Our construction manager made the difference. He was excellent. Our 30 day follow up has been on time and they have just about got everything complete that needed repaired or replaced. So far so good.

First I will say that our project manager was GREAT! He was very responsive and kept us informed along the way. He always responded to emails and texts from me even though I know he was super busy. We were able to close with only a few minor issues, but my problem is that we should not have to close until everything is done and addressed. Pulte schedules the closing and has no problem pushing it back if they have issues or delays with material, but YOU cannot change closing or else you will be charged. Even if you are moving from out of state and have a scheduling conflict. The next issue I have is once you close, the challenge is now getting your “punch list” items fixed. Overall experience even with the COVID circumstances delays etc. It was not bad.

Our construction managers have been very helpful since we do not live in our new home yet and are in another state. When there have been issues or deliveries they have been very helpful to us.

Pulte's sales process was the best we experienced while looking for a new home. They were very good at providing updates throughout the construction process. While designing our home we found that options were somewhat limited and deviations that seemed simple to us were not allowed. Standard products like cabinets and appliances are good quality. Supply chain challenges, especially with appliances, have been frustrating. The closing was stressful because there were major items that were not complete. However, Pulte stands behind their product and their team was supportive in finishing the major work quickly. We continue to work with them on the punch list. Overall we like our home and believe the structure is of high quality. We appreciate the followup on issues and the followup warranty program that will continue throughout the first year of ownership. Overall the experience was positive with some moments of frustration. We really like the sales and field construction staff. They were all very focused on delivering a quality product. It is nice to finally be in our new home and we appreciate that it was finished in 9 months in this current environment. Overall, the building process was good. My building manager was easy to work with. A lot of options but still getting a cookie cutter home that I believe was overpriced.

Be prepared not to request building changes to the contract once the building agreement is signed. Get it done upfront to the best of your ability.

Don't rush your design decisions, make sure you know what's included. Just because you see it doesn't mean you get it. Such as standard pool shows handrail, but you don't get one. All things considered we got a very nice home. Your salesman can give you lots of good info.

Everything went very smoothly considering supply chain delays

Easy process, with mortgage, title company , and insurance company all integrated with Pulte . One stop smooth and seamless process.

Great quality for the money

The project manager was exceptional (consistent communication & responsive).

We’ll have to wait and see how customer service does when needed for details large or small that may come up. Response and communication will tell the story.

Sales person top notch, design person very attentive but I was disappointed with limited choices. Superintendent of building was very communities.

The initial loan application was smooth. The follow/up loan process was rough and too stressful.

Take your time choice you additional items not included.

Dont use there closing people

Good quality for production home builder. Construction Manager and Service Manager ensured our home was move in ready. They were also professional, effecient and prompt to respond to any questions and very minor touch ups.

Working with Mike on the build and Jason for our punch list has been a pleasure.

We had a wonderful home buying experience from the very first meeting with our sales rep Sammy! He was very informative and helped us out tremendously. Also - during the actual build , our field manager was Lester and he was just FANTASTIC. Lester is a very hard working individual who is there from early morning to the late hours of the evening checking in on the homes and solving issues. Lester is Truly a great asset to Pulte .

We would have liked to see the homeowner(us) be able to do more customization... Whenever we asked about adding or changing something.(and we were willing to pay for it ) .. sorry this is the plan. Pulte needs to be more flexible
