We love our house. We have had good and bad experiences during the process. It seems to involve inconsistent approaches by employees.

Things have been ok, but since my closing my construction manager said he was going to get a few things taken care of for me, and now he has moved on to another community, and I haven't heard anything regarding the few issues that I have. It feels like it's a "not my problem anymore" situation since I'm now out of sight, and out of mind. I feel like he just told me he was going to get the things I need taken care of since he knew he'd be leaving. Other than that, things have been ok,

Beautiful community with great resort style amenities and very friendly people. The Pulte sales person Derek was great and the quality of the homes are above average. Although we had a very good buying experience with Pulte, I would definitely not recommend using Pulte Mortgage for financing. We have been buying and selling properties for many years and have never been so frustrated with their financing process. The loan processor Jennifer at Pulte Mortgage gave us such a hard time and wanted so much personal information that was irrelevant to the loan process that we had to get financing ...

Good overall experience. Faster build time than we expected. We had a few issues that were addressed as they came up throughout the building process. I wish they had better quality appliances as their standard options and I did not like the vendor they partner with for technology equipment and installation (security system and TV wall mounts).

We love the model and design we chose and the design team were so wonderful! Our home had taken almost 2 years to build, but we were in no hurry. Pools were way overpriced and forced people to opt out of getting a pool and hire a pool company after they closed. We got a pool after talking them down from 300k originally. I’m embarrassed to tell people how much I paid. Some of the sub contractors were great! Nice quality work and others should not be working for any builder. Overall house is ok. Kitchen cabinets that were upgraded look like they're 10 years old. Quality is ok but finish is terrible. Scratched and look used. House is very noisy. AC hums loudly thru vent in hallway. Dishwasher and washing machine very loud. Had a few issues that were dealt with promptly. Still waiting for a few things to get fixed. Homes are VERY close to each other. Overall satisfied but not wowed by any means. Had a Lennar home prior to this. If I had to do it over I'd probably use lennar for the value vs cost

The Villa is very nice. and generally happy with it. However, attention to detail for a $500K+ Home is very lacking. Found many areas of poor workmanship: Cable wire boxes not connected to the wall, light switches not level, missed paint spots, paint spatters on tile floors, sink stoppers hard to operate, m is wired electrical outlet, door hinges with paint and glue on them, door frame casing not properly aligned and many more items. We had an amazing salesperson in Gita and the last two months of our build, the project manager David was phenomenal. Initially the responsiveness to issues were slow. That changed immediately when David took the responsibility of our property. Since moving in, there are minor issues we have discovered, and I am happy to say that 90% of these have been addressed. We planned on making this our forever home, therefore finding a builder with a respected reputation to quality was important. We believe we nailed it with Pulte. We would absolutely recommend Pulte to our family and friends.

Overall our buying experience was good from our sales agent Melissa and Luisa our customer service care representative! Due to several delays and supply issues, our building time frame was heavily impacted, Communication could have been a little better. No prewarning about building process style. Lack of room for negotiation. Everything is a one way decision by builder. Limited material selection. Everything is an expensive upgrade. Customer service after moved in is slow. If I had more warning up front, might have approached building differently

Pulte requires that you buy appliances through them. The washer and dryer were installed and no consideration was given to the installation of a countertop being placed over them. There is not sufficient ductwork, gas line and plumbing to allow working on the appliances. Pulte has yet to respond.

As of right now my 30 day to do list is still not completed from the contractor I was scheduled mid December and had very little work completed between the two days. Now rescheduled for January 22. Don’t know why I get pushed back a later date. Just completed it PULTE and I will give you all five stars. Rich has been awesome....
