The Value for Pulte was very good. However, their attention to detail on the home they’re building, pales in comparison to when you tour one of their Models.

What started in May of 2022 as an exciting dream to come true, became a lingering nightmare in May of this year, the very same day of closing. Workmanship, materials, and building management’s response have been the main drivers of our horrible experience. A few days before closing, we did a “Walk-through” with the construction manager and the customer/warranty manager. We found several issues that ranged from electrical outlets lids to broken kitchen cabinets, bathtub drains, and several others. Right after closing, the construction manager met us at the house to go over the findings and the majority of them had been addressed, but we walked the house again, and we found more problems. When I addressed them with this manager, his reply to me was:” I too can walk thru this place and find 18 more things that are wrong, THIS IS CONSTRUCTION, NOT PERFECTION”..Sounds like an ideal motto for a house builder. After six weeks, and many follow up calls issues are being addressed, and more defects are popping out, but the uphill dissatisfaction battle continues, and hopefully will end prior to year end. On a positive note Yvo, our sales person has done an outstanding job, and has gone above and beyond his duties by helping us in communicating with Pulte personnel. Great prep in preparing unit for closing. All closing contacts excellent.

My husband and I needed a home quickly when we saw Heron Preserve had some quick move-ins available. We looked at the home and knew it was the perfect floorplan for us. Every step, from buying, financing and putting the finishing touches on the house was done efficiently and professionally. We feel very fortunate to have found this home.

Pulse mortgage does not communicate that well very hard to get a hold of someone to talk to rate them very low

Multiple project managers, moving of my closing date 3-4 times, dead raccoon in my new build that took 1.5 months to resolve and the solution was my initial solution from the beginning. Many issues left open with home after closing. Unfortunately this is 180 degree different when I built with another company. This was post pandemic build boom and expected better finishing work. I just hope the warranty department reputation isn’t as bad as I have heard and the issues will get resolved timely.

From your sales professional Yvo to Zach who handle any and all concerns in regards delivery my home; they both go on and beyond their services to make sure we were always happy and aware of any changes made if any. Always very attentative to our concerns. Can't say enough good things about Pulte.

Good experience with Sales person who was actually working at HighPointe --- she introduced me to Ocean Cove. Not involved in building phase of home purchase.

Material used is low quality and workmanship is sub-standard. We have been in the home for 4 weeks and some of carpeting is already coming off at the seams. Some of the tiles on the floor are damaged, door knobs are loose and some doors do not shut properly. Kitchen drawers are not aligned properly. A large package (mattress) that was erroneously delivered prior to our closing date, was stolen by someone on site - which the crew could and should have left in the garage or inside the house. House and garage were not cleaned before we move-in date.

Long delay in home completion; we did many BNB's. 3 + Months. Sales and marketing staff, mostly Daniella, are great. Orientation was good. Few defects found in the home. Project requests a problem; designated contact person appeared to be motivated for personal reasons. Repair request was addressed quickly.

Although the home was delivered a month late, the construction team was responsive and kept us informed of progress and issues.

Overall the build quality is just ok. For the price point of this property, the expectation was much higher on fit and finish. We do have a warranty claim in to fix all issues but disappointed with how the home was delivered to us. Also the parking is and will continue to be a real problem.

I had a great experience in purchasing a new construction townhouse in Stuart FL. They kept me informed along the process so we had time to sell our current home to purchase our new home. After we moved in they were responsive to my small requests and questions. Looking forward to the completion of the project. I love the high ceilings and 8 ft doors, many windows for light. I highly recommend this builder.

So far so good, but be sure to thoroughly walk through the home before and after closing. This is a second home for us and we're only in Florida once every few months, so we were a bit rushed during the pre-closing walk-thru and didn't have much time to have a second look post closing. We'll take 90% of the responsibility for that, but we did continue to find things during our subsequent flights down, such as chipped tiles, shelving not aligned in the island, peeling of cabinets in areas tough to notice at first. To date, we've scheduled appointments and have had no issues with the builder repairing the problems, but keep in mind that they use dozens of subs, so one person may fix the tile but then you need to wait for the grout guy to come back weeks later to complete the repair. Yes, they get THAT specific with subcontractors and their roles. All in all though, we do love the place, the atmosphere, and the culture of the community. I'm very happy with my home. I don't regret purchasing at all. I think the hand off after closing could have been better coordinated. There was supposed to be a celebration walk and all these different support groups to meet, but none of that happened as planned. It left us a bit confused as to who we're supposed to contact when receptacles don't have power or we need to check up on our punch list. It's been a month since we've moved in and our punch list is still pretty long. Only 1 issue has been resolved out of about 10, and we don't have any sort of schedule to predict when the rest of the issues will be fixed. Resolving the punch list gets 1.5 stars. I think Luis G. our construction manager deserves a huge pat on the back. Even though the house was running late, he had a great attitude, and we felt like he took care of us no matter what sort of issue came up. If it had been anyone else, I feel the experience would have been very different. All of my light switches are in different order in all the bedrooms and bathrooms. That's super annoying. Overall a good experience. Strongly believe that vendor supervision during construction should be stronger and by qualify staff, the lack of this leads to some issues with workmanship, we gave experience sone workmanship issues and based on what they are it is obvious that project manager, field superintendent we’re doing their due diligence

I love my house. The work done was very good. The people I worked with were all very professional and pleasant. Only complaint is the scratches on everyone of my pavers. The company won't fix either. But other than that I love it

We had a wonderful experience buying and fantastic communication with Pulte while construction was happening. The minute we closed, they are harder to deal with than the DMV. We had a punch list of items to be taken care of after closing, not one has been taken care of 2 months in. Pre close they were 5 stars. Post close Zero.

Adam was exceptional in his knowledge and expertise in every encounter we had with him during and after the building process.

Mario L and Adam S were both wonderful throughout the process .

Overall a good buying experience.
