First off this is a beautiful home, is there some problems that need to be addressed-yes. Things have gotten by the supervisors but with everything that goes into building a home with multiple contractors some do a great job, others are trying to get onto the next job and things are shoddy . Our warranty man Fanuel is doing fantastic job trying to get schedules matched with all involved.

It's been a long journey, with no end in sight. We are not happy with the deficient workmanship of the trades Pulte hired. Little attention to detail on the finishes leading to multiple delays in closing. To say that this process has been very frustrating is an understatement and would not recommend this builder to anyone. People are nice, but this is our home, and unfortunately, they did not take that in consideration. They say they understood our concerns, but they didn't. Piece of advice: be vigilant and hold builders accountable throughout the home building process.

Pulte homes, St. Augustine, FL division did not deliver the home on time, did not make sure all the issues found in the pre walkthrough are addressed by the closing date. The post sales support team is not even responsive. No progress on the issues raised during the final walkthrough nor any communication on their plan in addressing the issues raised. This division is only interested in making the sale and making the money. They are least bothered about the customers or their satisfaction. They have a few good employees that certainly want to help the buyers. But the rest of their culture from top to bottom is careless towards customers. I feel like many of the delays I was not kept honestly aware of. The project manager sent a funny joke that i did not need. I just wanted honesty as to the progress of the home. It was a fast move in sale so they said and it took from November to July to complete.

Cindy our sales agent was great. Very hands on with any questions & concerns. Explained the process from beginning 2 end. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. Jack was Construction Manager. Was great also. Kept us informed Weekly on progress of house. Any questions or concerns were promptly answered also. Thank u both 4 helping us with our home. We luv it.

We have had a good experience so far with all of concerns being handled.

Pulte mortgage is the worst. Construction crew was great.

It took to long to close on the house

Several items were not completed before moving in. Several delays in finishing house. We spent thousands in rental fees while waiting for Pulte to finish our house. When my wife went to get an entrance key for the gym, the person to give those out to her told her she would need to provide a warranty deed before she would be allowed to use the facility. Why is this? Doesn’t Pulte Homes know of a thing called email. Could Pulte Closing just send an email stating who we are and which house we have bought. I am not impressed by Pulte Homes. One thing that bothered me was the contractor supervisor told me and my wife that he provided money to one of our neighbors for their rental fees while waiting for their house to be finished. Beautiful community with fabulous neighbors. The sales staff are awesome! Once this community is finished it will be top of the line.

I’m a realtor and help my customers purchase and sell homes daily. I found the value with Pulte (especially lot premiums) to be unmatched in St. John’s county. On top of the price point we were very very impressed with the build process and quality of work! There are always little things when breaking in a new house but overall so minimal and was easily resolved with warranty. Very happy I’m out new home and neighborhood!

I can't say enough good things about the sales and building experience. It was seamless from beginning to end and I can't recommend them enough!

Had a few bumps along the way but we are very happy with the final product. The homes finishes are far better than the average builder. Lots of thoughtful products included so you don’t have to add them later.

This company does not respond to warranty concerns in an appropriate manner if any response at all, does not care about the buyer, does not address buyers concerns, treats you with ultimate disrespect, allows substandard workmanship with the promise of correction without action, picks and chooses who they make allowances for based on personal preference, and while the list could go on and on there is not enough space here. Absolutely the worst experience with a builder we have ever experienced.

I am aware with anything manufactured/built, there will be some flaws. Pulte does a wonderful job of responding to issues when they are discovered. But some things were definite design flaws and poor craftsmanship. For instance, finding that a towel rod was only attached to the drywall and not anchored properly, the back door hitting the top of the building, and the poor paint job. Little things like these makes one wonder about the overall workmanship of the home and very thankful for the 1 year warranty for anything.

The entire process and staff from beginning to end was an excellent experience.

We had a great experience with Pulte. Our house was build on schedule. We found them to be extremely communicative. We received weekly emails with pictures and detailed updates. Any time we had a question it was responded to promptly. Any time there were brief delays we were always kept updated. Any minor issues we had as we approached closing were addressed promptly. Our construction manager went above and beyond.

The home buying experience was fine but the craftsmanship and quality are not there. This home is cheaply built and was not even fully finished at the tim of closing. It has been almost 2 months since we closed and some issues are still not resolved.

We are pleased with the quality of home and reasonable pricing.

Half of my backyard has made preservation, as it backs up to wetland. Thus means I cannot do anything to it, not even weed it. I wasn’t told this when I choose the lot, otherwise I probably would not have chose the lot. Feel like it has devalued the property. Just over a month after move in, quality and workmanship on the home is average, but no major faults found. Bought connected home pkg, which still isn’t completely connected. New community so still alot of construction and growing pains with noise and dirt.

From purchase to close the Pulte staff has been pretty great overall. I would say 95% of the process was relatively painless. The mortgage center was another story but we did not finance through Pulte (which is probably why). Cody the construction supervisor has been great and responsive to our questions and concerns. We appreciate the company’s willingness to make things right when quality has suffered to a degree. We are still waiting on a handful of things to get addressed so currently those matters are up in the air. We will see how that comes along here in the near future, hopefully. From the first day we spoke with realtor, until the day we closed was a great positive experience. Pulte management is very responsive to all concerns and worked to answering all our questions.

Overall I had a good experience from beginning to end. While nothing is ever perfect, the entire process from applying for a loan to actually moving into the home was fairly smooth. A few bumps here and there to include some issues with defective material that need replacement but overall Pulte did a good job in winning us over.

As a single woman,I was taken advantage of. I feel the people who worked on my home thought or didn’t care that their workmanship was less than poor ! ( I have watched other neighbors demand and get results when a MAN was the buyer! I purchased when the house was in construction stage- studs windows and roof were complete. - I had no idea I would be coming into such a disaster. Caulking on floor, paint on carpet, paint on light switches. Many doors have dings on the bottom- even thought they are in a frame. Exterior Paint must have one coat on porch trim- you can see through paint the measurement written large - I feel the people responsible for overseeing my house thought that since it was already sold, and I was a senior lady, let’s just slap it together - and that’s what I got. I moved from PA and my furniture and belongings were on the way- I did NOT want to close on the scheduled day. I was given a dead tree as the irrigation is not using the water wisely- different sprinkler heads are needed so all the grass gets watered- as mentioned by the lawn care company. I was told the road would be cleaned up after construction. Never happened. If you plan to buy one of these homes, plan to camp out nearby to watch what is going on. ... More

From the beginning, everything has gone wrong. We have not been happy with a single aspect of our home. Everything is sloppy, rushed, broken, just plain awful craftsmanship. There is too much to type to explain all the awful things we have experienced. Just know that it is awful. Hated every minute and still have issues with my home.
