Hazel, our construction mgr was outstanding, simply the best.

The home took awhile to build, but the final product was worth waiting for. Of course there are some issues with the home, but that is to be expected.

VERY happy with the home itself--great floor plan--(Mistique)---only real improvement to the house itself might be using washable paint on the interior---washing marks off the walls tends to rub off the paint. VERY happy with our manager Hazel and Reggie.

My sales people & my GC were amazing to work alongside; however, the sub contractors that have done and continue to fix mistakes at my home hired by PULTE are completely unreliable and have added a tremendous amount of stress to this process. There is a lack of accountability across all sub contractors and I am spending tremendous amounts of time & energy coordinating people to fix the mistakes at my home. I bought a new home to avoid these issues and I am frustrated with the whole process since I still have cabinets unfinished, non-functioning appliances, missing crawl space stairs, etc etc.

Very good experience Pulte comes highly recommended.

Unfortunately, we bought a spec house that was almost completely built, so we had no opportunity to choose design options, nor any ability to provide owner supervision during construction. So, there were issues with workmanship and poor-quality material, That being said, the assistance in getting all issues resolved has been excellent. Carina has been very helpful and professional in getting all our problems resolved.

In a few words, the whole experience was awesome. We are quite happy with the location and quality of our new home!

I moved into my brand new home that was never cleaned after the construction team. I feel as though nothing but your company being paid is a priority and can honestly say I will never buy a Pulte home again. There was nothing enjoyable about this experience.

45 days after closing the quality issues are still “in progress…”

Had a very good project manager to work with who stayed on top of things for us. Kept us informed especially with supply challenges.

Initial impression upon closing was great. A week of living in the house revealed several issues. The LED ceiling lights were hanging out of the ceiling, later found that this was because ceiling drywall was not cured when they were installed. A week after move-in, all drains were blocked. Main sewer line from house was clogged with construction debris. Plumber said this happens about 25% of the time. Why not clear the drains before closing? Also, once closing occurs, your project manager ends any responsibility for your home - you have to go through Pulte maintenance now. This is the first house we build from scratch and we are happy with Pulte overall. We were able to customize the house to meet our needs and the building process was fairly smooth. The project manager was very knowledgeable and kind. The close date was delayed 21 days over the initial estimate, which caused us a few headaches but considering the whole COVID situation, it wasn't that bad.

Some good some bad. Tough to communicate when you needed things done

The process was smooth, there are always issues, but the Pulte team addressed them very professionally. Closing was difficult but not necessarily Pulte's problem. However, as the professional builder, I would have appreciated their assistance in helping negotiate thought issues, but that is above and beyond.

Our new house was everything we expected and more. The attention to detail was amazing. Our choices were made easy at the Design center. The community is very welcoming and close to anything you need.

During the entire build process there was little to no communication and if there was any it was triggered by myself. Post closing a list of items to be fixed were shared with the customer care team but again no communication on timeline for repairs were given. It is beyond disappointing the customer service provided - it is something you would expect from a builder with no experience.

Matt and Lauren were very professional and responsive during the sales process. The design center staff was great and helped us make the right choices. Garrett is the construction manager and he was great. Very responsive and very caring even with everything he was dealing with during the pandemic and supply chain and labor issues. The entire organization from sales to closing is very professional and well organized. I highly recommemmend Pulte to any new home buyer.

We had a great experience considering us all living in a pandemic/COVID period. Reputable home building company and enjoyed working with all involved.

We went through the purchase process relatively fast. The builder anticipated the closing date although the home was not 100% ready for closure. Our home has quite a number of upgrades which were charged at premium cost. Overall, the quality of the house is unsatisfactory, both from design and construction perspective. For example, partition walls do not have any sound insulation, and you can literally hear conversation or the TV sound from the other room(s). The AHU (air handling unit) is located nearby the living room and its super noisy! The utility room has no insulation and sound vibrations are transferred across the entire house (pretty rookie design for an experienced builder like Pulte). This basically destroys the comfort of this home. The tile-work is well done from visual standpoint, however the underlying sub-grade is uneven and creates wavy effect. By simply looking at the baseboards (trim), large gaps filled with caulking are present in almost every room. The exterior walls (facade) were most probably made in a record time and are full of imperfections, dents and blemishes. Some of the walls are build out of plumb, and I am not sure how Pulte will be repairing such major deficiency. We have been leaving in this home for about two month now, and the responsiveness to issues (most of which were prior to closing) is pretty poor. Angel worked hard to correct any issues we had once the home was finished.

Sales experience was poor relative to communication,, actual lot options and time frame for building. But once the contract was executed, the design department and the final construction manager (we went thru more than one as the first was inexperienced) were excellent with prompt communication, attention to detail and going beyond and above to accommodate our requirements.

we love our home but their are some issues that need to be addressed still. overall home was built great. thank you
