Our Contractor Cody and agent, Nadia were great during the home buying process.

Don’t trust quality of workmanship get it inspected don’t close until everything is fixed and they will make excuses for most problems in the house walls they will look at from 6 feet away to see if they’re straight sliding door glasses. They will look at 9 feet away for scratches and many other problems that may not be resolved.

It was very very easy to work with them

Do not buy with Pulte Homes.

The house is great but the mortgage through Pulte was a longer process than expected.

I was well informed from start to finish, my building superintendent was knowledgeable, always responsive and kept me informed the entire way.

Love the quality of Pulte homes and the person in charge of our home Matt did an amazing job in making sure the house was properly built to the final details.

We are very pleased with our Pulte home. There are always stressors in a new home build and we had some unintended delays but the finished product is a beautiful place to retire. The finishes offered are gorgeous and it’s a lovely home. While not custom builders, the team worked with us to make the home more wheelchair accessible within their abilities, and did a wonderful job. Cheryl, Dustin and Kevin were always professional and gracious at every turn. They worked very hard to ensure a quality build. We are most grateful.

Summer Bay isn't sold out!!!! Whether its a dry lot, on a lake, or overlooking a preserve Summer Bay is a secluded and quiet place to live. Plus the prices are unbeatable!

Our supervisor, Joshua, was outstanding in communication and professionalism. He responded to all of our questions and continues to even though we have moved in.

The home build experience went well. Dustin and Mark keep us up to date on the building process and answered all our questions in a timely manner.

We wish we had a few more options and upgrades available . Otherwise we have been happy especially with the construction manager, Gigi, who was very attentive to our needs

Good experience with many options to choose from and home completed on time. Materials and fit good with few minor defects that were addressed. Overall a good experience and we are happy with our home.

Great guy, updated in detail on work progress weekly, with nice pics! Always responsive to our questions and concerns.

Overall, the buyer / build experience was better than expected. However, one's self should realize that you're the buyer, you're the one that will be living in the home and you're the one who will have to deal with outcome, therefore and ultimately, it is 50% my responsibility to maintain attention to detail, call a spade a spade and hold a firm footing if something doesn't look right, smell right, sound right, etc. As long as I was willing to hold my own self, personally accountable, to a degree, that if things did not turn out to my satisfaction AFTER I had tried every and all angles of tact, negotiation, conversation, discussion, and downright plain and simple communication, then at the end of the day I can honestly say that Pulte was competent and made for a pleasurable build experience. Yes, there were times of frustration and times where I felt running up against 'red tape', however, you need to keep the big picture in mind and prioritize, and view the lens from both sides. What are you willing to compromise on? Is the juice worth the squeeze. There are some wins, and there are some not quite but almost. Bottom line, I was anticipating needing to bring a dog to the fight for the entire build process, but in reality it simply took composure, patience, tact, meaningful conversation & discussion, and common sense professionalism to find mutual grounds of understanding and/or decisions leaning to my desired outcome. We are very happy with our new Pulte home. It has alot of extras that aren't typically provided. Highly recommend

We’ve had major systems out to the house on several occasions for systems failures including plumbing,electrical,havc mechanical, flooring, etc, just an extremely poor job on site management and quality control. Pulte should review performance standards and hold responsible their management team’s performance, but apparently do not.

Cheryl, our sales rep., was delightful and willing to help us all throughout our construction. Our design team experience was awesome as well. Wish we had more time there. Our first construction manager was nice, but not effective and many thing were not caught and corrected. Our 2nd construction manager, Keven, was good, but under a lot of stress correcting the mistaKevin, the first guy, and catching up on our construction. The completion of our home was delayed and often sat for weeks without anything being done. That is where our dissatisfaction lies. We are trusting David to follow through and complete our list of shortcomings and error since our close. We have a beautiful home that I love and hope to enjoy for many years. ... More

The three Pulte Members I had the most interaction with were Tyler.B , Jennifer D, and Dalton R. I would give all three of these team members 5 stars. Especially Tyler. Really all three of them were excellent. The underwriting team was sometimes difficult and presented a challenge, and the site could have been more secure after the house equipment was dropped off (ex. leaving unattached water heaters in open garage bays without garage doors). I do believe there were various people in the area looking to loot the incomplete houses, however other than that we are currently very pleased. Great Job !!! ... More

We had no say in how the house was laid out on the property. The house was placed 5 feet away from the property line on one side leaving a large piece of property on the other side. We were just told it had to be this way. If this was pointed out to me in the beginning I probably would not have bought the house for that lot. As work was being done on the house, we pointed out several issues that needed to be fixed, most were fixed but some were still unresolved when the time came for the walk-through. We were assured that they would be fixed before the closing, one week later. Well the closing date came and the issues were not fixed. I was lied to through out the build process and at the end. I would not buy another new build from Pulte. ... More

Pulte employees on the whole were very good. My only complaint would be that they allow you a walk through of the home to note items or issues which need to be corrected however this is typically 1.5 to 2 hours and it is impossible to detect every issue both inside and outside of the home during that short period.

Every builder tries to cut corners…stay on top of them. Overall we are happy with our house but the customer service in the last month was terrible especially the title agency.

From the start of my loan process to closing was a stress-free experience and those that I spoke with to the ones I had seen in person was great and knew their business I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a great experience.

Material used vs price of home was disappointing. But seems to be the Pulte way. I never got the opportunity to interact with the builder until I closed on the house. I submitted a "punch list" over two weeks ago and only one item has been addressed. My last Pulte home. Sell 1st, customer service 2nd.
