We are so happy and proud to have a Pulte home! From the initial Sales to the finish we felt Pulte was in our corner the whole way! Our salesperson was always available to answer any questions we had. The design staff was helpful, friendly and enjoyable! Our GM Andrew was the best! This man was in top of things and kept the build go so smoothly. He has been a very asset to Pulte! I would definitely recommend a Pulte build to anyone!

Javier was outstanding to work with. Called, texted and emailed us to keep us informed all along the way.

The entire team from Pulte was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire home purchase. We were updated throughout with pictures at various stages. Buying our home from Pulte was seamless. From our initial contact with Dylan our sales rep to the after Customer Care rep Kevin, the service has been phenomenal. There were a few minor issues as your would expect with a new build. Customer care responded immediately and got the issues resolved with no questions asked. I would highly recommend Pulte to anyone and will definitely do business with them in the future if we ever decide to sell our beautiful home!

This was my third home build and by far was the best experience I’ve had. McKenzie my sales contact was excellent and always very responsive. Mitch, my construction manager, was by far one of the best people I have worked with. He is a man of his word and followed through on all his promises. His attention to detail is stellar and just what a customer needs for peace of mind. Overall a great experience and I LOVE my new home!

Pulteney provided and amazing home buying experience from start to finish! Sammy and Israel provided us all of the information we needed to pick the perfect lot and home for our family! They continued to give us updates including pictures of the homes progress and were with us every step of the way! Our home is stunning and there is no lack of quality! THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS MADE EASY FROM START TO CLOSING.

Right from the sales team to the construction manager I must say that they are great. Very helpful and they keep us updated on the progress of our home. Also the warranty follow up representative is very good and on top of correcting all of our problems.

The project manager met us when we made site visits during the last three months of construction. About 2x per month. He politely and thoroughly answered all our questions. We feel like we have a very well built home.

The Construction Manager Israel, Tommy, etal, did an excellent job of attending to the details of completing construction. Also Israel has made a point to stopping by occasionally to ask how the house is performing. Thanks Israel, Tommy and others.

Our real estate agent, Derek Deros and our construction manager, Ryan Pitts were great to work with! We lived in Missouri while our home was being built in Florida. Both were very good about weekly communication and providing virtual tours. Now that we have moved in, our post closing experience has been much the same. The quality is outstanding and the communication continues to be strong.

Throughout the whole process Andrew wanted to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We definitely appreciated his genuine concern to make sure things were done correctly!!

We lived in Illinois and loved Florida. We found a development that Pulte was building in South West Florida. The process took place in the middle of Covid and Supply Chain issues. Everyone on the Pulte team were all professionals. Throughout the process from the initial signing, design center, construction process, closing and post warranty work the Pulte team kept us updated on the progress and kept us informed. At closing the house was thoroughly cleaned and the construction manager had the majority of items completed from the punch list items before our walkthrough. We received exceptional service from Pulte from start to finish, and beyond. There were no gimmicks in the initial contract phase, choosing our building plan and options/upgrades was a breeze, and we were kept apprised weekly of the build process. The service and contact far exceeded our expectations. The fit and finish of the build is very nice, and Pulte staff was readily available from the final walk-through and closing. We not only feel we chose an amazing builder but we also made some new friends at the company along the way, which is a nice bonus!

We are so happy with our Pulti home! Derek and Angel were super responsive. Every question was answered quickly, every concern addressed right away. The construction site was kept clean. There were a few concerns we had (AC vent not centered in hallway) and Angel had the trades on site to address within days. When we asked something via text or email it was responded to with in 24 hours. Even when the questions were about mail delivery or community issues like water Presure- I was given and honest and respectful answer. Post closing We still see Angel and he asks how ever is. Being out-of-state buyers, the Pulte people we dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and great communicators. They helped to guide our decisions in the features of our new home. They explained everything that was going on with the process and kept us informed in a timely manner as construction progress through Zoom and virtual tours.
