Great experience with Field Manager - very responsive to all issues.

We were amazed how quickly and this house was built. Finished exactly in the time line given us the day we bought!

The overall build is good quality work. Some missed exterior workmanship, attention to detail.

Our sales rep Cindy for Pulte was amazing from the start, no issues with her. But Pulte, like other major home builders, build so fast, they don't have the man power to "police" the trades they use or the project manager doesn't do his job and misses things while the home is being built. If you are able to visit your home while its being built, i highly suggest you do. While we do like the home, there are things that should have been fixed prior to closing. The warranty dept and construction manager have been great getting the issues fixed. They are in the process of getting things fixed now, but it should have been done already. I would suggest when it comes to certain design choices, like flooring, if you can do it after you close on your home, do it, because the lvp flooring we picked we thought was a decent grade level and its not. Very good and timely expirience

Cheryl, our sales rep., was delightful and willing to help us all throughout our construction. Our design team experience was awesome as well. Wish we had more time there. Our first construction manager was nice, but not effective and many thing were not caught and corrected. Our 2nd construction manager, Keven, was good, but under a lot of stress correcting the mistaKevin, the first guy, and catching up on our construction. The completion of our home was delayed and often sat for weeks without anything being done. That is where our dissatisfaction lies. The warranty team responded quickly for urgent issues regarding pests and fallen trees.

We have been happy with the overall quality of the home. During COVID times it we understand that it is a challenge to get reliable workers and product. Pulte did come through as promised and has been responsive to any issues since moving in!

Ryan did an outstanding job, taking leadership when our salesperson was relocated 3 months before we closed. He responded to our needs promptly and to our satisfaction.

Had a great experience with purchasing my home

Disappointed in the attention to detail. Paint chips here and there. Nicks here and there. Flaws were not obvious but we are neat freaks and maybe expected everything to be perfect. Love the floor plan and the sunsets.

Overall I am happy with the home, although there have been issues. I realize post move in there are always a lot of little things that come up that you didn't find on your pre-closing walk through, and there are a few cosmetic issues I am now stuck with either living with or paying out of my pocket to resolve. But I never thought to take a hard look at the sprinkler system, and I have had the most issues there. At least those are mechanical issues and covered under the home warranty. Also, I work from home, and I am not a fan of the Internet Service Provider in our subdivision, so much so to the point that knowing what I know now I may have considered NOT purchasing from Pulte solely because of the ISP and the current exclusivity agreement they have. Only 45 days in, but the experience has been great. Can't wait to settle in.

Pulte employees on the whole were very good. My only complaint would be that they allow you a walk through of the home to note items or issues which need to be corrected however this is typically 1.5 to 2 hours and it is impossible to detect every issue both inside and outside of the home during that short period.

Overall great experience. Communication was slow at times. Adopt the model 'clean as you go". In between different milestones there was trash (not associated with the particular phase, i.e., soda cans, bottles, trash) and left all around an in the residence, which was visually unpleasant.

The house is great but there were a couple of minor repair items that I discovered after moving in. I followed the process and sent them off to the warranty mailbox twice but have never received a response. Other than the responsiveness the overall experience with the builder has been very good.

Sales and Super were great. Trades need some work but overall good build.

The date keep changing and no one was contacting me and letting know what was going on.. I had to call and get the information for myself and miss out on the funeral for my family member.

We are pleased with the quality of home and reasonable pricing.

Our original contract showed we would be in the house within 6 months and it was just about a year before we finally closed. As for workmanship, we feel there is a lot of improvement needed. Exterior concrete work is poorly done, we had issues with our cabinets, the wrong breaker was put in for our garbage disposal & wires were lose, we had issues getting our internet & cable done correctly, countertop had to be replaced due to staining on it, sheet rock was cut wrong on a corner yet it was left & painted over and grouting around bathtub not done correctly. As we have been in house for a few weeks now it does seem like the attention to detail is somewhat lacking! Crooked light plates, outlets that didn’t work, stovetop crooked, paint not cleaned up, caulking average You asked for review now you got one
