We had a wonderful experience working with our Pulte team. Our sales manager Terry was a wealth of knowledge about the home we were interested in. Once we were under contract our construction managers Sonny and Matt were phenomenal at keeping us informed about our build. We were over 700 miles away throughout the entire process and were fully confident in our team to complete our home efficiently and with great craftsmanship. They definitely did not disappoint!

Kevin was always responsive in answering questions and dealing with any issues with the buildout. We are enjoying the house and the local area.

Good experience with many options to choose from and home completed on time. Materials and fit good with few minor defects that were addressed. Overall a good experience and we are happy with our home.

Overall, the buyer / build experience was better than expected. However, one's self should realize that you're the buyer, you're the one that will be living in the home and you're the one who will have to deal with outcome, therefore and ultimately, it is 50% my responsibility to maintain attention to detail, call a spade a spade and hold a firm footing if something doesn't look right, smell right, sound right, etc. As long as I was willing to hold my own self, personally accountable, to a degree, that if things did not turn out to my satisfaction AFTER I had tried every and all angles of tact, negotiation, conversation, discussion, and downright plain and simple communication, then at the end of the day I can honestly say that Pulte was competent and made for a pleasurable build experience. Yes, there were times of frustration and times where I felt running up against 'red tape', however, you need to keep the big picture in mind and prioritize, and view the lens from both sides. What are you willing to compromise on? Is the juice worth the squeeze. There are some wins, and there are some not quite but almost. Bottom line, I was anticipating needing to bring a dog to the fight for the entire build process, but in reality it simply took composure, patience, tact, meaningful conversation & discussion, and common sense professionalism to find mutual grounds of understanding and/or decisions leaning to my desired outcome. Last but not least, shout out to Cody, our onsite project manager. Truly believe his passionate personality, composure and professionalism too, played a crucial role in the human-interaction section of the pie chart metric for our particular overall experience. ... Had a great experience throughout the build process. Our sales agent, construction manager and warranty manager were great. We love our new home.

There were many great floor plans to choose from in the community. The only thing I would change is the ability to adjust where the home sits on the lot for big lots.

We have had a good experience so far with all of concerns being handled.

It took to long to close on the house

I can't say enough good things about the sales and building experience. It was seamless from beginning to end and I can't recommend them enough!

We had a great experience with Pulte. Our house was build on schedule. We found them to be extremely communicative. We received weekly emails with pictures and detailed updates. Any time we had a question it was responded to promptly. Any time there were brief delays we were always kept updated. Any minor issues we had as we approached closing were addressed promptly. Our construction manager went above and beyond.

Overall I had a good experience from beginning to end. While nothing is ever perfect, the entire process from applying for a loan to actually moving into the home was fairly smooth. A few bumps here and there to include some issues with defective material that need replacement but overall Pulte did a good job in winning us over.

My husband and I bought our first home about a month ago with Pulte. We ended up buying a spec home that was ready for move-in within a month. Gigi our construction manager was amazing and worked diligently to complete all items on our list from our personal walk through and our private inspection list prior to closing. Overall we were very happy with the process of buying a Pulte home for our first home.

Scott and Harmony made my buying experience wonderful. I was considering on choosing a different builder but those two going above and beyond to ensure my situation was as important to them is the reason I purchased with Pulte. Our home buying process from day one was very comfortable, low pressure and detailed, all things we appreciated. Many other builders felt like being in a car dealership and turned us off from building a home. The build process was also very transparent and used high quality and energy efficient core components (like the electrical panel or tankless water heater) that make us comfortable for being in our home for many years. Our situation was a little different from others because we had just arrived from Minnesota and saw the house for the first time 2hrs prior to closing. Didn't really have enough time to let things sink in. Chris and Scott have been very responsive since we have moved in to help us get settled and fix any minor things that needed attention.

Our experience was really good! We were nervous about deadlines but they were able to get us in our new home before our little one is born which we didn't think was possible. The project manager and sales manager were great at getting back to us in a timely manner.

This is our second Pulte home. This time, we purchased one of the models so lots of people had been in the house. Jeff, the sales rep, worked with us on pricing and timing of the purchase. Ryan, the construction manager, did the pre-closing walk-through with us and noted/took care of all the minor issues in a very professional manner.

I loved the design and materials it is a good price include for what they offered, I loved this company because they are honest about what they are selling you, they show you two models houses, one house without upgrades and another one full upgrade, that’s tells you a close Idea how it’s gonna be the house what you want. Others builders just shows the houses full upgrade just because they want to sell.

I love Pulte Homes. The entire Building Team experience was excellent, extremely responsive and thorough. The workmanship was very good. Would recommend Pulte as a Builder any day, all day.

So we're loving our new home and the great use of space. There were small issues most of which were associated with the current pandemic that were quickly addressed and corrected.

We love our new home! Great value.
