The home I purchased was a spec house, so we did not get to pick out any of the features. When I asked if there were changes that we could make I was told no, even though the interior walls were not even up yet. Overall the house came out good and so far any issues that I have had have been addressed quickly.

Even with all of the supply chain and labor issues we had great communication from our project manager. Our closing was seamless and any problems after closing were addressed quickly.

Worked with a great job supervisor from Pulte. Was very communicative as we were going through the building process from another state. Had a lot of weekly pictures and phone calls during the building process.

Expected much more from Pulte, especially after our second home that was built by them. Quality of materials and build was really disappointing and even more so was the rush to try and complete major issues before closing. Were also promised that major items still pending would be finished within days after closing. Should have trusted my instinct because it is going on 2 months and still no resolutions and we have to be the one constantly pursuing the so called warranty manager to get answers and only to receive attitude and no control over any subs.

The whole experience from selecting our home to the finished product was excellent. Follow up however on defects has been challenging.

Awful customer service and bullying tactics to get to the closing table out of the blue which resulted in having to cancel a missionary trip at the last moment. The closing was then moved the day of the walk thru and cost me over 10k due to loss of trip. Not only apology was offered and in fact the bullying and threats up thru the inside legal council continued up until the evening before the eventual closing. The lack of leadership by anyone at Pulte is not only disappointing and the entire Pulte organization should be embarrassed how I was treated through this process.

We had a great experience with Pulte. We realize the building industry is struggling due to supply issues and labor shortages so we were happy being patient (it was out of Pulte's hands). Overall, it was a great experience and we'd do it again when it's time to scale back and build a new home. Everyone was great and we love the home and neighborhood!

The house wasn’t clean day of walk through prior to closing. Many issues with the flooring were present

The craftsmanship and work on the home truly is poor.. We closed when the house was not 100% finished and they did nothing about it. Day after we closed and tried to move in, had 5 people in our home who just let themselves in. Been in the house over a month and work still isn't finished, lights falling from the ceilings, cracks in walls everywhere, bathrooms are an absolute mess, just terrible.

Recent owner of a Pulte home in Southwest Florida. For all the advertising about excellent quality work and what not, they don’t even do a fraction of it. They have taken on way more than than they can handle and just are just cranking through houses to get better numbers while completely ignoring quality. I have built a house before and know what to expect with any new construction. It was evident that there has been no supervision or oversight of the work being done. Workers are telling me directly they got maybe a fourth of time they should be getting to complete their work. I personally will not buy a Pulte home again and will never recommend it to others. I don’t care if it’s supply chain shortages or too much demand, you are taking my money for full price so I expect the returns to be full and fair. While the sales process was great, the design process felt like we were rushed to make our finish choices. As much as we like our home, I am underwhelmed with some of the finished workmanship, considering what we paid for the home. The wall in the owners shower is bowed, and the tilers just cut curves into the corner tiles, instead of having the wall fixed first. Also some crooked wall switches and outlet covers. The warranty people are good at returning any calls, but so far some of the issues still haven't been resolved, and one of the issues they did try to fix looks like an unqualified DIY job. My impression of the finished product is the finishers are rushing through the home to get done, and no one is checking the workmanship, maybe because they are so busy, so the builder can turn it over to the homeowner to get their money. ... They did what they promised to do.

Project Manager was great! House is built incredibly well. Material used is of the highest quality. Only reason I did not give five stars is because of the money I spent during the design process on the low voltage cable. There is no cable service in the neighborhood so all TV must be streamed. There is absolutely no need for low voltage and was not made aware. Besides this detail the entire process was incredibly and would build with Pulte again.

The closing dept / title company were incredibly unresponsive to our communications. They gave us 12/30/2021 closing date and did not communicate or respond to any of our communications during the week prior to that date. Nothing - no notice that closing would be delayed. Then on 12/31 they email us and expected us to close immediately. We were very happy with Nathan the project manager who oversaw the construction of our home.

Our first Pulte home purchased in 2014, was an impeccable experience with John S. and Gina M. I wish I could say the same for this purchase. Working with Kristie G. we needed to correct her clerical errors. Alex A., field manager, seemingly turned a blind eye to a myriad of issues: hot and cold water in master bath switched causing almost a scalding experience, over a dozen electrical outlets which were installed faultily, one particularly over the guest bathroom sink which came out of the wall, sloppy stucco work which needed correction, broken pavers and scraps used to "finish" the driveway, uneven flooring causing our refrigerator to lean forward, a sloppy floor installation looking nothing like the model photos we saw regarding pattern, cracked grouting in kitchen and guest bath, sloppily finished vertical wall grout in guest bath, unlevel flooring in our entranceway, sloppy exterior paint around rear windows, incorrectly measured gourmet kitchen cabinets, sloppily finished sidewalk, a two inch hole in the center of the garage floor near entrance allowing anything to crawl under it, gutters in one spot that were not attached nor finished off, no heat with the HVAC system, second quality kitchen faucet (three different colors of brushed nickel), and a loose water faucet in guest shower. It is my feeling that a significant amount of the tradespeople fell under an umbrella license instead of being licensed, skilled and experienced themselves. This was pointed out by one of the tradespeople who later came to begin corrections. The upsetting aspect, being elderly with health issues, is that we have had to allow so many workers into our home during a pandemic to correct what needed to be done correctly before closing. We tentatively face having to have our kitchen floor cement grinded down with the resulting dust, harmful to inhale, and the potential damage it can cause to our possessions and furniture. In addition, our time has been severely encroached upon as a result. We are disappointed almost to the point of heartbroken. We are hoping that Pulte keeps their word in correcting these unnecessary situations which could have been easily avoided with some care on the part of the field manager. On a more positive note, our pool, constructed by Aragon, is perfection. Also, our immediate contact person, Chris T., in rectifying the construction and finish issues, has been attentive and helpful. We thank him for his expertise. I would seriously reconsider using Pulte again if in the future we choose to build another home. ... More

If I were to build another home, I would certainly consider having Pulte build it for me again.

I am not happy with the response of punch list items it is taking to long and no one responds to emails.
