Disappointed in the attention to detail. Paint chips here and there. Nicks here and there. Flaws were not obvious but we are neat freaks and maybe expected everything to be perfect. Love the floor plan and the sunsets.

The house is great but there were a couple of minor repair items that I discovered after moving in. I followed the process and sent them off to the warranty mailbox twice but have never received a response. Other than the responsiveness the overall experience with the builder has been very good.

Make sure you look over your home for everything. We had issues that ended up being worse after the fixes or repairs were made from our final walk through. We have had to start repainting all our baseboards and door frames. There is silicone caulk everywhere, it was not cleaned up and was dripped on the LVP and tile floors. The garage floor had to be redone multiple times, and is turning yellow now instead of the gray color we chose. Not real happy with quality of workmanship by the sub contractors.

I already have seven calls into our warranty folks. Seven different issues- all needles had there been more quality workmanship and attention to detail. …super frustrating.

The overall build of the house is great. Although there are a few things that need to be repaired but that was to be expected. The overall buying process was a bit tedious at times, to the point that we wanted to walk away. Now that we are in the house, getting issues resolved has been a bit of a task. I am overall pleased with the final product but the little things which could make this an excellent experience have not be dealt with very well.

I was pretty excited for this house, but as time past and I saw how it was being built, that feeling of 'this is a perfect home' faded. Don't get me wrong, the quality of the pieces of the home feel good (flooring is great, hardware is good when it's not painted over, and overall layout is perfect) but the workmanship involved in putting it all together seemed sub par and rushed. The experience as a whole seemed fine up until the end. My wife and I felt the closing process was rushed. There were many items that weren’t resolved at closing and the warranty department has not been very responsive. We were told over and over that we wouldn’t be forgotten about but that’s not the way things have played out. Our original contract showed we would be in the house within 6 months and it was just about a year before we finally closed. As for workmanship, we feel there is a lot of improvement needed. Exterior concrete work is poorly done, we had issues with our cabinets, the wrong breaker was put in for our garbage disposal & wires were lose, we had issues getting our internet & cable done correctly, countertop had to be replaced due to staining on it, sheet rock was cut wrong on a corner yet it was left & painted over and grouting around bathtub not done correctly. Pulte Lender stated we needed to get our application in to LOCK in the good rate . What they didn't tell us was that the rate we locked into was only good for 120 days , yes it took 10 months to build in conclusion our rate went up from 3.25% to 5.75% which our mortgage went up almost 400 dollars in the process. Also at this point what can you do . This type of business left a bad taste in my mouth about pulte lender.

I do love my new home! The design, features and options are exceptional! I believe there could be improvement in the final stages of completion before closing. The house had paint paint drips on the floor tile throughout the house, the washer was not fully installed causing a flood during the first load and the house was not properly cleaned prior to move in. A Pulte punch-out team would be ideal to to take care of these concerns prior to move in. The warranty manager has efficiently addressed most of the concerns identified after moving in.

Our home itself is a nice home and we got it for a great value. Everyone I have worked with at Pulte has been pleasant and usually helpful. There have been issues though: The sliding back door was stiff as can be upon move in, and we had to realign it ourselves. The door to the airlock/laundry room does not fully close unless you give it a good push into position. There's a gap in the grout of our shower.
