Pulte's sales process was the best we experienced while looking for a new home. They were very good at providing updates throughout the construction process. While designing our home we found that options were somewhat limited and deviations that seemed simple to us were not allowed. Standard products like cabinets and appliances are good quality. Supply chain challenges, especially with appliances, have been frustrating. The closing was stressful because there were major items that were not complete. However, Pulte stands behind their product and their team was supportive in finishing the major work quickly. We continue to work with them on the punch list. Overall we like our home and believe the structure is of high quality. We appreciate the followup on issues and the followup warranty program that will continue throughout the first year of ownership. Overall the experience was positive with some moments of frustration. We really like the sales and field construction staff. They were all very focused on delivering a quality product. It is nice to finally be in our new home and we appreciate that it was finished in 9 months in this current environment. My husband and I would highly recommend!

Excellent communication with all Pulte employees. Very good follow up if there is a question or issue. Excellent construction even if you are not present to supervise the build. Employees take pride in doing a good job and service to the customer.

The quality of the work is excellent. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, targets on completions became an issue and supply delays constantly disrupted time lines. Communication regarding this issue is key and Pulte lived up to it and set very reasonable expectations.

Had issues across the board from beginning to end!

We had a great experience. Ryan our project manager was excellent and kept us fully updated on progress. We bought and build virtually due to pandemic and we were impressed with quality and finish. Highly recommend Pulte.

Our process with Pulte home was pretty seamless. Everyone we interacted with wanted to help make the move as stress free as possible. Patrick updated us daily and made sure we understood what each step of the move entailed. We are very appreciative for him

Both the River Hall Construction Manager & Warranty Manager are terrific to work with. They're timely in response, knowledgeable in all issues and follow-up to be sure the customer is pleased with the results. Top notch in every way.

Overall, the building process was good. My building manager was easy to work with. A lot of options but still getting a cookie cutter home that I believe was overpriced.

We would highly recommend them.

Derrick was a great sales person to deal with.

They need to be more proactive after you buy your home.

Excellent experience starting with the Sales Associate. As more Pulte people joined the process the same level of excellent service was provided. The Pulte Field Manager and his team are extremely responsive to minor issues we've had since we moved in. Highly recommend Pulte Homes, Mortgage, and Title companies.

Pulte proved to be a solid builder who provided a great product. I wish communication was a little better throughout the process and that the subcontractors were supervised closer, however I would happily buy another home from Pulte.

EVERYTHING is an extra charge!!! Be careful with the upgrades. They are super expensive. If I knew that ahead of time I would not have built with Pulte. I could not get colors or designs that I wanted!

Be prepared not to request building changes to the contract once the building agreement is signed. Get it done upfront to the best of your ability.
