JASON LENCHERT**I was led to Jason by what I am confident was simply a blessing and from the first meeting I was confident in Pulte Homes and immediately made a decision on purchasing a new home. This had been a long journey leading up to meeting Jason but at that meeting I never looked back. I am so thankful that I immediately knew PULTE was the best decision for me.

Morgan was exceptionally good. I appreciated his consistent communication and commitment to deliver a pristine product.

The home-buying process was perfect. Communication with the contractor was perfect.

We were building while living in Michigan, we visited in November when we purchased the home with Andrew. Andrew was great with information and making sure we were informed on all of our options all long distance. Darin was our construction manager and the process was amazing, we were very concerned with doing this long distance but Darin was on top of sending us updates with pictures weekly. If we had concerns he was always quick with a response and solution to any problems that arose. Overall this was a great experience.

Great house and location.

We had never built a home before. The toughest part of the experience was the design choices. The design center people were great; the not-so-great was the sales staff being very "optimistic" on the adequacy of the allowance. The building process was great and the construction manager was the best. Overall, very happy and would recommend Pulte.

Homes in Florida are being built at a rapid pace. It appears they bring in workers with minimal to no experience. Most cabinets and door jambs are not lined up. Corners do not match up, so some corners of the cabinets are filled. Some corners are so mismatched there is space...a hole. Wild! Countertops...you can see where the two pieces come together. The outlets are in odd places throughout the house. One outlet in master bathroom is under the hand towel bar and the other outlet is on the side of the hand towel bar. In the master bedroom, two outlets are next to each other, one behind the door and one next to that one. Not sure how this was approved. At the preinspection, our realtor and us walked through the property and marked all items to be cleaned and repainted. Pulte's effort was minimal to zero. One section of countertop was cleaned, yet the rest was dirty. None of the pieces were repainted. Pulte's loan officers/consultants were horrible. The added stress they caused less than 24 hours to sign was due to their incompetence. The two ladies we worked with didn't read things thoroughly and kept putting the issues on my husband and me. I had a few confrontations because they didn't make a lot of sense and they didn't care for the confrontation, however, I wasn't sure how they had their jobs due to their incompetence. Our realtor was not "allowed" to talk with them based on"how they do things." My realtor was stunned and kept us calm and moving forward. Our Pulte journey started with a visit to Summer Bay. We met with Belinda and loved the workmanship we saw in the model homes. From that day forward, all the way through closing, everyone we worked with and met were positive and professional. The process was explained through every step. We love our new Pulte home!

The experience was great from start to finish.

Overall, the experience with Pulte has been positive; however, I believe greater precision and transparency are needed regarding certain key aspects. The community does not have its own Social Club. While residents may access the Oakleaf Amenity Center, it requires upfront annual payment, which can be a significant consideration, especially for families with young children who rely on amenities such as a pool during the summer months. The HOA fee is relatively affordable, which is a positive aspect, but the enforcement and interpretation of its rules can feel quite strict and complex. I would like to emphasize that the sales and construction teams have been very responsive and professional — excellent, in my view. Nevertheless, the absence of a dedicated Club House and the HOA’s approach are factors that should be communicated clearly and transparently from the very beginning of the purchasing process. ... I purchased my home approximately three months ago, and unfortunately, my experience since closing has been extremely disappointing. The primary issue has been slow response times and a consistent lack of communication. Multiple emails and phone calls regarding concerns have gone unanswered for weeks or required repeated follow-ups before receiving any reply. When responses are provided, they are often delayed and lack clear timelines or next steps. As a new homeowner, especially within the first few months of occupancy, I expected a higher level of customer service and post-purchase support. Buying a home is a significant investment, and timely communication should be a basic standard. At only three months in, it is frustrating to already feel unsupported. The process of getting simple issues addressed has been unnecessarily stressful and far more difficult than it should be. Quality Built homes in a great neighborhood setting. Great for all generations. Soon to open parks and amenity center will be an awesome hub this neighborhood. We moved from busy Southeast Florida and love the relaxed and peaceful vibe of the neighborhood. Still has a feel off country living with nearby access to stores and shopping. The builder has been very responsive to any call out. We are very satisfied with our experience with Pulte at the Landings

My experience was awesome from Ty Warren, my sales representative to Matt Bullard, my building contractor. Ty is the first impression that you receive from Pulte and no one could represent your company any better. Matt is absolutely fantastic. He was so caring and listened to each and every concern that I had. He met each and every one in a caring and professional manner. He went above and beyond to make my experience perfect. I am so pleased and I LOVE my new home. Thank you.

Monica was my sales representative from Pulte homes and she was awesome through the whole process. Kevin was My Builder and he was awesome to the very end. He's kept in touch to make sure everything's fine followed up. I'm a very happy camper.

My home buying experience with Pulte was very good. Nadia, in sales, guided me through the process and was helpful and attentive to my specific needs. While there were issues in the building process, my concerns were handled efficiently and effectively. I think the home I purchased was great value for the price.

Go through your own bank do not go through Pulte for financing. My experience was good with everything and everybody except the financing side of things. The finance part was the worst experience i ever had. I almost gave up on the purchase because of the financing department.

Gigi was an exceptional site superintendent—professional, organized, and consistently on top of every detail. She communicated clearly throughout the entire project and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her leadership, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality were outstanding. It was a pleasure working with someone so dedicated and reliable. Highly recommend Gigi for any project!

PULTE aims to provide a caring environment throughout all stages of the home buying experience, from pre-sale to close. However, where they fall short is in quality and accountability of the trades. At this price point I would have expected higher QUALITY. It appeared to me their goal was to deliver a "Defect Free Home" on time and on budget. Expect to be their QUALITY inspector on all phases of work if you want close to what you paid for. Truthfully, all concerns identified have been addressed so far.

There was confusing with the type of loan we actually qualified for and this made the process long and lead to a couple of times of no communication from Pulte and frustration and confusion. Ty (sales consultant), Eren (loan consultant) and Matthew (construction manager) were an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did each of them offer incredible customer service and dedication to their jobs, but they made me feel like I was important and that they wanted the absolute best for my family and me. Ty wanted to correct our experience and grievances, and he went above and beyond to accomplish this. Eren had so much patience and communicated to us thoroughly and clearly, so we understood what was happening and the estimated costs for closing. Matthew treated our home as if it were his home and made sure we had everything we needed, and it was in top condition. All these people answered any questions I had in a timely manner and made me feel like it was not us against the mortgage process. I do appreciate Pulte home and Pulte Mortgage for taking accountability and paying the discount points and helping with most of our closing cost to make up for our experience. ... More
