The overall experience was streamlined, efficient and pleasant.

After closing on the house during move in, we realized the floors upstairs were not level in several places. The builder sent in people to repair while we were trying to move in. The builder in charge of the repairs has been great in trying to resolve the issues. Ultimately, they waited to work after we left. When we went back after the repairs, the floors still have some irregularities. They say they will continue to level them. What is concerning, is the house should have never passed their inspection in the first place. It’s hard to believe that they never noticed the issues. I realize it’s cookie cutter, but Pulte should do better. There’s obviously not enough supervision with checking the work being done. I was considering building another home in their new development. I bought a house in Windsor Island Resort and paid in cash. After a little delay in the delivery, I paid for a inspection of the house, to make sure that everything was ok. To my surprise a report of 40 pages long with many things that shouldn't be broken in a new house. After asking Mr.Anand and Mr.Ryan to follow the report and repair the house to the condition that it should be delivered, they promised to do it. But after more than 1 month, the house still has issues and they even told me that it was ready to a reinspection, but it wasn't, and I had to scheduled others inspections of my pocket for a service that should be done the first time. It shows a lack of compromise with the client. If I had delayed the payment the same amount of time that they are delaying the delivery of my house, they wouldn't be happy. ... More

All in all, my experience was great and so far the customer service was amazing. Especially with the help of Gustavo and the rest of the team.

When I moved in, I found many places were incomplete, some were damaged, and some places had not even been painted. All window curtains were not installed. The bathroom glass door can not be closed very well, and there is a massive space for water leaking; every wardrobe door was incomplete(Not securing every closet door)

Just bought it, the house looks very modern and the basic furnishing inside is very comfortable. Community environmental protection and staff are also very good.

From the initial meeting with the sales team to the walkthrough with the construction manager. Everyone has been friendly and always had time for us. It’s particularly difficult with us living in England so communication is vital. This has always been excellent. The swift response from the construction manager since we closed had been great. The overall quality of the home is what we expected and certainly what we have seen in previous Pulte developments. Thankyou

I have bought 3 homes from different builders and this one has been by far the worst experience regarding finance a nightmare literally, and the closing was even worst both Pulte Mortgage and Pulte title company. They treated me like a 3rd class person even though my Credit is 800+ and my income is well above average and I did 20% downpayment. The closing incentives are a gimmick the say they give you 8k for closing costs but the charge you 10k more on any kind of junk fee. I'm so sorry because no one should deserve to be treated like that.

Both the Pulte agent, Lisa, and the construction manager, Americo, made this a great experience. They kept me in the loop the entire process, and the finished product is excellent! I highly recommend Pulte as a homebuilder.

My husband and I had a very smooth process in purchasing our beautiful home. The layout is beautiful and perfect for our lifestyle, and we were very happy with the service provided through the Pulte team.

Tiene muchos detalles en acabados y cosas que no funcionan como ventanas y puertas que no cierran bien nada de no puedan arreglar si quisieran hacerlo; lamentablemente para mi es no responden los correos ni las llamada y cuando responden te piden hacer una cita. It has many details in finishes and things that don't work like windows and doors that don't close well, nothing they can't fix if they wanted to; Unfortunately for me they don't answer emails or calls and when they do they ask you to make an appointment.

No communication, no invitation to see work progress, no follow up. Despite 6 postponements in 2022, all of a sudden a mad rush to close before 12/31 at the cost of cutting corners, sloppy workmanship, unskilled labor. Attribute the lack of quality work to absence of supervision or sub contracting to lowest possible bidder. Things such as cracked tiles, then when replacing tiles, using wrong color grout. Terrible finish work on sheet rock seams and edges. Paint on doorknobs and hinges. Paint spots on brand new appliances and floor. Sloppy finish work on all 5 bathroom cabinets. Wrong touch up paint, using matte where should have been semi-gloss. All 5 toilet seats had blade marks where worker cut through cardboard to remove from packaging. Floor boards in loft completely loose, resulting in removal of carpet to secure and now loose carpet with visible seams. Master bedroom upstairs ceiling joint completely loose, when they tried to repair were unable to screw into ceiling joists leading me to believe that there were no joists in that area. Entire sections of pool area missing sand between pavers. Missing caulk throughout, inside and outside. All in all, sub standard work. The fact that you're asking me for my experience leads me to believe that your company is clueless as to the type of sub standard, unprofessional work being performed by what are obviously unskilled workers. (The young lady attempting to repair sheetrock in upper master bedroom ceiling was about 24 and absolutely clueless as to what she was doing, I saw her!) All of this I observed before closing, I don't want to even think of what is hidden behind the walls, what corners were cut, what shoddy workmanship was performed etc. Sorry, wish I could give better review. ...
