I do love my new home! The design, features and options are exceptional! I believe there could be improvement in the final stages of completion before closing. The house had paint paint drips on the floor tile throughout the house, the washer was not fully installed causing a flood during the first load and the house was not properly cleaned prior to move in. A Pulte punch-out team would be ideal to to take care of these concerns prior to move in. The warranty manager has efficiently addressed most of the concerns identified after moving in.

People were very friendly but don't know who has to communicate was. I received the papers concerne the HOA about 3 weeks after having signed and paid my house. I was told the we will be informed about the activities that are organise it is now 3 months that I moved in the house and still haven heart anything,

I loved the design and materials it is a good price include for what they offered, I loved this company because they are honest about what they are selling you, they show you two models houses, one house without upgrades and another one full upgrade, that’s tells you a close Idea how it’s gonna be the house what you want. Others builders just shows the houses full upgrade just because they want to sell.

I love Pulte Homes. The entire Building Team experience was excellent, extremely responsive and thorough. The workmanship was very good. Would recommend Pulte as a Builder any day, all day.

The house is well built. Insulated well and love the fact I have the lake behind me. They were willing to include some incentives to make the purchase more enticing.

Disappointed in the attention to detail. Paint chips here and there. Nicks here and there. Flaws were not obvious but we are neat freaks and maybe expected everything to be perfect. Love the floor plan and the sunsets.

We have an issue with mud. Mud from the lot next to us is flooding over to our lot. The mud is about 1 and a half to 2ft deep. It runs the length of our backyard. This mud patch never dries. It is a very very bad smelling mud. 100% because of improper containment and barrier of adjacent lot that is not built yet. This has caused a nightmare for us when our two dogs go out to do their business.They are tracking mud and sand back in to the house everyday. This has been a constant battle for a few months now.Kinda takes the shine and joy out of buying a new house. Our construction manager Nate has been great overall. He is very good at his job and the whole neighborhood is happy with him. That being said we should not have mud and sand tracking in our home from negligence of the adjacent lots containment. Now we have dead grass, a muddy backyard, and no solution. I have many many videos and pics if anyone cares to make this right. ... More

Great home in an awesome neighborhood!

I was impressed throughout the entire build. The site was clean, if I pointed something out that needed to be fixed it was fixed in a very timely manner, warranty department is very responsive.

Debi was excellent to work with in purchasing our home. Ryan was super to work with on the minor punch list items and in understanding how everything works in our home.

From the time I walked into the model home looking for information to the time of closing, David and Chad have been outstanding with their communication. They made me feel great about the house. The house is perfect, I am happy i found this neighborhood in a brand new community. Thank you so much for building my dream!!

Our home itself is a nice home and we got it for a great value. Everyone I have worked with at Pulte has been pleasant and usually helpful. There have been issues though: The sliding back door was stiff as can be upon move in, and we had to realign it ourselves. The door to the airlock/laundry room does not fully close unless you give it a good push into position. There's a gap in the grout of our shower. The doorbell rang a couple of times when we first moved in then stopped working completely within a week. Despite reporting it as an issue multiple times, no one has been by to fix it in the month and a half we've been here. Two outlets did not work upon moving in. These were thankfully fixed within the first couple weeks. Ants and other pests were rampant in the yard with plenty of them making their way into our garage. Within the first week I was bleach wiping the area right behind out kitchen trash can due to an incursion by hundreds of ants. It's clear pest control was not a priority in the 6mo or so that the house was sitting on the market. The underwriting team during closing was completely sequestered away from me, and I was left with another individual as my sort of middleman. She was absolutely great to work with as a person, however there was some sort of disconnect either in what the underwriting team was telling her, or what she was interpreting and telling me, that resulted in my closing being delayed by a week despite us starting them process a month prior to closing. The VA had approved my loan but there was a hangup in specific wording of specific documents from the Army and VA that I ended up getting fixed in a day once I fully understood the actual issue they had. This would have been resolved much more quickly if the underwriting team had told me directly exactly what problem they were having, rather than playing telephone or being vague and telling me to just call the VA and figure it out on my own. ... If I had not stopped at the construction site every week, many things would not have been fixed until it was too late. Plumbing in the wrong place. Air conditioner pad in the wrong place. Electrical disconnect and service outlet for A/C in the wrong place. Contractors smoking in the house. Shower stall glass in master bathroom not caulked. Garage door controls on garage wall reverised. Screen for patio door bad, still waiting after a month and half to be replaced and installed. Base trim cut wrong but installed anyway. Hallway wall by third bedroom not plumb...

So we're loving our new home and the great use of space. There were small issues most of which were associated with the current pandemic that were quickly addressed and corrected.

Pulte is a volume builder/developer. Consequently, the sales and build departments don't always have time to communicate fully the realities of the delivered product verses the promised product. The end product can come close to your expectations if you help manage and track the process.

Very timely built home.

Throughout the process from meeting Luis in sales to Doug, our field manager, the experience was pretty awesome. From August to March I had a thousand questions and they both took the time to always answer them and meet with me when they needed to. Always with a smile. The homes in the neighborhood I bought in were and are being built by several builders and after looking at them all, Pulte was my choice. I could not be happier with my new home! Thank you Luis and Doug!!

The entire TEAM from Sales-Kimberly, Builder-Douglas,-Mortgage-Kyle and everyone involved was very professional and followed through to answer all our questions. We would not hesitate to recommend the entire TEAM. This is our 3rd personal Pulte Home around the South East.

I love my home and lot, but am very disappointed in the lack of transparency and full disclosure on my issues

Very simple process for purchasing a new home in the area.

The grass wasn't laid properly. They put saud on top of soud which has caused a mound in the yard. The soud has gaps which looks like holes in the yard.

Nice location and quiet place

The house is great but there were a couple of minor repair items that I discovered after moving in. I followed the process and sent them off to the warranty mailbox twice but have never received a response. Other than the responsiveness the overall experience with the builder has been very good.

The whole process was great.

I would have to say the professionalism from the sales team ,to project management, to mortgage team have been the best I have ever worked with, and now you can include the warranty dept. which have been top notch also. Have not had any issues to date all has been a pleasure.
