Build process was fine and Pulte Build Supervisor was very responsive. Basic house construction is good. Detail work not as good. Sub come backs required to fix poor quality initial workmanship. Pulte warranty representative is also very responsive to work through the sub schedule. Overall, even with the finish issues, house is very nice. Landscaping was really nice.

We had a great experience with all our questions answered at every phase of the building process. We were kept informed and given information about how long the process would take and what items might be delayed because of COVID or supply chain issues. Overall, we would buy another Pulte home. The quality and care was there throughout the process.

When we took possession of our new Pulte home it felt like they were handing over their baby to us. Our sales person Cathy S. kept pictures coming throughout the build, our target close date was met in spite of supply chain disruptions and our on-site field manager Tommy was also so helpful. Even after the closing I feel like the Pulte family is truly family. We are proud to say we bought a Pulte home.

Very disappointed. Far from model center finish. Far from it. I’ve built at least 5 house in the past. This being the top of the list of not being happy with the quality of workmanship. This is as I see it snd experienced it Sorry. Will not recommend PULTE to any of my affiliates

Since we were not able to be in town for the whole building process it was nice the our sales person and foreman were constantly sending pictures and communication with us the progress at each milestone. They cared a great deal about the product they were selling and building. Given the times now the overall experience was great and promises were kept.

We have had 5 Pulte New Builds. This is by far the worse. Fit & finish is terrible.

The models were decorated beautifully and the quality of construction is high. Very responsive team from the sales representative to the project manager.

The help from Lisa Potts and Jordan Hutchinson was amazing. They made sure the process was smooth, especially for being out of state during the construction process.

Ed had great passion about his job and delivering a quality home to us!!

Everything went very smoothly considering supply chain delays

Easy process, with mortgage, title company , and insurance company all integrated with Pulte . One stop smooth and seamless process.

From meeting Melissa when looking for a home to being happily settled in our home now and working with Luisa, we have been very happy with all of the process. Working with Ed while our house was being built was great!

The experience was horrible. The loan and home insurance was terrible with several different and unexplained quotes, unanswered calls, and errors. There is zero quality of workmanship and materials. Everything is damaged in some way from improper handling and no care taken to prevent damage. Some examples are : driveway pavers have paint and roof mortar, unevenly framed walls that have humps and curves, paint and caulk on the tile floors and grout, dull paint finish on my kitchen cabinetry, scratches on my windows, stains on my master tub, unlevel window sills by up to an inch from corner to corner, improperly centered thermostats, AC vents and returns, crooked bathroom mirrors, improperly pitched gutters holding water, expansion foam all over on the roofing tile and siding of the house, and numerous painting/sheetrock work. I don't trust this builder. These issues all should have been seen and addressed prior to closing by their project manager. The builder emphasizes that the build process is closely monitored for quality assurance. Its apparent to me no one was monitoring my build. I expected better quality for the amount paid, not value. My experience has been outstanding in every way!

Building a home is a process. Things inherently get delayed or mistakes are made ;we are all human. I built my Florida house while living in Michigan. Communication was great. Pulte team responded to any challenges that were under their control with out exception. If there were delays outside of their control they notified me in a timely fashion

The quality of the home and the responsiveness by Pulte were outstanding. There were minor issues with paint and mortar on the garage floor that were quickly taken care of. My only complaint, which I didn't bring up for resolution, is the fact that after the tile was set, the finish subcontractors that followed did not wear booties. I wanted to seal the floor tile grout before occupancy and it was dirty enough that I had to clean it before I could seal it. I did not bring this issue up but just cleaned it myself, which took a full day. The home was not completed when we closed. Promises made were not completed, Still working with warranty to get things repaired that should have be done before closing. 2 months after closing. Rushed into keeping original closing date. Pulte is building houses way too quick with no quality.

From start with the salesperson all the way through the process, these people all did what they said they would do and accommodated our wishes. A very positive and stress free experience.

buying process was good. Option selection process good. Quality controll was not satisfactory. Too many issues found by buyer which should have been picked up by Pulte. Punch list slow fixes and not good followup. example stucco fixed but no one came back to paint. expensive fridge was installed poorly but fix made was poor and missed that top of fridge eqipment door was split and needed to be replaced
