All the experiences with Pulte in the sales , design, construction and delivery were very pprofessional, helpful , correct and without hassel. The only excption was Pulte Mortgage, that experience was long and difficult due to inflexabilities, lack of attention to communications errors, and gaps in conveyance of information. But in the end they completed their part in time to close.

We purchased our home virtually using Facetime. Once the purchase was completed we had scheduled calls, bi-weekly photo updates and lots of emails. We were a bit nervous not being there in person, turned out to be an amazing experience. We love our new home.

The entire buying and building process with Pulte was perfect, and our home is even better than we hoped it would be. All companies should aim to deliver the kind of experience that we have had with Pulte.

We signed contract in the summer of 2020 in the middle of COVID. We could not fly down for the design meetings and to see progress. I am from a family of home builders. When I say Pulte has been absolutely tremendous, this speaks volumes. My brothers and Father are large time developers in the Northeast. They have been rated #1 Custom Home Builders many times. When you hear a big name builder you assume everyone gets the same stock house, not with Pulte. Pulte is as close as you can get to a custom builder without paying the custom build price. I love my home at Hammock Cove. Smart floor plan, lots of storage and a big kitchen island. Really nice people at Pulte who always follow up and they have a great warranty.
