Sales person top notch, design person very attentive but I was disappointed with limited choices. Superintendent of building was very communities.

Good quality for production home builder. Construction Manager and Service Manager ensured our home was move in ready. They were also professional, effecient and prompt to respond to any questions and very minor touch ups.

Working with Mike on the build and Jason for our punch list has been a pleasure.

We had a wonderful home buying experience from the very first meeting with our sales rep Sammy! He was very informative and helped us out tremendously. Also - during the actual build , our field manager was Lester and he was just FANTASTIC. Lester is a very hard working individual who is there from early morning to the late hours of the evening checking in on the homes and solving issues. Lester is Truly a great asset to Pulte .

We would have liked to see the homeowner(us) be able to do more customization... Whenever we asked about adding or changing something.(and we were willing to pay for it ) .. sorry this is the plan. Pulte needs to be more flexible

Having expected better build quality than I would have had with WCI or Lennar, I was surprised that obvious quality problems were not remedied before the final walk-through. An obviously mis-cut tile was missed by the construction team, so there was a visible gap between the tile and kitchen cabinet. There were also scratches on most of the windows in the house. Given how much I paid for hurricane-proof windows, that was disappointing and rather upsetting.

With Pulte you get what you pay for - no surprises (plus or minus). Actually the fact that Pulte was able to get the job done on a normal schedule in the midst of a Pandemic is noteworthy. There was a little bit of correction needed in workmanship, but it was minor. This was the third Pulte new house we have purchased during a 23 year period, as our retirement needs changed, each with the same satisfactory result.

Customer service was outstanding from the time we looked at homes until we signed with Pulte and paid our money. We didn't get our keys the day we signed. Move-in day keys still weren't ready and it seemed all customer service ended. When we finally got the keys, so did all the guidance on how to get registered as a resident with the HOA. Two months later we are still discovering areas we were supposed to have been given information from the business center at move-in (i.e., back gate). The person who provided outstanding customer service at move-in was the builder whose "office" is still on our street due to properties still being built. The survey's seem premature. Have always like Pulte Homes but never purchased one. Always thought that the quality and workmanship was top notch. Our purchase was a bit less than that. Attention to details, caulking, painting and clean home before move in was lacking. They need to revisit those issues to make sure the customer can move in with little concern for major things such as those. I don't want to move into a home and then have to go behind a 'professional' that has 'rushed' at his/her job. Overall, they are in the process of trying to make it right and make us as the homeowner, happy. That matters!!!!

Perform a thorough walk through before closing and clearly document any items requiring repair by Pulte.

From day of closing we delt with Tommy. All Tommy was interested was for me to give a 10 on his evaluation. I did give him a 10. After living in the Villa I own I found a lot of issues, that should have been found. I myself am a Superintendent and working in the Commercial division on the east coast of Florida. So now that I’m only here on weekends I found a lot of issues the should have been found by Tommy. We’ve been helped by Gianni. He’s not only professional but he listens to these issues and has had them being resolve slowly but surely. Still in progress. I’d like to give Gianni that 10 for an evaluation. All in all the experience of buying a Pulte home was very easy. The workmanship is very good. When we did the walk-through, I was really pleased with how well everything was finished and detailed. I believe the process of working with the designer, at least in my case, could have gone a little smoother. I feel like, as an out of state home buyer, I Could’ve used more time

The house would be perfect but the drywalls finish as well as the paint are horrendous! Pulte response to issues is excellent but the drywalls are a disaster as well as the paint job!

Although there were some construction issues, as in most new homes, Pulte addressed them and corrected them promptly. The warranty team has also been proactive in promptly correcting any issues as well.

Mitchel was super responsive to all our concerns and questions. Great job in building our home. Very detailed in all aspects of his work

I love the fact that Pulti has dozens of inspections from start to finish. I wish the buyers could have more than two home inspections. The tile company really needs to do a better quality control of each step when doing floors. Most floor jobs cover a large area and to get each step correct is critical.

With Covid ending and supply chain issues, I am unsure where any blame should go. Our 1st Pulte home was very smooth, but this had many road bumps in the build. Pulte tried to fix everything quickly, but they had to rely on others, which was the issue. Ian also did not help. Next time I will look to rehab an existing house if there is a next time. Pultie's Superintendent gave us his best effort, which made things better.

The construction manager was a very good person to work with. I'd state that sales and the closing process was below average. It appeared the left foot didn't know what the right foot was doing. During the sale we were promised a few items that didn't come through. Issue was original sales person resigned right after we signed the contract and didn't leave any information on our sale. Person who took over sales never reached out with the exception of an email or two right before closing. If you purchase a home with Pulte document everything. Don't rush your design decisions, make sure you know what's included. Just because you see it doesn't mean you get it. Such as standard pool shows handrail, but you don't get one. All things considered we got a very nice home. Your salesman can give you lots of good info.

As far as the building of the house had no problems at all. All done in a very timely fashion. After the build, slow to get punch out and touch ups done. 8 weeks in and still waiting on service. So be patient. Getting a small mortgage through Pulte seemed to give me the most aggravation. All in all , after everything is said and done, we're happy customers

The home plan, site and space is awesome. We have had several kinks. While all responded too, I’d say it’s because too many contractors are involved.
