I am happy with my purchase and am excited to raise my family here. I also really liked my project manager. I am still, however, unclear why the “all block” construction sales pitch ended up with Oakhurst model having 2 exterior walls made of wood. This has never been explained and frankly was not clearly disclosed during the sales process. I still want an explanation as I still feel misled here.

The sturcture was fantastic the finish, rushed and incomplete

There are several issues- ALL are written down in my notebook from meeting on 9/5/25. Paint color- All of the walls are white, the only white walls were all of the closets SW7005 The HOUSE walls were: City Loft SW 7631. KITCHEN- Under cabinet lightening, there are none, but supposed to be. Kitchen Counter top is Silestone which is so ugly and it costs more than Granite. Let me say was a heartbreaker for me.,although there are others. The quality of the kitchen faucet is a 0, looks and feels like plastic, cheap. The tile in Kitchen and Owner’s BR were supposed to be laid diagonally, but were not. I paid $885.00 and the Owner’s Bath $130.00 And another charge of $3,635 for kitchen flooring(not sure what this charge is for). Also, the refrigerator has got to be the smallest frig for any house! I barely have enough space for just me, but I like to cook, so it’s really too small. I and my late husband built our last house and he said, “paint it any color you like”, there wasn’t a white wall in the entire house. I believe this was a total misunderstanding. It’s fine if you like white, I don't! ELECTRIC the switches by the back door don’t work, but did. They, the first 2 on the Left, started out working, now they don’t do anything, but the switch next to it switches on/off what the first switch used to. I know, weird. MY BIG BEEF is I can’t plant anything! I know you want things, including plants to look good, no problem they will. I have lots of experience as my last home had 3.2 acres, it was gorgeous! All I want is to take out the grass between the two trees in the backyard. It’s driving me crazy sitting here everyday not being able to work in my yard and making me fat too. I am used to mowing more than this yard is using a push mower…it saved my sanity, otherwise I’m sitting here staring at white walls. Please give me something to care about instead of missing my husband. As a Florida native I know my plants and whoever chose these plants did a terrible job! The grass too, St Augustine grass needs a lot of watering, spraying for bugs, should have left the Bahia grass…bugs leave it alone, hot weather won’t kill it. Whoever is supposed to be edging , isn’t. I edged it myself. Please don’t spray my grass, this is what killed my husband. My experience purchasing a new home with Pulte was excellent from start to finish. The entire team was professional, responsive, and truly cared about making the process smooth and enjoyable. Options were limited, would have liked to have seen more and more consistency with options. Supplies changed quickly and created anxiety having to change from first visit with designer from the next. Pulte insurance options were a joke, poor customer service, inaccurate and poor to no follow up when exploring this option

We bought the home at Highpointe due to location and the attractive models we visited. We were pressed for time due to work relocation and time-limited rental, so we welcomed a speedy purchase, but perhaps we should have had a deep look into the actual quality of materials and tradesmen workmanship. It begins with having to have window frames corrected. There were various windows that we installed crookedly and had to be remedied, followed by toilet paper dispensers that were poorly mounted and could not be used, followed by a shower door that scraped the floor and had to be addressed by three visits, followed by realizing that the appliances were all bottom level buys. The appliances do not match the pretense of the price of the home. Cheap appliances will need to be replaced soon. Kitchen ergonomics were not a concern. The most recent discontent occurred last night when the smoke detector alarms sounded for the second night in a row. The fire dept came both times. I call the Pulte Emergency number and they could not help me, as I needed the name of the vendor who installed the electrical system/wired smoke detectors. There was no sticker in the electrical panel listing the electrician. Also, why is there not a way to silence the alarms after a false alarm? There is also the issue of the irrigation head that sprayed the back windows with intensity, and after it was supposedly addressed, it was simply pointed to another part of the back of the hous. the home buying experience and closing were rather smooth. The sales manager was rather helpful guiding us through the process of buying the house. Craftmanship was satisfactory except there have been some issues with some appliances (stove and dryer) and contacting HOA manager has been difficult.

Maybe my expectations were too high, but we were disappointed in the outcome. The driveway is so short our cars don’t even fit. Still construction mud caked on our back porch. INHO Pulte is producing homes too quickly and it’s a rushed job.

GREAT VALUE, WELL BUILT, BUILDER MEET ALL OUR NEEDS. HOUSE WAS IN MOVE IN CONDITION, JUST A VERY FEW MINOR ADJUSTMENTS NEEDED.

Pulte worked with us every step of the way to address all of our concerns and all items in the home. We are very happy with our new home and the quality of the build!

My fiancé and I are first time home buyers and cannot say thank you enough to everyone at Pulte that helped make our dream a reality. Our sales agent Vincent went above and beyond to find the perfect lot for us. Working with PMC was a very smooth process. The CMs Adam, Windy and Shea are the best. Their dedication to quality helped us to trust that we are getting a great home. The CCM Tony has been fantastic. We are very happy with our home.

After closing warranty service is poor. I shouldn't have to work this hard to get my issues addressed.

Jason and Johnny did a great job running the project. Jason was more responsive at the end of the project than in the middle but overall he did a great job and went abbove and beyond some things at closing.

Probably the worst buying experience. I own multiple properties, residential and commercial

Everyone involved in the process of purchasing this property was very professional, from the sales teams to the finish guy.

Overall ok with this workmanship of home, but kitchen cabinets are nothing but cheap cardboard and I upgraded to level 5. I’d had to see level 1.

Vincent and Antonio were incredibly helpful throughout the entire purchasing/building process of my new townhome, and Tony has been helpful after closing with questions that have arisen. Antonio and Andrew have been awesome both with ensuring all our concerns and questions have been attended to in a quick and attentive manner. They have really helped with making this home buying experience (my wife and mines first home) truly stress free.

We were asked to have an inspection and quality review with Pulte representatives before final closing. Upon “move in”, many of the issues of function and quality were not addressed. The ceiling fan in the lanai had no remote and didn’t function. This problem was never fixed. The burner heads on the stove were missing and, when replaced, one burner was not the proper size for the unit (this is a still un-corrected safety issue). The refrigerator was inoperative and replaced with a “scratch and dent” model of a different brand. It took three deliveries of the wrong units (and three weeks) to correct this problem. Numerous light bulbs were blow out which we had to replace. One of the bedroom dressers (which we purchased with the house) had three drawers jammed closed and never repaired. Soon after our move-in our aid conditioning unit failed and our sewer system backed up. These last two items were swiftly addressed by Pulty. ... More
