We Love the floor plan

very helpful and responsive to all question

I really enjoy the house and so does my 92 year old mother. The floor plan is such that it is easy for her to get around with her walker. The construction is very sound and good. Still waiting for the completion of the back splash. We had a little mishap with back splash, but it should be settled soon.

We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish working with Pulte to build our brand new home. Mike Egan helped us plan our home and Oscar and his team build our dream into a Reality! The mortgage team Sam and Beatriz were exceptional and we are so happy to be living in our dream house!!

Great home, great experience, great quality.

Pulte did a great job. The sales pro (Jolynn) and construction manager (Arron) did a great job continually following up with us as we built the house remotely during COVID. After moving in, there were a few things that needed to be addressed (all minor), and they handled quickly and professionally. Ongoing construction is always neat and clean and not a hinderance at all to those of us who have already moved in. Well done!!

Overall home is wonderful. Where they fall short - is the attention to detail due to the number of homes they build. For EG: Our home - has uneven floors, misaligned cabinet, cleaning of the home when handover was poor (windows, floors etc), Trees leaning outside and much much more

Oscar was great and kept us informed throughout the process.

From the sales consultant (Mike Egan) to our construction manager (Oscar Escobar) we felt like we were treated like VIPS! We’ve since learned by talking to neighbors that they treat EVERYONE THIS WAY! Both were complete professionals and advised when we had design/ choice questions. They’re both experts in their respective fields and are the best of the best. The DREAM TEAM!

Kitchen cabinets quality is poor many flaw's in them

Pulte at Avalon park has been very responsive to repair and correction needs after move in.

Its been 6 weeks since we closed and no action has been taken on the list of repairs we submitted.

We built with Pulte following a mostly positive experience building our last house with them, as I valued their warranty and transparency about the building process. This time around I was even more impressed. I found this experience even more positive this time around. Mike was very helpful and kept of informed about lot availability and, early on in the building process, the timeline. We had an awesome experience with Holly during the purchase of our last house in Ave, which is why we ended up building our second home with Pulte, and Mike continued to exceed our high expectations. What clearly distinguished this process from our last was the work of Oscar, who was a cut above our last contractor. His communication, transparency, and dedication throughout the building process cannot be praised enough. He always kept us informed, patiently and continually responded to an array of stupid questions, and went beyond what we expected in order to guarantee that we would love the house.
