We couldn’t be any more happy with our new home from Pulte. From the start they are upfront about costs, choices, and answered any questions we had about the community we were buying into. Personally our home took almost a year and a half to build from signing to closing. That however was during the post Covid supply chain shortages so delays were to be expected and Pulte did there best idea to when it might be completed. Build Quality is great. We got to watch each week what was being done and you can tell little details such as using spray foam behind electrical outlet boxes so they don’t wiggle or have any give in them later once the drywall is up. A little thing but coming from a house before that when you would go to plug in a cord and the outlet would move/ bounce and thinking that was normal and now having a new quality home I appreciate the small things. Now that we are in our new home Inevitably things will come up. Pulte when you move in goes over your new home top to bottom as well as leaves you a welcome packet with vendors names and numbers and if issues do arise you can call them directly or if you choose you can call pulte to help but it seems simpler to just cut out the middle man and use the vendors. They are quick to come out and address any issues that come up. I have had to call for a plumber due to finding a small leak under the sink, I took a look and could see it was a faulty gasket. Called our plumber on the paperwork and they were out within a day or two and fixed the issue no issues about a bill or just had to sign a paper saying they completed the job and it was sent to pulte. I say that because its NOT a pay us and then send this in for a reimbursement type thing, no just sign here no bills, no issues. Angel was exemplary. He kept us updated on everything including pictures every few months. He was truly a professional and we could not have been more pleased with him! We are very happy with our new home. We would highly recommend him for anyone building a home!

Second home built with Pulte. Great experience and our house is amazing

List of things that we discussed still not taken care of. HOA people make everything sound like you are an inmate. Our salesperson left and the new person said he would do follow ups and never did. Our construction manager was not effective in follow up our his own pre inspection before our inspection with him.

We have built our last homes on our own. To have a quality builder take control of our new home was a God send. We are so happy and stress free . We are so happy with the quality and follow up from Pulte. Bill Pulte Senior would be so pleased that his son and team have maintained his vision. What a great Michigan based story. I am a senior who is alone and have decided I needed to be near family. my younger brother and his wife were very cordial to invite me down to fort myers to live near them. The stress of the situation was I am alone and did not have guidance on all this Technical stuff. My brother is my POA and Pulte would not allow him to sign for me at the closing. He lives here so it would have been convenient for everybody except apparently the title company. Thankfully Pulte had an employee who was very kind. Instead of insisting that I sit alone at a kitchen table signing documents online that I didn't understand she willingly fedex me the closing papers so I could read them and sign them with a pen. Imagine that. I'm grateful for Darlene. This was a stressful time for me and she turned it into something I could deal with. ... More

Pulte is not a good company, never recommend them ever

Everyone I have dealt with at Pulte Homes has been very responsive, professional and most of all always trying to make sure I am happy with their services.

The buying process was good, although some information requested that would have helped in our decision making process were not disclosed. Don't be fooled, it is sales. The building process was very good, Jared was excellent keeping us update to date and responding to our concerns and issues. After closing, the response of the 30 day warranty team leaves a lot to be desired. Attention to issues and timeliness was poor. If not for our persistence I don't know when issues would be addressed. This department needs to be improved.

Been very happy with the time of delivery, and the construction manager keeping us up to date and explaining things. Aftrer move in the Customer Care Person has been very attentive.

We purchased our home from Pulte based on the quality of work that we saw in the model home and the sales personal. From the start all of their subs were sub par , from the block work to framing and roof and siding . We have been in our home for 1 month now the sprinklers did not work for 1 month and the grass is dying . Exterior paint around windows and caulking terrible, paint on roof , numerous broken tiles and leaks in roof , the flashing was 1” below the concrete siding which was short by 7-8”. The roofer said it might be a leak from a shower so we will call again to customer care and play the game . Oh by the way the AC contractor while backing in the driveway went too close to the edging of the pavers and broke the bond with the concrete , so do the road my driveway will separate, would I buy from them again, would you? ... they did awesome job overall had issue with pulte mortgage as they are slow and unorganized basically clueless and the home warranty is very slow as they only deal with specific vendors and they are far out on responses also we believe that they built the quick move in houses faster and put ours off so they could complete the quick move in houses faster

Melissa and Jared were truly exceptional! Both went way above and beyond to make sure we received the home of our dreams!

Home was purchased more than a year ago and half ago, took a long time to build and felt that since we didn’t live in the area home was left unfinished for longer than it should have been. Virtual walk thru failed miserably and after moving company is slow to respond to questions about paint and some other issues we had. Love river hall but need more attention to customer service and care.

Starting with Mark our sales agent he misrepresented many issues. Especially the closing. We were force to live in Airbnb for 3 months at 3x price of our mortgage. The quality of the build is a disaster, our windows are so misaligned we could not put in blinded. Doors are different heights, garage doors were broken and 6weeks later not fixed. The grass was dead on arrival. Tommy, our finally construction manager did everything humanly possible to help but there were to many problems. I warn anyone not to buy from Pulte. Oh, the dog park in Verdana Village is so small no one uses it.

Great communication and follow through from the Pulte team we worked with.

This is our third home in SW Florida with three different builders. Our delivery expectations were high but were disappointed with the final product and the amount of items required to be repaired on our 30 day punch list.

We walked into the sales room for Corkscrew Estates and met Sales Rep Steve P that pretty much decided right then and there that we would be buying in Corkscrew Estates Of course there were facets of the properties that also sold us on buying there (lot size, no amenities etc). But back to Steve P he was so helpful full of knowledge and friendliness we went through the purchasing process without any problems. I’m not the most computer or tech savvy but Steve P was always willing and the most patiently to help us out therefore making the buying part very easy and also correctly done. In the end we did not feel were we dealing with a Sales Rep but rather a friend. Can’t say enough for LeRoy also for making sure all our warranty issues were taken care of immediately. ... More

The house would be perfect but the drywalls finish as well as the paint are horrendous! Pulte response to issues is excellent but the drywalls are a disaster as well as the paint job!

From the first sales encounter to the overview from Angel, our construction manager - they all made sure everything was clear and gone over!!

We were kept updated thru each phase of the process. Our sales rep Lance and construction mgr Jarad we’re great thru the process. Anyone looking for trustworthy people to help you thru the process should use Pulte.

Very disappointed with the quality of workmanship! Damaged floor tiles, kitchen cabinets and countertop, appliances did not work, fridge needs to be replaced. Paint is on the floor, carpet and windows .Several windows need to be replaced.

The initial purchase and the home quality was great. We did and still do have some exterior items that are taking far to long to resolve.

We are so happy and proud to have a Pulte home! From the initial Sales to the finish we felt Pulte was in our corner the whole way! Our salesperson was always available to answer any questions we had. The design staff was helpful, friendly and enjoyable! Our GM Andrew was the best! This man was in top of things and kept the build go so smoothly. He has been a very asset to Pulte! I would definitely recommend a Pulte build to anyone!

The house was done on time and had very few issues. We love the house and the experience with Pulte.
