During final walk through there was paint splatter on the floors, paint on window frames, ceiling paint on walls and vice versa. It seemed that things were rushed in the final weeks leading up to closing.

Unfinished & sloppy. Not the best experience.

The people that worked with where nice and very helpful

It seems everything is to be blamed on Covid. But the simple fact is that they like all the builders want to be at the top, and they really could care less about what we want. The sales team was really nice and very knowledgeable with regards to their product. then we got to to work with their mortgage company who was spot on very helpful. Then it came to the building of the home. At one time we thought that the builder offered a good quality product. Our overall experience and confidence of this builder is really quite low not what we initially thought.. They continue to push back on 4 major issues we have in our NEW home (ie….cannot get materials, repairs to damaged countertop and more) I compare it to when buying a NEW car…there are 4 wheels and tires on a car and one wheel is damaged and too small, they fix it, but Pulte seems to think to think that the damage to the material has been repaired and try to tell me that it is with-in code. They have have such poor management of their homes and their trades as they have no one to oversee the work…again its not our fault that they have over committed and under delivered. What you see in the models (wrong cabinets for instance) is not what you are getting…no pride no workmanship. Really sad! ... More

David and Zach were awesome! Very knowledgeable and if they didn’t know they would find someone who did. Zach even helped us move in.

They have good intentions but are seemingly inept at providing good service after the sale due to cut rate vendors and poorly trained personnel. Too much sloppy workmanship. They utilize your home after it's sold as a model/sample for other prospective home buyers. The materials specified are somewhat inferior at times and quite a bit of the workmanship is far from superior.

Pulte has great floor plans and beautiful model homes, however, the workmanship in our home is lacking. If you build with Pulte, stay on top of your build.

I'm very happy with my choice of building in Pulte's Bradley Pond Community. I was able to get everything I wanted and then some, lot selection, model choice and upgrades at extremely reasonable pricing (even came in under budget.) Starting with my salesman Zach C., he was super easy to work with, diligent in ensuring everything was correct, my questions were answered throughout, was always available and stayed in contact during the entire build. The process from buying, building to closing was transparent, which is a rarity. Pulte's building approach is well above other builders I've dealt with. The build was smooth and timely. My Field Mgr, Nate H. was very thorough. We got together once a week, he always kept me in the loop & answered my calls the same day. We have been happy with the overall quality of the home. During COVID times it we understand that it is a challenge to get reliable workers and product. Pulte did come through as promised and has been responsive to any issues since moving in!

Great experience with Field Manager - very responsive to all issues.

They went above and beyond a problem that was not was not even theirs to do everything they could to accommodate this situation. When the problem was fixed with the city with the city and we got into our house they really made it a personal heartfelt experience. They were prompt in getting back to us about everything and anything we had concerns about. John our superintendent was amazing to going the extra mile with everything he did.

It was a true pleasure working with our sales re Gretchen and building project manager Gigi. Very responsive to questions and always providing updates to the building progress. A really wonderful team made this a very easy process.

We looked for a newer house in various cities, but our realtor in Jacksonville showed us a fully furnished model home by Pulte and we simply could not refuse this. Very beautifully built home in a circle where we can go for walks, jogging and biking every evening. Good company, good employees.

Best floor plan we saw out of all the different developments we visited. Not as many choices for changes, but the changes we needed & wanted were available. All the processes went smoothly. Having Ryan as our field agent made everything run smoothly. He found the mistakes & had them corrected. He oversaw all of the sub-contractors work. We love our new home.

Had to lock at a higher interest rate & was charged origination fees. Had a salesperson who took pics of progress since we were out of state. Helpful. Also called us bi-monthly to give us updates. Had a two month delay to close due to lack of builder supplies & appliances. Took 7 mos for a tiny home. A lousy lot...

This is our second Pulte home. This time, we purchased one of the models so lots of people had been in the house. Jeff, the sales rep, worked with us on pricing and timing of the purchase. Ryan, the construction manager, did the pre-closing walk-through with us and noted/took care of all the minor issues in a very professional manner.

Some issues. Several times we were given financial numbers that were not accurate. Estimated monthly Mortgage numbers were misrepresented (low balled) and our $160 HOA fees became $190 in less than a monthl (with no notification). It has been almost a month and several of our issues with the house’s construction still remain outstanding. Proffered repair timelines have not been met and we are still uncertain as to operating policies that govern the community. Almost get the sense that Pulte is rushing to sell their few remaining houses and become move on. Out house is beautiful and the community offers a nice environment however we are experiencing some regrets with respect to our home buying experience. Sales people were nice but not totally transparent, Building supervisor (Ryan) and warranty rep (Bruce) are nice bur a little overwhelmed. Thanks for the opportunity to provide my thoughts, ... More

Ryan did an outstanding job, taking leadership when our salesperson was relocated 3 months before we closed. He responded to our needs promptly and to our satisfaction.
