Roof leaked in bedroom. Painting could be better, missed spots and left big drips.

Everything was better than expected. Very pleased with the home.

Pulte was prompt and did exactly what they said they would do. The design is nice and the value is great. Don’t try to change anything though. Two things I was not happy with was the alarm/low voltage sub contractor. You feel like you have no options and anything you do is marked up pretty well. I also feel like painting in general was sloppy. Painting around (and on) switches and towel bars, missing spots, etc. just looked rushed. Lots of caulk and it doesn’t have a nice finished look.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of our new home. We highly recommend buying a Pulte home.

The only thing i would give 5 starts to is the response and effectiveness of Customer Care Manager Chris and the Building Home Manager Loren. Anything else i would rate very poorly. The quality of the materials and home is very poor. Not withing 32 days and the brand new dryer breaks. The poor quality of the paint in the house. Not even a good welcome from the sales department. You are pretty much left alone to figure out you way around with the community. Was not given any directions or instructions as to how to get into the community with the sticker and fab was not even activated, if it wasnt for Loren we would be so lost. We have bought cheaper homes and gotten far better welcome than what we have gotten from Pulte. The quality of the materials used in the homes are very cheap. ... More

Excellent finish choices... helpful staff

My wife and I recently purchased a brand new Pulte home in Avery Square in Naples Florida. The home has been constructed with excellent materials and followed with construction craftsmanship and Expertise. We did have a few minor follow-up items after moving in. Pulte responded quickly to resolve our issues to our complete satisfaction. Lastly, Our homes energy efficient utilities and systems have resulted in very favorable utility costs.

The Pulte team was very helpful through the entire process. They were quick to respond to our questions and requests.

the contractors that were used to build our home home didn't care about the workmanship very sloppy have a large list for warranty work to be done

It’s too early to tell but the quality of materials and workmanship seem to be very good. I was most impressed with the responses with their sales representative, Jolynn and their project manager, Arron, who where very responsive to any issues I had and followed up very quickly to my satisfaction. The people make the difference and that impressed me. I wished there could have been a little more flexibility at the design center. The process of picking options was a half day and once you lock in, you are pretty much set so do your homework there before you choose.

I am extremely happy with my home! The entire staff went above & beyond for my family!

Settlement was poorly executed. We were remote and everything was last minute. No consideration for our existing plans. Once documents were deliverd and explained it went well but getting to that point was not good. Wouldn't use Pulte's settlement company again!!

I was impressed by the value that Pulte provided. For any small issues that were found, they were responsive and prompt in dealing with them. Would recommend Pulte to friends.
