1. We arranged the spectrum installation one week after the closing but no signal at all for the house. Spectrum came four times then finally installed it after the guests checked in! The owner requested the bulk account with Spectrum on 11/18/2022. Due to the builder updating the information delay, the Spectrum bill’s amount is not for a bulk account. After tons of phone calls and emails, the issue still hasn’t been resolved for months. 2. The utility shut down on 11/17/2023, one day after the closing without any notifications. It didn't give the owner two days to transfer the utility. It ...

Our build took a long time because of pandemic and supply issues, but our project manager from Pulte, Gavin, continued to give us regular updates on our progress. During one visit to the community, he met with us and walked through our build, identifying key features in the structure and listening to us. What made that so significant was that he remembered the things that were important to us and made sure our new home had everything in place that was in our list of concerns.

Price and quality of the house is great. Supervisor Gavin was so helpful to fix the issues which left unfinished by sub contractor. I am so happy that I Choose this Pulte home builder and the Windsor Community.

Building experience was good and sales rep was responsive. At closing, there were many issues and had to move closing twice. At final close there were several actions for builder to fix. No response since. Air conditioning still does not work after over a month. Very frustrated.

They have gone wrong with what was promised in having the property ready in 24 hours after having made the closing, in such a hurry to close and it is still not ready, 29 days have passed and nothing has been done on the property, who is the person responsible? Although according to them they are cosmetic repairs, it is a new house and enough time has passed for it to be ready. I imagined that they will give me some reimbursement for what happened. I need response and action now.

Material quality is poor, House wasn’t ready even after closing with tons of things to be fixed including pool heater, water pressure, final paint, cleaning of the property, water in shower was backing up as a result of construction remains in pipes. Bathroom cabinet had a hole right next to toilet holder, bought this home being from out of state and agent did the walk through

After closing on Jun 14, I’m still waiting for some repairs to be done. Kitchen cabinet missing baseboard, missing crown molding, etc. The pending issues is taking to long to be resolved.

I would not close until all work is done The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Floors have everything from glue to hardened masonry bits and stains that cannot be removed,

Was a nightmare with the realtor and the constructor , both doesnot have responsability, care, worst treatment we can imagine, I know the is not a Pulte im blaming for the constuction side and realtor, but you have to select better who will works for your company, you have a name that you have take care , The house was delivered with a lot of things to need to be fix , they did not clenned after construction , the material I cant choose the color or the floor. Bad comunication with constructor .

My shopping experience was a little different than usual, as I don't live in the United States, the purchase was entirely online, with the assistance of the seller and my realtor. until closing everything was ok, but the process of handing over the keys to the house to my realtor , who was the person that I designated to receive the keys, was a little confusing, we had to get in touch with several people until they delivered the key to the responsible, even so, the keys of the owners closets were missing. as I haven't had the opportunity to get to know the house in person, I can't comment on ...
