I'm very happy with my choice of building in Pulte's Bradley Pond Community. I was able to get everything I wanted and then some, lot selection, model choice and upgrades at extremely reasonable pricing (even came in under budget.) Starting with my salesman Zach C., he was super easy to work with, diligent in ensuring everything was correct, my questions were answered throughout, was always available and stayed in contact during the entire build. The process from buying, building to closing was transparent, which is a rarity. Pulte's building approach is well above other builders I've dealt with. The build was smooth and timely. My Field Mgr, Nate H. was very thorough. We got together once a week, he always kept me in the loop & answered my calls the same day. They went above and beyond a problem that was not was not even theirs to do everything they could to accommodate this situation. When the problem was fixed with the city with the city and we got into our house they really made it a personal heartfelt experience. They were prompt in getting back to us about everything and anything we had concerns about. John our superintendent was amazing to going the extra mile with everything he did.

It was a true pleasure working with our sales re Gretchen and building project manager Gigi. Very responsive to questions and always providing updates to the building progress. A really wonderful team made this a very easy process.

Best floor plan we saw out of all the different developments we visited. Not as many choices for changes, but the changes we needed & wanted were available. All the processes went smoothly. Having Ryan as our field agent made everything run smoothly. He found the mistakes & had them corrected. He oversaw all of the sub-contractors work. We love our new home.

The house is well built. Insulated well and love the fact I have the lake behind me. They were willing to include some incentives to make the purchase more enticing.

I was impressed throughout the entire build. The site was clean, if I pointed something out that needed to be fixed it was fixed in a very timely manner, warranty department is very responsive.

Debi was excellent to work with in purchasing our home. Ryan was super to work with on the minor punch list items and in understanding how everything works in our home.

From the time I walked into the model home looking for information to the time of closing, David and Chad have been outstanding with their communication. They made me feel great about the house. Throughout the process from meeting Luis in sales to Doug, our field manager, the experience was pretty awesome. From August to March I had a thousand questions and they both took the time to always answer them and meet with me when they needed to. Always with a smile. The homes in the neighborhood I bought in were and are being built by several builders and after looking at them all, Pulte was my choice. I could not be happier with my new home! Weekly updates during build were excellent and included pictures. Found many issues after move in but are being addressed as needed.

We had a wonderful experience working with our Pulte team. Our sales manager Terry was a wealth of knowledge about the home we were interested in. Once we were under contract our construction managers Sonny and Matt were phenomenal at keeping us informed about our build. We were over 700 miles away throughout the entire process and were fully confident in our team to complete our home efficiently and with great craftsmanship. They definitely did not disappoint!

Overall I think the turned out as expected with only a couple of minor issues which were easily and quickly corrected. There is one change I would suggest. I paid extra for the Energy Package Upgrade 2 which included insulation for the exterior garage walls as well as an insulated garage door. I wanted to have the garage ceiling insulated as well but was told this was not an option. Insulating the garage ceiling should be part of the package to properly insulate the garage. The insulation company is already here. Now if I want that done I have to find someone to do it and it will probably cost more than it would have to have it done during the construction process ...
