I walked in to the sales office and a great guy Lance S took care of me . I told him I needed a home as soon as possible and he sold me a permit ready home in which he was able to fix a price for the base buy immediately . Once the house was under construction my contact Javier was also really terrific , Javier was responsive and always informed me of progress on my home . The build took longer than promised but due to Covid and supply issues it was delayed about 6 months . My home is beautiful and so well built that when Ian came thru nothing happened to it except for a palm tree outside having to be realigned . The delay cost at least 2- points on my mortgage which is an act of banking not but I am not blaming Pulte for that . There were very minor things after the closing that Pulte has addressed . ... We have watched our home go up at the hands of some extremely capable and skilled craftsman. The team overseeing the process has handled things extremely well and presented us with a truly lovely home…extremely well built and impervious to the likes of Hurricane Ian. No damage, no problems and no issues. We are blessed to have decided to sign on with the Pulte Group.

We had a fabulous experience working with Pulte homes as they built our home in Riverhall. From our sales agent Alissa, to our construction manager Ed, everyone was fabulous to work with. We are extremely happy with the end product of the house and look forward to using it in the coming years.

Melissa and Javier were great from start to finish and very responsive after we moved in. Had a couple of little things pop up after moving in, which is not unusual at all in the building process and they were on them immediately. Would highly recommenced. Our experience with Pulte has been nothing but positive.

Buying your dream home is a big deal. Trying to find the right builder is even more daunting. I conducted tedious google searches and read multiple reviews. Pulte Home won my trust. Reputation matters, I visited many homes and met with numerous builders and found Pulte Homes to be the right fit for me. I met Dylan at the sales office. His knowledge and expertise was impressive. He was patient and meticulous, providing guidance throughout the process. The experience exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Pulte Homes.

We purchased our first Pulte home in 2018. We like the quality of the home so much we decided to purchase a second home in another Pulte community. We recently went through hurricane Ian and neither home even had a roof tile out of place!

Pulte made our build experience great even though we were not in Florida. They kept us well informed throughout the process with weekly updates and pictures and there were no surprises when we closed on our new home.

My experience in getting this home built has been excellent. Patrick G, who was the field manager was unbelievable! He was very professional, thorough and responsive. He really answered all the question I had related and not related to the house.

The construction experience was very good. However the closing became an issue 14 hours before actual due to Alyssa not being current with paper work. Then at closing she left our IDs in the copy machine and we had to drive an hour back to retrieve them.

All companies are only as good as their people. Our experience with the Pulte team of people was superb. From Steven in Sales, Laura in Design and Dylan as our Project Manager, we couldn’t have asked for better people to deal with in the process. Dylan was amazing. He truly manages the project and checks the work and get the jobs done correctly, all with an excellent demeanor. Any company out there would be lucky to have this guy on their team. We would see him on site in the neighborhood checking his various projects morning and night every day of the week it seemed. Great job to all.

Great communication & updates during the building process due to LeeRoy’s efforts, he was super to keep us informed since we were in another state miles away from the home being built. He sent pictures, emailed, & called us, always answered our questions & took pride in his job. Kirby, with the mortgage staff, was also very helpful, kind, & efficient. She was quick to respond & her assistance was very much appreciated! Kevin has also been wonderful since moving in to address any concerns we may have. He takes care of issues promptly & efficiently & has been super helpful!

Our Pulte Sales Rep (Lisa) was simply a pleasure to work with. She sent us weekly pictures of construction progress since we lived out-of-state. She also tracked issues my wife and I spotted in the pics. Overall, she helped us a lot since first meeting her in 2019. My wife and I are very happy with our Pulte home selection. During the build, Dustin was the Construction Manager. He was also very responsive to questions, making it a pleasure to communicate. We wanted to duplicate a design feature seen in the sample home requiring some movement of the existing wiring. It got done! Additionally, we wanted some ceiling outlets reinforced to hold fans in the Lanai. That also got completed. Finally, the dishwasher was delayed and arrived at the last minute. Dustin and another Construction Manager (Dylan) installed it themselves - did the wiring, connected the drains and water source. Works perfectly! We purchased a brand new home with Pulte. Although we didn’t get the chance to do the building experience with all the different styles and inside designs the experience was great and the house is beautiful. It was exactly what we were looking for and we couldn’t believe it was available especially in the market the way it was. The whole experience was great though from beginning to end and they have been responsive with all the little things afterwards as well. Just waiting on few things to be fixed but I appreciate all their effort to get it completed. Dylan was amazing to work with and extremely patience and responsive.
