Our salesperson and field manager have been very responsive

Organized and experience with great building supervisor in our new development.

Our experience was 5.0 . We lived 1500 miles away and it would have been helpful to get very detailed updates on the status of the building process. There is a status on the website but there are only 4-5 milestones and they were not updated accurately. I'm sure the Field Managers have an extraordinarily detailed online project plan . Just wondering if it would be possible to tap into that. Overwise a very good experience and I would recommend Pulte

It was a painless experience

My home buying experience was great. My field manager was excellent in explaining everything to us during the construction of our home.

Quality of delivered product was great. Sales process was great. Pulte mortgage process was great. Virtual meeting with design center was challenging. Designer was impatient and frustrated at times. Post delivery support has been good in general. I had an air conditioning issue and I requested a manager to escalate the issue and manager never responded. The issue was eventually resolved but was frustrating not to have a manager respond.

The Pulte folks we worked with were fantastic most of the subs were also of the highest quality

Our experience with pulte was great !!. All of the pulte employees were friendly and professional. Our build supervisor Tom kept us well informed as our home was being built. Which was especially helpful because we live out of state. Our overall experience with Pulte was excellent

We really like our new Canopy home. This is our second Pulte home and so we knew overall we would be very happy. I could not give 5 stars for the quality of workmanship and materials but it was only in two areas - drywall and painting. I believe Pulte will do the right thing to try and correct our painting concerns but it is too late for the drywall. Please know it is not terrible - just not as great as our past experience.

Satisfied with everything

Having a home built while not on site to see progress was initially a bit unnerving. The Pulte teams attention to communication made the process a smooth one. Now moved in and any and all issues are dealt with from a communication and follow up point of view quickly and professionally. The suppliers used to build the house are also top notch.

The process leading up to the purchase/home completion was transparent and useful. Overall the QA process for identifying issues in the home was comprehensive. A few items were still left by the time we moved in - but Pulte has steadily been correcting those. Given all of the things that could go wrong - there are really only two worthwhile things noting: HVAC system in one of the rooms was not effective and Pulte is working on that, and the bathroom master floor is not fully level - which is not a problem yet. However, walking on the tiles sometimes results in a crunch side. There were a few minor cosmetic issues that we didn't bother taking up with the company - because the overall build was very good. The whole experience from selecting our home to the finished product was excellent. Follow up however on defects has been challenging.

Sales personnel were knowledgeable and friendly. The Project Manager was responsive and worked with us during the construction. Items noted during the walk through were addressed in a timely fashion. We are planning to send a small list of items to the Maintenance Department. We believe they will be as concerned and responsive as our Sales person and Project Manager were during the early stages.

Nice neighborhood

It’s too early to tell but the quality of materials and workmanship seem to be very good. I was most impressed with the responses with their sales representative, Jolynn and their project manager, Arron, who where very responsive to any issues I had and followed up very quickly to my satisfaction. The people make the difference and that impressed me. I wished there could have been a little more flexibility at the design center. The process of picking options was a half day and once you lock in, you are pretty much set so do your homework there before you choose.
