Just a few words to express my experience in dealing with Pulte. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever dealt with in purchasing a home. It was very quick and easy with no red tape to cut through. Celestine was with us through the whole process and she was a pleasure to work with. JC was amazing in taking care of all the details for us and making sure our home was delivered in perfect condition. We cannot be happier with our decision in picking Pulte for our home. Pulte has a great team with Celestine and JC.

The quality of workmanship is a 1 out of 10. Sloppy details, lack of pride, and supervisors that barely care themselves. Very quick to sell, very slow to correct mistakes.

We moved into our new Pulte home that was extremely well built. All items on our walk through list were taken care of before we moved in by our construction manager. One issue was major in my opinion and he took great care of it! All issues we have found after we moved in have been dealt with by the warranty manager and his warranty team. They all have been super responsive. It has been nothing by a very positive pre and post buying experience with the Pulte team. Thank you

I thought that the decision making process was too quick and pushy. Then I dont think there was an adequate follow up to the various conditions of the house. Yes, I think the house is in pretty solid shape but I did not love the experience.

I had a nightmarish experience purchasing and building a home with Pulte. The craftsmanship was shockingly poor, with numerous defects and shoddy workmanship evident throughout the construction process. To make matters worse, it became apparent that unskilled labor was employed, leading to further complications and delays. In a disturbing revelation, it was discovered that some workers were underage and involved in illegal labor practices. This entire ordeal highlighted the importance of thorough research and due diligence when selecting a home builder. Despite numerous complaints, the builder failed to address major issues plaguing the house. Every window bore noticeable scratches, a glaring sign of the lack of attention to detail. Shockingly, almost every kitchen cabinet required replacement due to subpar quality and craftsmanship. The builder's negligence in resolving these fundamental issues underscored their disregard for customer satisfaction and raised serious questions about their commitment to delivering a quality product. Troy took the time to get to know us and our needs for a home. He spent a lot of time during our multiple visits in guiding us through the process of selecting the right set of options for the build. JC our construction manager took it from there and worked to ensure the house was a quality build. He worked diligently to address the few issues found during home inspection. For the few issues (minor roof leak, paint work, caulking, etc.) found since our move-in, Pulte Warranty has been very responsive in getting them addressed.

On my first visit to view the Sonoma Oaks property I met Maggie, who couldn't have been more professional. Maggie continues to send me updates and is helpful in my queries in regard to my newly purchased Pulte Home. I sold my family home that I resided in for more than 27 years in May 2023. I moved into my Shangri Lai Sonoma Oaks in October 2023. The home is magnificent great quality and beautiful upgrades for the price. I'd like to mention Hazel as part of the builder's team, I would have to rate Hazel as 5 stars across the board. Hazel goes above and beyond what you would expect the builder's team to be. She is always working hard and is never impatient with the many questions or issues I present to her. If Hazel does not have the answer at the time, she will within no time at all. So many details are coming at you at one time in the process of moving into a new home. With that being said Hazel was like a bright light for me going over already answered questions with the patience of a saint. It was a complete delight to work with the entire Pulte Team: Maggie in Sales, Reggie Builder Team and of course Hazel the hardest working young woman in the builder Team. Pulte provides mass produced builder homes, built by the lowest priced sub-contractors, and rarely respond to customer questions/complaints. The designs are great, the lots are small, and the finishing touches are god-awful. Still its better than CC Homes and Lennar in SWFL. These can be a good live, just be aware of what you are getting into.

Maggie was our sales point of contact and Alex was our point of contact for the build. We do not have enough good things to say about Alex - he was excellent across the board. He was very quick to get back to us, he followed through on everything he said would be done, and was extremely helpful before and after the build. Maggie, we did not have good things to say about. We asked for two outlets to be moved, she said yes initially, later took back that yes, and was very rude in the process of doing so. We have numerous emails from her where she was quite rude and she was not very helpful in this process at all. We did not enjoy working with her. ... More

Our experience with Pulte Homes was a mixed bag, as there were positives and negatives. The construction of the home and quality of workmanship were positive. The support we received as customers along the way was not. We had to ask questions repeatedly to get responses. When we made simple requests we often received passive aggressive answers and countless excuses from Gail, who was supposed to be an advocate for us. Our Pulte Closing Coordinator treated our title company and agent in a very negative and condescending way, which was upsetting. After closing when we drove over 30 minutes to pick up our keys, we were treated with skepticism instead of welcomed as new buyers who had already paid our down payment. Our customer care manager was kind at the pre-orientation walk through, but then transitioned to being short with us and "putting us in our place" - we feel far from supported. In a world where customer is king, we feel this experience has been underwhelming to say the least. We are happy with the home, but the overall feeling of being unsupported lasts and it's important to give an honest review of this. ... More

PULTE, home buying experience was made easy by the professionalism and friendliness of the PULTE agent Troy. Everything was explained in detail. All my questions were answered no problems at all for me highly recommend Pulte.

The process leading up to the purchase/home completion was transparent and useful. Overall the QA process for identifying issues in the home was comprehensive. A few items were still left by the time we moved in - but Pulte has steadily been correcting those. Given all of the things that could go wrong - there are really only two worthwhile things noting: HVAC system in one of the rooms was not effective and Pulte is working on that, and the bathroom master floor is not fully level - which is not a problem yet. However, walking on the tiles sometimes results in a crunch side. There were a few minor cosmetic issues that we didn't bother taking up with the company - because the overall build was very good. Time will tell - but I would definitely use Pulte again. ... More

When building our last home Pulte provided us with the best experience. When we decided to relocate and found another Pulte community there was no second guessing on the quality and experience we would be delivered upon completion. We truly love our home and are so happy!

Troy and Damon did an Outstanding job Complying with my needs. They stayed in constant contact with me as far as update on my home. It was a very pleasant Experience getting to know them. Damon was Exceptional in addressing the issues I had in Regards to my 30 day follow up. Pulte should be proud to have such quality employees that are very passionate and dedicated to their customers.

This is a great community for everyone young family and older people, my daughter lives here in the community and Pulte build her house and she love her home that was build three years ago. The process was very easy, I have been a realtor for 17 years and this was the best closing I ever had. Donna

We worked with Mike Egan as the sales consultant and Damon Schloendorn as the construction manager. Both were extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. We are very pleased with our home and how the experience was.

I had a change in work location and have to sell the home, I cannot even get what I paid for it on the open market. By the time I pay my Realtor, I'll lose money

Purchased a spec home where most choices were already made, although I was allowed a couple of options. I requested to add a saltwater pool, got a pool but was chlorine pool, now have to pay an additional $2,000 to convert it. Was also told that I would have glass insert front door, and glass office doors, of which I got neither. Make sure to go line by line on what you are getting and what is agreed to, after the fact as they were building the house, I was told what you agreed to with the salesperson is NOT on my build list. Feel completely misled by the purchase process. I have now been in my home for about 2 months, I still have blue painters tape where items are still waiting to be completed, disappointed that I am still waiting for items to be repaired / completely properly. The process to get the items on the punch list done is not easy, poor follow up. Overall, I believe the house will be nice when completed, but my advice, make sure you are in complete agreement with what you are getting, when it will be done, and when repairs will be fully completed. The top 4 got good review but the last one which it was customer service did not customer service service were not reliable they have to get their act together thank you
