Recent owner of a Pulte home in Southwest Florida. For all the advertising about excellent quality work and what not, they don’t even do a fraction of it. They have taken on way more than than they can handle and just are just cranking through houses to get better numbers while completely ignoring quality. I have built a house before and know what to expect with any new construction. It was evident that there has been no supervision or oversight of the work being done. the contractors that were used to build our home home didn't care about the workmanship very sloppy have a large list for warranty work to be done
