Pulte Homes Reviews in Martin St. Lucie Okeechobee Counties, FL

Due to some issues in the floor tile that could generate the potential tile replacement for the entire house, generated an issue to me and my family. The move -in date was delayed by 30 days, yes, 30 days that I was not able to occupy my home after the closing date. The Divosta Pulte team was responsive to resolve all the issues, but I still was not able to enjoy mi home for 30 days and I still have to pay the mortgage. I can not believe this from a company like DiVosta Pulte, one of the most reputable builder in our country.

Time limits were unrealistic due to the timeframes needed to process the loan. Many enails were unanswered.

Having the opportunuty to purchase a home can truely be exciting and sometimes daunting, Pulte has managed to make this an easier and more pleasant experience.

The Sales Person was there for me the entire time and answered all my questions. The Construction Manager fulfilled all my requests and made sure things were accomplished as they should be.

The location for Veranda Gardens is amazing. Very close to Palm City, and located in a more secluded area of Port Saint Lucie. For the price, the home values are great. Overall, was satisfied with the end product and the model that we went with.

Pulte delivered a great product right on schedule and was great about communicating and setting expectations. Felt deceived about pulte mortgage and despite bringing this up by email to pulte and in a pulte mortgage survey, have yet to hear back. does anyone read these things? One lingering warranty issue is the hdpe running to att's pull box. a segment was severed during construction resulting in att direct burying my fiber. pulte warranty hasnt engaged me on getting this fixed despite submitting a request. all else has been good.

The design and layout of the home is quite nice and met our needs. The quality of workmanship however, is lacking. Numerous issues with paint errors, paint spatters on floors, walls crooked, baseboard trim joints poorly finished, and several other issues. Light fixtures in floor plans that are not where they should be. Electrical appliances with damage, upgraded features like recessed light fixtures and kitchen cabinets are really just "builder grade" quality.

From the first day we came to the neighborhood to look at models to now, after the build and moving into our Forever Home, our experience has been FANTASTIC!! Every single person all along the way was beyond helpful, highly knowledgeable, efficient, VERY on top of things, and answered all of our questions in a more-than-timely-manner, in minutes, most of the time! Each person walked us through the process step by step. The entire process was EASY from start to finish which would be a Godsend for young, first-time builders. A word about the quality of our home: it's a FORTRESS. It is hurricane-safe. Born and raised, and having spent my first 47 years in Broward County, I have been through many hurricanes and tropical storms and am confident that our home will withstand any hurricane. ALL of the Pulte homes are built with concrete block construction with poured concrete, hurricane tiedowns, and impact windows rated to >150 mph. It's comforting to know that we won't have to evacuate or board up if a hurricane is headed our way (we live in S FL, so, of course we'll have storms). We have no worries. WE ARE SAFE here. In closing, my husband and I would like to thank Pulte for a great experience in building our Forever Home. I just retired and we'll spend the rest of our lives here in our beautiful home and neighborhood. Timeline was a year and not communicated well

My over all buying experience was great, my sales person Yvo was my go to guy and he was always professional, timely and helped me with any info

Be careful. They'll hide things from you that you should know. Their finance department was the worst experience.

Our home is beautiful We had a great experience with everyone on their team — from the start with our Sales Consultant, Daniela, to our Design Appointment with Stacey. Our construction manager, Christopher, was phenomenal. The home warranty offered by Pulte, and their continued responsiveness, gives us peace of mind in the quality of our home. Pulte made the new home building process as easy and transparent as possible.

The construction manager Rob was outstanding. He continues to be even to this day. The rest of the team ( closing team) was not very helpful. The did not communicate well with phone, text or email. The guy who actually met us at closing was great. He did a wonderful job. The newest member of the sales team is very helpful and the male in the office has been very helpful through out the entire process. If I did not mention someone they did were did the least in selling or being helpful. Everything was always someone else job and they didn’t do anything to problem solve by contacting to person in Pulte who they say were responsible or follow up with the information. When I followed up with Pulte often it was information readily available or should have been known. My home settled in December. It was repeatedly made clear, by Pulte, that the home must be completely paid for at least one day before settlement. I honored that requirement in good faith. There were many items that needed attention post settlement. None insurmountable. 4 months post settlement, they still have not completed all of the repairs.They don’t group any repairs together for the same day, consequently, not even by the same trade, so you need to be home many, many days to allow them to do just a few quick minor repairs. And you have to continually remind them about the repairs that you previously mentioned to them. No consideration for the homebuyer, because they already have your money. We’ve had a few issues we had a leak under the sink that was no big deal that was fixed right away. We then had our slider on our lanai when I went out and then shut it. It locked because the pin in the handle did not come back out to stop it from locking, we had to hire a locksmith to come that night because we were locked out of the house at $300 which we were never reimbursed for they came and fixed the door and we were told that that does happen sometimes when it was misaligned so they realigned it we had the patchwork done on the wall and repainted Some of the screws started to fall out of our garage door and there was no end on the wires to keep them connected in the sensor of the garage door. I had the sensors fixed and then the door company came out and said that the door must’ve been hit because the first and the third panel Bowed while we’ve had our garage so our car has not been in the garage The guy that came out was extremely rude and arrogant from D&D garage doors and then I never heard back from customer care person. I had to text him to find out what was going on and he said oh the garage door company said it must’ve been hit they’re not gonna cover it. Well you can’t hit the first and third panel unless you got a really special car, especially when they are, 6 feet away from each other. The spots that were bowed we’ve had our sprinkler systems break and not have water on our lawn for a couple weeks. We have an issue where all the connections are for the water system where it is a deep hole I have contacted the HOA and put in a request for that to be fixed because it’s a safety issue I have a child that is blind and she’s falling in there already That still hasn’t been fixed and we’ve been here a month ... Pulte was on top of everything during the financial process. When i called for info or questions my call was returned within 24 hrs. Excellent experience.

DESIGN IN 3RD BATH IN BEDROOM ACROSS FROM LAUNDRY HAS A DOOR THAT OPENS INTO BATHROOM. SHOULD HAVE BEEN A POCKET DOOR. FLOOR TILES IN HOUSE ARE UNEVEN. PAVERS ON BACK OF HOUSE ARE BROKEN AND VERY UNEVEN . BIG GAP UNDER BACK DOOR.SUBMIITED REQUEST AND TOLD THEY WOULD GET BACK US IN 48 TO 72 HRS. NEVER HEARD BACK.

Great experience from sales to home build

We had a fabulous experience from the day we signed to closing. Realtor, sales agents, construction manager always kept us in the loop and was always available to answer any question. Never once did we doubt this process or purchase of our new well built home.

I submitted my list of repairs several days ago, but have not received a response. I reported people changing their oil in the mail box parking lot. The sales person at the model said to me “sounds like a management problem.” Management was already gone home and I was disappointed with his lack of care about responding to my complaint. I reminded him the development is under builder control and this is against the community rules. He straight could give a crap. Disappointed on 1/23/24 at 5:30 pm.
