Overall was pretty easy process. I paid cash so i didn't deal with there mortgage company. Everything eas completed on time with no delays. I purchased everything base with no upgrades. Materials are sub par but I was getting it gutted anyways. My personal upgrades cost about the same but were far superior.

I truly had a positive experience with Pulte Builders throughout the entire process, until the last day of the closing, which went through very quickly without any issues. They were very attentive, helpful, and always available to help. My family and I are thrilled with our new and pleased with Pulte builders.

Sales agent Rodrigo is the best of the best, amazing working with him. My construction manager Gustavo was also amazing! My complaints are with my loan officer, his responsiveness was not the best. They don’t communicate with each other well. House had some issues that had to be fixed. Hardware and landscape design are horrendous. Overall good.

The builder Pulte did not consulting me about The closing date then I had many problemas with that.

The property had good quality product, the appliances were already in place (Move in ready) the style easy on the eyes, location was accessible from different route which makes it easy as well, of course the staffs were extremely professional, responsive, knowledgeable, follow up were quick, attentive and patient. I am a new homeowner, and I must say moving all the way from New York to Florida Pulte made the process such an easy one. The construction manager Melvin who was in charge of my home went above and beyond in explaining everything about my new home from explaining the sprinkler system to how to change my air conditioner filter. I would 100x recommend my friends and family to buy their home thru this amazing company.
