supportive, attentive, and worked very hard to meet my move in date requirements. I am very grateful to both Justin and Sofia for everything they did to make this as stress free as possible. The end result - I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW HOME!

All people we dealt with were pleasant and professional. Updates were timely and materials and finishes were as expected. Looking to spend many relaxing years in this home. Community is friendly and welcoming. Winters will be wonderful here.

Smooth process in buying the house

Our building supervisor was awesome. Very attractive to any questions or concerns. The sales team was great. Wish we would have upgraded cabinets to wood as the laminate is not the greatest. Overall has been a really good experience.

Easy buying process Pulte agents are great. Being in the construction business for over 30 years the quality is lacking for the value paid.

Building process was good. The 30 day warranty is Not Great and disappointing especially for what I paid for it. It’s a who is responsible?!! Or you accepted! This is not right

I find myself keeping a spreadsheet for warranty repairs, chasing when repair people don’t show, and am now sending a weekly update on what is outstanding, not scheduled, etc. I already have a full time job and don’t really need more work honestly. Accountability or your partners is critical and accountability of Pulte to manage the repairs to be done. I should not have to chase these on a daily basis between my own conference calls for work. We are home everyday working and schedule our work around folks coming and the rate of showing up is 25% then I have to chase it myself.

Overall the experience was good. Better communications from signing contract to final closing could be improved. I've learned a lot more of what to expect from owners.

We walked into the sales room for Corkscrew Estates and met Sales Rep Steve P that pretty much decided right then and there that we would be buying in Corkscrew Estates Of course there were facets of the properties that also sold us on buying there (lot size, no amenities etc). But back to Steve P he was so helpful full of knowledge and friendliness we went through the purchasing process without any problems. I’m not the most computer or tech savvy but Steve P was always willing and the most patiently to help us out therefore making the buying part very easy and also correctly done. In the end we did not feel were we dealing with a Sales Rep but rather a friend. Can’t say enough for LeRoy also for making sure all our warranty issues were taken care of immediately. ... More

Workmanship is good considering the allowed materials. My complaints are regarding materials. Flat paint is bad. It cannot be washed. I would have rather been given an allowance for appliances because these are REALLY BASIC. Jered’s explanations of everything were very comprehensive. Any issues I reported to be addressed have been so far taken care of in a timely manner.

Dylan and Andrew were great to work with from start to finish.

The homes are well built but a bit close together and on the expensive side. That being said we are excited to be using our home next month.

Good experience and nice product.

For the most part it was a great experience, building here with Pulte. Everyone was great EXECPT dealing with Pulte mortgage.. They are the worst and ruined my home buying and build Looking back I would NEVER use them!!! .. Up until the day before they kept asking for the same things 3 and 4 times when they had it.. Had me running around during the whole process and again up until 2 days before the closing.. I was injured and disabled in the line of duty so it wasn't easy,( Not sayin boo-hoo for me ) I told them you have everything yet.. then threatened me a few times with.. if you don't resend this or that paperwork you will not close!!! The pressure was disgraceful AND UNNECESARY !!!.. Not happy at all with Pulte mortgage and they ways they worked, This is how you treat the disabled?!?!. ... More

Some Great: Pulte Title (Rose), Pulte River Hall (Amanda), Building crew manager (thank you Jared!), PROBLEM And Major Challenge: Pulte "back office" has their own schedule and for a cash sale on a Pulte Builder Spec Home ALREADY COMPLETED MONTHS PRIOR - they tried to put us into their "box" instead of expiditing when there is NO MORTGAGE , house "blessed" by construction & head of River Hall community, nor any other possible delays tried to make us wait with the rest & tried to delay our closing. THANK GOODNESS Amanda (River Hall), Rose (Pulte Title), Jared (Bldg mgr), Kyle (on site Pulte sales rep) and all the staff in the customer service "phone bank" that helped me get WORD to the "back office" to GET IT DONE OR THE SALE WOULD BE CANCELLED. Well everyone EXCEPT the back office was great to work with, there needs to be some differentiation or at least 1 person (there are MANY) in the "back office" of Pulte that could be devoted to buyers in my circumstances (cash & home ready to move in) that the 3 week agreement for us to close SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THE CHALLENGE and taken so much of my time & all the extra efforts (THANK YOU TO ALL OF THEM!!!!) to get it closed. ...
