The whole experience was great from start to finish. This is our first home we purchase that we got to see being built from beginning to end. The experience was amazing. The field manager explained each step and made sure we understood everything. All questions and concerns were answered and resolved in a timely matter. After closing we had minor repairs which are being resolved as I write this. Thank you Pulte for this amazing adventure in seeing the process of building our Retirement Home.

Our experience was 5.0 . We lived 1500 miles away and it would have been helpful to get very detailed updates on the status of the building process. There is a status on the website but there are only 4-5 milestones and they were not updated accurately. I'm sure the Field Managers have an extraordinarily detailed online project plan . Just wondering if it would be possible to tap into that. Overwise a very good experience and I would recommend Pulte

Pulte builds a good quality home. The response from their employees to our overall process was less then we expected. Between delays in the building process to getting answers to our questions was a struggle to say the least.

Our contact during the build made us feel like we trusted the process even though we were in Canada and could not see the house progress ourselves

On the front end, sales agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. Design center staff was excellent. Field manager was outstanding

During the mortgage application process we were asked to provide the same financial and personal information multiple times as Pulte lost or misplaced it. Pulte provided at least three different closing closet amounts and was unable to explain why the amounts charged / increased.- and were blindsided with additional cost at the actual closing . Additionally, Items that needed repair were pointed out prior to and at the “celebration”. Despite assurances that the items would be repaired - 2 months later not one repair issue (either major or minor) has been addressed and fixed. Numerous man hours have been spend contacting Pulte’s warranty section and vendors directly - both with negative results. While everyone is polite and tells you it will be handled to date not one issue has been resolved. The only time anything was repaired was prior to closing as the staff is concerned about the surveys sends out by Pulte - Once you close on the property Pulte forgets about you and fails to stand behind their work. They rush through the construction, which leads to a lot of waiting for them to fix mistakes or damages. Project managers pressure you to complete your first survey. They want you to say all is well, even though it isn’t, promising all will be fixed in a timely manner. Pulte charges full HOA dues even though all amenities are not yet available. Two months after closing they’re still fixing things because they didn’t do it right the first time.

Quality of delivered product was great. Sales process was great. Pulte mortgage process was great. Virtual meeting with design center was challenging. Designer was impatient and frustrated at times. Post delivery support has been good in general. I had an air conditioning issue and I requested a manager to escalate the issue and manager never responded. The issue was eventually resolved but was frustrating not to have a manager respond.

With COVID, we had some delays in the building process, but our experience with our salesperson, Michael, and our field manager, Oscar, were the best!! Our lack of one star on the rating was due to our negative experience with Pulte Mortgage only. Everything else from sales, to design meeting to build went great. We love our home!

Overall great experience! If you’re looking for a home, Pulte is definitely the way to go.
