I want to first recognize Jeff, the Construction Manager, for the great job he did throughout the process. Jeff consistently kept me updated on the progress of construction and truly went above and beyond to ensure the project was completed on time. Because of his efforts, I was able to move out of my apartment and into my new home on the day of closing. His professionalism, communication, and dedication were excellent. The sales person Carlos Sánchez is AMAZING!!! The construction manager Lorenzo is great!!! PULTE mortgage always a DESASTER! Deal breakers! Sales experience was poor, communication awful from the sales guy. Almost 2 months after closing we still have issues remaining that were present before or at closing. Having to fight to try and get things fixed. Quality of workmanship and materials used is terrible. Customer care not the best. Builders used our electric after we'd moved in, and Pulte are refusing to pay us for that. Would NOT recommend buying from Pulte at all, and certainly not at Hartford Terrace.

we moved into our home in July and have been fighting about the grass being totally dead and a broken sprinkler head since closing. Empty promises of getting the problems fixed no returned calls or texts or emails no follow up and empty promises of having it fixed. Horrible experience. The house itself is great but now I have a 500k house with a dead lawn

Nice houses - lacking bells and whistles and a bit sketchy about pricing

Pulte houses are nice but lacking in the extras where other less expensive builders succeed. Many people Ive talked to agree the pricing practice is a bit sketchy. Pulte will indicate the house is a specific interest rate but they bought down the rate for you with the "incentives" you are supposed to get. Another common issue is when the buyer puts in a bid and Pulte accepts the price only to find out they again used your "incentive" money towards it. Additionally, they don't cover closing costs as other builders in this price range do.

I have called multiple times to fix the sink. Because it has a leak. They have came twice to fix it and the same leak still continues. I also called for chipped tiles, no one has called me back. Almost as if I never called. The ac has some kind of shortage in one room, where the ac doesn’t hit the same as the entire house. When I first moved no ac was hitting that room, someone came to fix it, and they got the ac to get to the room but it’s not as strong as the rest of the house. Pulte homes are not cheap homes I would expect better quality of work and better treatment.
