This is the second home I purchased from Pulte , the first home everything went smoothly everything was in place and it was well built . The design center was informative and helped picking and choosing design products . The new purchase was a little different , the home seems to be well built, but we have a problem the design center . When picking finishes and appliances there was a problem . When picking the appliances , we were not informed by the design sales person that the refrigerator that we had pick did not fit in the opening . The refrigerator should have been cabinet height but the standard refrigerator protrudes from the cabinets by 8” .I am hoping that John Mc Murray the problem adjuster can correct this issue. ... Great build and quality homes.

We are enjoying our new home and appreciate the support from Justin, Sofia, and Anthony.

We purchased our home virtually using Facetime. Once the purchase was completed we had scheduled calls, bi-weekly photo updates and lots of emails. We were a bit nervous not being there in person, turned out to be an amazing experience. We love our new home.

The entire buying and building process with Pulte was perfect, and our home is even better than we hoped it would be. All companies should aim to deliver the kind of experience that we have had with Pulte.

We signed contract in the summer of 2020 in the middle of COVID. We could not fly down for the design meetings and to see progress. I am from a family of home builders. When I say Pulte has been absolutely tremendous, this speaks volumes. My brothers and Father are large time developers in the Northeast. They have been rated #1 Custom Home Builders many times. Pulte provides the support and ability to add options to make your home almost custom. When you see other builders and compare Pulte, they stand out far ahead of many other builders. Quality and workmanship is excellent. The whole home buying experience was a pleasure because of the knowledgeable sales and closing representatives.

Sales person top notch, design person very attentive but I was disappointed with limited choices. Superintendent of building was very communities.

The process from start to finish was seamless. Everybody on the team was extremely professional and helpful. We feel the supplies and the materials used are of highest quality for the value of money we paid.

The initial loan application was smooth. The follow/up loan process was rough and too stressful.

It was a great experience buying a new Pulte home, from the initial meeting with Mark in the office and throughout the building of the home under Justin's supervision. I would and continue to recommend Pulte Homes.

The buying and building process was great. We have purchased from 3 other big builders and Pulte has been by far the best.

Purchasing a new home through Pulte was a very rewarding experience. The sales office was always available and willing to answer any questions we had. Our experience with the design center was extremely helpful and they provided options for our home that were not only affordable but also of high quality. Construction time went slightly faster than we expected and Pulte mortgage and Title company seamlessly processed our loan so we could close on schedule. We love our new home by Pulte and the community it was built in!

Take your time choice you additional items not included.

Pulte requires that you buy appliances through them. The washer and dryer were installed and no consideration was given to the installation of a countertop being placed over them. There is not sufficient ductwork, gas line and plumbing to allow working on the appliances. Pulte has yet to respond.

The loan office individuals were very helpful and quick to respond. Our project manager Rich did a good Job in keep us updated on the process. Some repairs items could have been prevented if the project manager/customer services manager were given more time to review and walkthrough property prior to pre close walkthrough. The customer services manager has been responsive. The warranty issue process of getting things scheduled or vendors showing up unannounced was a little frustrating and I think could have been improved with coordination or systems on the back end. This is not the Fault of the customer services manager but maybe process that could be improved. Some instances was easier to communicate with the Contractors to get items fixed. Overall experience was not bad. would recommend Pulte but make sure people are aware that you will have to track items after closing and in some cases have people come out multiple times to fix the same issue due to not be able to get another person to come out and fix it same day. Reason for the overall rating of 3 and rating of 3 for Quality of Workmanship & materials is because the sub contractors work should be reviewed more my the project manager and they should be given more time to review the work of the sub contractors for simple craftmanship items. ... Overall good experience, the final product met our expectations. Responsiveness to minor issues after close have been prompt and resolved to our sastisfaction.

Love my new home. Still working out some kinks with minor issues we had since moving in but overall a good experience

Great customer service and responsiveness to questions or concerns.

Pulte overall is a good builder, however, when I had brought things to their attention after my house was built, I felt that I did not get very responsive scheduling of these items. I am still following up on work that needs to be completed from my punch list. I had a subcontractor that was scheduled to come to my house to complete work today after I took off just did not show up. I don't blame Pulte directly for this but I do not feel that they should work with such unprofessional contractors. I was not contacted at all and had to call the warranty department to inform them of the no show that now has to be rescheduled again. ... More

Dont use there closing people

Great quality homes but communication was few and far between. There were delays due to Covid which is understandable and out of anyone's hands. However, the communication around updates and delays was difficult and unclear which made the process frustrating

We had a great experience Working with the construction manager. He kept us informed every step of the way!
