Some finish work amateurish. Appliances very basic.

As far as the building of the house had no problems at all. All done in a very timely fashion. After the build, slow to get punch out and touch ups done. 8 weeks in and still waiting on service. So be patient. Getting a small mortgage through Pulte seemed to give me the most aggravation. All in all , after everything is said and done, we're happy customers

Overall satisfaction is good. Getting trade contractors back to resolve issues taking much longer than expected

Having expected better build quality than I would have had with WCI or Lennar, I was surprised that obvious quality problems were not remedied before the final walk-through. An obviously mis-cut tile was missed by the construction team, so there was a visible gap between the tile and kitchen cabinet. There were also scratches on most of the windows in the house. Given how much I paid for hurricane-proof windows, that was disappointing and rather upsetting.

With Pulte you get what you pay for - no surprises (plus or minus). Actually the fact that Pulte was able to get the job done on a normal schedule in the midst of a Pandemic is noteworthy. There was a little bit of correction needed in workmanship, but it was minor. This was the third Pulte new house we have purchased during a 23 year period, as our retirement needs changed, each with the same satisfactory result.

The home plan, site and space is awesome. We have had several kinks. While all responded too, I’d say it’s because too many contractors are involved.

There is a long list of things that I am very pleased with, but I am sure the minor things that could have been better are more beneficial for any firm. Here is my list of changes I would make: - The grass was laid haphazardly and there are holes and empty patches all over the yard. - Our shower door does not close all the way and allows water to leak out - The grout was not sealed and displays each and every drop of water or dirt stain instantly and permanently.

Customer service was outstanding from the time we looked at homes until we signed with Pulte and paid our money. We didn't get our keys the day we signed. Move-in day keys still weren't ready and it seemed all customer service ended. When we finally got the keys, so did all the guidance on how to get registered as a resident with the HOA. Two months later we are still discovering areas we were supposed to have been given information from the business center at move-in (i.e., back gate). The person who provided outstanding customer service at move-in was the builder whose "office" is still on our street due to properties still being built. The survey's seem premature. I recommend asking me about quality in a year or two That's the true test of a well-built home. ... More

Buying the home was relatively simple, follow up after the sale was not which I’ll attribute to one individual as after they were out of the picture and correct person involved, things began moving in the right direction. We’ll see how the repairs go.....

Have always like Pulte Homes but never purchased one. Always thought that the quality and workmanship was top notch. Our purchase was a bit less than that. Attention to details, caulking, painting and clean home before move in was lacking. They need to revisit those issues to make sure the customer can move in with little concern for major things such as those. I don't want to move into a home and then have to go behind a 'professional' that has 'rushed' at his/her job. Overall, they are in the process of trying to make it right and make us as the homeowner, happy. That matters!!!!

We love our house. We have had good and bad experiences during the process. It seems to involve inconsistent approaches by employees.

Things have been ok, but since my closing my construction manager said he was going to get a few things taken care of for me, and now he has moved on to another community, and I haven't heard anything regarding the few issues that I have. It feels like it's a "not my problem anymore" situation since I'm now out of sight, and out of mind. I feel like he just told me he was going to get the things I need taken care of since he knew he'd be leaving. Other than that, things have been ok,

Beautiful community with great resort style amenities and very friendly people. The Pulte sales person Derek was great and the quality of the homes are above average. Although we had a very good buying experience with Pulte, I would definitely not recommend using Pulte Mortgage for financing. We have been buying and selling properties for many years and have never been so frustrated with their financing process. The loan processor Jennifer at Pulte Mortgage gave us such a hard time and wanted so much personal information that was irrelevant to the loan process that we had to get financing through another lender at the last minute before closing. Although we have excellent credit and very good income sources she found ways to make the process more complicated than it needed to be over the 6 month ordeal. We secured a VA loan with another lender within 30 days of closing. After closing, Pulte has taken care of any warranty issues quickly. In summary; aside from the loan process, we had a very good home buying experience with Pule Homes and will recommend buying a home from them to our friends and family, but would warn anyone not to waste their time with Pulte Mortgage and find financing with other lenders. ... The quality of fit and finish was below what I was expecting. We have had several items that needed to be corrected since we moved in 3 months ago.

Good overall experience. Faster build time than we expected. We had a few issues that were addressed as they came up throughout the building process. I wish they had better quality appliances as their standard options and I did not like the vendor they partner with for technology equipment and installation (security system and TV wall mounts).

Ground broke 5-21 and closing was 11-8-24. Fast, efficient, communicative and well built. Construction Managers were great and hand off from one to the other was well done. After closing everything became more difficult and communication slowed down. Clearly "warranty" work is not the same priority as gettting the house sold.

Initial contact with Pulte salesman was positive till we quickly determined he was making mistakes and telling us things that were not accurate. Met numerous workers on the job and none spoke English. Fit and finish of home was average.

We love the model and design we chose and the design team were so wonderful! Our home had taken almost 2 years to build, but we were in no hurry. Pools were way overpriced and forced people to opt out of getting a pool and hire a pool company after they closed. We got a pool after talking them down from 300k originally. I’m embarrassed to tell people how much I paid. Some of the sub contractors were great! Nice quality work and others should not be working for any builder. We had a wonderful experience with our project managers! They are so helpful and do their best to get issues taken care of. Unfortunately we closed on a house that was not done and paid for a home we could not move into. The painting and staining was not done. Managing the QUALITY of work being completed during the process would greatly improve everyones experience with Pulte. People are paying out of pocket for their homes to be painted correctly after they close, to get a better quality finish. After spending over 2m on my home, I’m fixing the painting issues myself to ensure that it gets done correctly. The other items are being taken care of promptly and have been very pleased with the response of getting issues resolved. We would recommend Pulte and would for sure buy another Pulte home! ... More

Overall house is ok. Kitchen cabinets that were upgraded look like they're 10 years old. Quality is ok but finish is terrible. Scratched and look used. House is very noisy. AC hums loudly thru vent in hallway. Dishwasher and washing machine very loud. Had a few issues that were dealt with promptly. Still waiting for a few things to get fixed. Homes are VERY close to each other. Overall satisfied but not wowed by any means. Had a Lennar home prior to this. If I had to do it over I'd probably use lennar for the value vs cost

I am a senior who is alone and have decided I needed to be near family. my younger brother and his wife were very cordial to invite me down to fort myers to live near them. The stress of the situation was I am alone and did not have guidance on all this Technical stuff. My brother is my POA and Pulte would not allow him to sign for me at the closing. He lives here so it would have been convenient for everybody except apparently the title company. Thankfully Pulte had an employee who was very kind. Instead of insisting that I sit alone at a kitchen table signing documents online that I didn't understand she willingly fedex me the closing papers so I could read them and sign them with a pen. Imagine that. I'm grateful for Darlene. This was a stressful time for me and she turned it into something I could deal with. ... More

This is our third home in SW Florida with three different builders. Our delivery expectations were high but were disappointed with the final product and the amount of items required to be repaired on our 30 day punch list.

The initial purchase and the home quality was great. We did and still do have some exterior items that are taking far to long to resolve.

The Villa is very nice. and generally happy with it. However, attention to detail for a $500K+ Home is very lacking. Found many areas of poor workmanship: Cable wire boxes not connected to the wall, light switches not level, missed paint spots, paint spatters on tile floors, sink stoppers hard to operate, m is wired electrical outlet, door hinges with paint and glue on them, door frame casing not properly aligned and many more items. Pulte was responsive to our issues but they should not have happened in the first place. Check everything you can prior to or during pre-close walk through. Do not let them rush through and take as much time as you need. Make a check list for follow up. ... More

It was an easy process.

Pulte did provide what was contracted and overall we are satisfied with the finished product, even though it was over 2 months late., However some , "fit and finish" and punch list items remain unresolved after over 30days. Text, emails, person-to-person contact with the "Construction Sup" have resolved only some minor issues. But remaining issues : Missing expansion joints on Concrete garage floor, excessive gaps and leaks shower door are still remain unresolved .
