Only minor issues as we settle in. One thing of note is the poor quality sod that was used. Full of many kinds of broadleaf weeds.

Over all it was a good experience.

Tim worked tirelessly to get our home ready for closing. He sent us notice every step of the way until closing day. He was very responsive to our needs. Thank you Tim for your hard work.

Still items remains not repaired timely.

The.Pulte team was great to work with from the onset of our purchase, design center team & working with the construction manager while home was being built. The one suggestion I would have is that Pulte should make an option or include with the home a side constructed place for the garbage & recycling bins since in the community they don’t want the bins left outside where they can be seen, which is ok by me but leaving them in the garage is unacceptable & disgusting since garbage is picked up once a week. I applied to the HOA & received approval to construct such a garbage storage on the side of my home. Keeping good communicated with buyer is important and closing process is not as clear as it is supposed. Building process is rushed. The buyer has to remind the builder several times to fix the problems and not all concerned issues are repaired timely. During mortgage application process and mortgage transfer process, buyer has to call several times, leave voicemails to find the right person and get updated information. Need improvement.

Make sure you look over your home for everything. We had issues that ended up being worse after the fixes or repairs were made from our final walk through. We have had to start repainting all our baseboards and door frames. There is silicone caulk everywhere, it was not cleaned up and was dripped on the LVP and tile floors. The garage floor had to be redone multiple times, and is turning yellow now instead of the gray color we chose. Not real happy with quality of workmanship by the sub contractors.

My wife & I had a great experience with Gretchen & Tim. They were both so helpful, informative, patient & sincere throughout the entire process.

I already have seven calls into our warranty folks. Seven different issues- all needles had there been more quality workmanship and attention to detail. …super frustrating.

My wife and I enjoyed the Pulte experience. Our experience began with the sales agents, and included the financial specialist all the way to the construction manager. What a wonderful experience and we just love our new home.

Several up front guarantees and promises that were not kept. Very poor communication. Very poor craftsmanship. Have been waiting for over two months for scheduling for repairs.

The date keep changing and no one was contacting me and letting know what was going on.. I had to call and get the information for myself and miss out on the funeral for my family member.

Builder was easy to work with being 800 miles away. The closing was a bit confusing because they cancelled an hour before, but rescheduled the same day later in the afternoon and was a bit rushed since it was 4:30 PM

Check out your landscape.and irrigation very poor workmanship. Sprinklers set to run extremely long. My first water bill is over $350. The cleaning crew did a very poor job of cleaning up the place. All the floors were dirty and some of the tile still have glue on them hard to remove. Overall the potention is here for a good home, quality of workmanship need to be observed and corrected before delivery to customer, The staff is nice.

Everyone from my contractors to my sales team to my mortgage representative were professional, open and informative. Looking back, I do wish I had more house and cabinet color options. House colors were not shown pictured on the house itself, so it was difficult to envision. But overall, I'm happy with the home, and being part of such a great community. Many thanks to all who made this positive experience a reality!

After 3 days of purchase, the Toilet was already clogged, causing the main bathroom to have sewage and excrements coming out from the bathtub drain. We called for an emergency repair, but unfortunately, it was a holiday and we did not get a response immediately. Once I got a response, the plumber informed us that my issue was not considered an emergency since I had 1 of 3 toilets/bathrooms working. Plumber did not show until the next day around noon.

The whole team from the design studio to the closing team building manager and customer service team has all been more than amazing.

Buying my new home with Pulte has been a great experience. My sales consultant Nadia was great and answered all questions and helped me with everything. Nate who was my construction manager was amazing. He sent pictures with all updates and explained everything and answered all questions. This made buying a new home from scratch an experience I really enjoyed.

Andrew,Tim,Gretchen,Mike and Ally have been great. The craftsman ship of the home is very poor. Lots of issues and many repairs needed. I would not recommend a Pulte home to anyone.

Going into the purchase of my new home I was excited and enthusiastic. Pulte had such a good reputation, however, that soon changed! They did NOT live up to their reputation in any area! No one paid any attention to the workmanship the sub contractors were doing resulting in sloppy, shoddy workmanship. It seems like the Pulte model is “throw it together and if the buyer complains - fix it - and fix it as cheaply as it can be done. I used Pulte Mortgage and definitely do not recommend them to future buyers. I used Pulte Title, PGP Title, and still have not received a copy of the fully executed documents or the certified survey I was charged for, even though I have asked for it several times and left messages. I called the survey company and was told they gave 6 certified copies to the title company to give me. The last message I received from the sales agent said the survey company was mailing them to me directly. That was 2 weeks ago - still nothing. No one from the title company calls back or responds. They were disorganized and not responsive. Extremely disappointed and cannot stress enough “BUYER BEWARE!” . ... More
