This was my third home built within the Pulte Corporation. A very interesting process, since COVID was at its peak. However, this experience seemed more aggressive with certain aspects with the closing process. Just was not accustomed to certain lack of professionalism and communication. But in the end, I was satisfied.

Pulte Mortgage and Title were phenomenal. I purchased a model, so I would say that this comes without the standard warranty and i should have done a little more checking before the purchase. But the sales and project management team were very good themselves as well.

Andrew,Tim,Gretchen,Mike and Ally have been great. The craftsman ship of the home is very poor. Lots of issues and many repairs needed. I would not recommend a Pulte home to anyone.

Don’t trust quality of workmanship get it inspected don’t close until everything is fixed and they will make excuses for most problems in the house walls they will look at from 6 feet away to see if they’re straight sliding door glasses. They will look at 9 feet away for scratches and many other problems that may not be resolved.

We were forced to closed on our house that was not finished. It’s been 30 days and, still the home looks like we live in a construction site. Pulte should be embarrassed to have home close with so many issues.

Builder was easy to work with being 800 miles away. The closing was a bit confusing because they cancelled an hour before, but rescheduled the same day later in the afternoon and was a bit rushed since it was 4:30 PM

Go through your own bank do not go through Pulte for financing. My experience was good with everything and everybody except the financing side of things. The finance part was the worst experience i ever had. I almost gave up on the purchase because of the financing department.

Gigi was an exceptional site superintendent—professional, organized, and consistently on top of every detail. She communicated clearly throughout the entire project and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her leadership, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality were outstanding. It was a pleasure working with someone so dedicated and reliable. Highly recommend Gigi for any project!

There was confusing with the type of loan we actually qualified for and this made the process long and lead to a couple of times of no communication from Pulte and frustration and confusion. Ty (sales consultant), Eren (loan consultant) and Matthew (construction manager) were an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did each of them offer incredible customer service and dedication to their jobs, but they made me feel like I was important and that they wanted the absolute best for my family and me. Ty wanted to correct our experience and grievances, and he went above and beyond to accomplish this. Eren had so much patience and communicated to us thoroughly and clearly, so we understood what was happening and the estimated costs for closing. Matthew treated our home as if it were his home and made sure we had everything we needed, and it was in top condition. All these people answered any questions I had in a timely manner and made me feel like it was not us against the mortgage process. Only minor issues as we settle in. One thing of note is the poor quality sod that was used. Full of many kinds of broadleaf weeds.

Still items remains not repaired timely.

The overall build is good quality work. Some missed exterior workmanship, attention to detail.

Title office was excellent. Project manager is exceptional.

Many changes in personnel made the process more difficult. Not all work completed by closing; some items still pending. Employees maintained polite attitudes.

Our sales rep Cindy for Pulte was amazing from the start, no issues with her. But Pulte, like other major home builders, build so fast, they don't have the man power to "police" the trades they use or the project manager doesn't do his job and misses things while the home is being built. If you are able to visit your home while its being built, i highly suggest you do. While we do like the home, there are things that should have been fixed prior to closing. The warranty dept and construction manager have been great getting the issues fixed. They are in the process of getting things fixed now, but it should have been done already. I would suggest when it comes to certain design choices, like flooring, if you can do it after you close on your home, do it, because the lvp flooring we picked we thought was a decent grade level and its not. Overall I am happy with the home, although there have been issues. I realize post move in there are always a lot of little things that come up that you didn't find on your pre-closing walk through, and there are a few cosmetic issues I am now stuck with either living with or paying out of my pocket to resolve. But I never thought to take a hard look at the sprinkler system, and I have had the most issues there. At least those are mechanical issues and covered under the home warranty. Also, I work from home, and I am not a fan of the Internet Service Provider in our subdivision, so much so to the point that knowing what I know now I may have considered NOT purchasing from Pulte solely because of the ISP and the current exclusivity agreement they have. Very good and timely expirience

We wish we had a few more options and upgrades available . Otherwise we have been happy especially with the construction manager, Gigi, who was very attentive to our needs

Cheryl, our sales rep., was delightful and willing to help us all throughout our construction. Our design team experience was awesome as well. Wish we had more time there. Our first construction manager was nice, but not effective and many thing were not caught and corrected. Our 2nd construction manager, Keven, was good, but under a lot of stress correcting the mistaKevin, the first guy, and catching up on our construction. The completion of our home was delayed and often sat for weeks without anything being done. That is where our dissatisfaction lies. The three Pulte Members I had the most interaction with were Tyler.B , Jennifer D, and Dalton R. I would give all three of these team members 5 stars. Especially Tyler. Really all three of them were excellent. The underwriting team was sometimes difficult and presented a challenge, and the site could have been more secure after the house equipment was dropped off (ex. leaving unattached water heaters in open garage bays without garage doors). I do believe there were various people in the area looking to loot the incomplete houses, however other than that we are currently very pleased. Great Job !!! ... More

Pulte employees on the whole were very good. My only complaint would be that they allow you a walk through of the home to note items or issues which need to be corrected however this is typically 1.5 to 2 hours and it is impossible to detect every issue both inside and outside of the home during that short period.

The build process was excellent. My construction manager, Alex was a great communicator. Pulte Title was the opposite. They did not return my calls. The mortgage folks were great Gabriel Montoya and Nance Parker.

Asher was our sales agent and from the beginning we knew we had struck gold! He was very knowledgeable and very responsive to any issues we had during the building process. Dustin, our construction foreman, had to step in at the end of the building process to take us to the final stretch and did a great job. We felt like the different arms of Pulte Homes were not communicating with one another on the national level. We are extremely pleased with our new home and would go through the entire process all over again in order to get the final result.

Overall great experience. Communication was slow at times. Adopt the model 'clean as you go". In between different milestones there was trash (not associated with the particular phase, i.e., soda cans, bottles, trash) and left all around an in the residence, which was visually unpleasant.
