Unfortunately, we bought a spec house that was almost completely built, so we had no opportunity to choose design options, nor any ability to provide owner supervision during construction. So, there were issues with workmanship and poor-quality material, That being said, the assistance in getting all issues resolved has been excellent. Carina has been very helpful and professional in getting all our problems resolved.

Had a very good project manager to work with who stayed on top of things for us. Kept us informed especially with supply challenges.

This is the first house we build from scratch and we are happy with Pulte overall. We were able to customize the house to meet our needs and the building process was fairly smooth. The project manager was very knowledgeable and kind. The close date was delayed 21 days over the initial estimate, which caused us a few headaches but considering the whole COVID situation, it wasn't that bad.

The process was smooth, there are always issues, but the Pulte team addressed them very professionally. Closing was difficult but not necessarily Pulte's problem. However, as the professional builder, I would have appreciated their assistance in helping negotiate thought issues, but that is above and beyond.

Worked with a great job supervisor from Pulte. Was very communicative as we were going through the building process from another state. Had a lot of weekly pictures and phone calls during the building process.

The house is, for the most part, fairly well constructed. Not all the materials are top quality but none of the construction deficiencies (e.g. really crappy drywall) are, in my view, due to the foreman. Rather, some of the trades were less than, uhh, terribly skilled or concerned about quality work. The post closing follow-up has been excellent. The pre-sale mortgage process, however, was the absolute worse. Overall, I'd give the foreman, salesman, and post-sales customer service five stars; the trades three stars (on average); and the mortgage department -7 stars (unless I can give lower).

Just a few comments.....first, this will be the 4th survey or comment I have forwarded and I have yet the hear from anyone regarding my comments !! Perhaps that is SOP...not sure. During the walk-thru I asked if I needed to check the appliances... the answer was no they were checked. Well the first time I ran the dishwasher, which frankly was only last week, I learned the water shut off was in the "off" position. Apparently it was not checked. Someone was to come out today 6/24; however no one did or called to say why. The hood over the range needs some work, and have been asked to get the model number. There is no model number on it and in fact doesn't even state it is a whirlpool unit. They were supposed to come today, but did not since they didn't have the model ... 2 screws are missing, the hood is sagging and piece is loose. Why a model number is needed to make such a repair is beyond me !! The kitchen sink has stains which cannot be removed, one has been ordered and I am awaiting a replacement date. .... project mgr was very responsive and assisted after the purchase to help resolve issues.

I thought that the decision making process was too quick and pushy. Then I dont think there was an adequate follow up to the various conditions of the house. Yes, I think the house is in pretty solid shape but I did not love the experience.

The sales person and project manager were both professional and responsive to my concerns with fair resolutions

The top 4 got good review but the last one which it was customer service did not customer service service were not reliable they have to get their act together thank you

You have to keep on top of your build.Our original PM was an Apple salesman. Not experienced with his job. NOW working with the Warranty PM. You have 30 days to report problems. For a Publicly traded company they SHOULD be concerned with the BAD reviews on Pultie .com on Facebook. Should be more responsive.
