Due to the pandemic we were unable to visit our home from out of state during construction. Pulte provided us with weekly updates, pictures and videos of the construction. The sales office and project management team was phenomenal in keeping us up to date and construction on schedule. When we arrived at our home for the first time it was exceptionally clean and we have found very few items (small) that need to be addressed. Pulte has totally exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend them as a a builder.

Everyone at Pulte has had an ongoing interest in making our home-building experience extraordinarily positive in every way! Our home, pool, and spa definitely meet our high expectations for quality and beauty. We are so very happy we chose Pulte!

Just a few comments.....first, this will be the 4th survey or comment I have forwarded and I have yet the hear from anyone regarding my comments !! Perhaps that is SOP...not sure. During the walk-thru I asked if I needed to check the appliances... the answer was no they were checked. Well the first time I ran the dishwasher, which frankly was only last week, I learned the water shut off was in the "off" position. Apparently it was not checked. Someone was to come out today 6/24; however no one did or called to say why. The hood over the range needs some work, and have been asked to get the model number. There is no model number on it and in fact doesn't even state it is a whirlpool unit. They were supposed to come today, but did not since they didn't have the model ... 2 screws are missing, the hood is sagging and piece is loose. Why a model number is needed to make such a repair is beyond me !! The kitchen sink has stains which cannot be removed, one has been ordered and I am awaiting a replacement date. .... Buying a house in the middle of the pandemic was made easier by the Pulte Team. The onsite sales staff at Greyhawk, the folks at Pulte Mortgage and Pulte Insurance helped throughout the process to keep things normalized. We were not in FL for the closing (back in IL) and arrived at our new home 3 weeks after the 8 April close. Once again the services team has been responsive to our questions, and some of the normal cosmetic items that had to be addressed. Thanks to all...we are happy with our choice of a Pulte Home

We really like our new Canopy home. This is our second Pulte home and so we knew overall we would be very happy. I could not give 5 stars for the quality of workmanship and materials but it was only in two areas - drywall and painting. I believe Pulte will do the right thing to try and correct our painting concerns but it is too late for the drywall. Please know it is not terrible - just not as great as our past experience.

Garage needs to be bigger

I have had, among other issues, 5 issues with electrical wiring and switches. Some of these have tripped circuit breakers. I have zero confidence that the home is wired safely or correctly.

Communication with field manager and construction manager on a regular basis is the key to satisfaction. Respecting their responsibilities enhances transparency and trustworthiness. Truly, a partnership.

Having a home built while not on site to see progress was initially a bit unnerving. The Pulte teams attention to communication made the process a smooth one. Now moved in and any and all issues are dealt with from a communication and follow up point of view quickly and professionally. The suppliers used to build the house are also top notch.

Sales personnel were knowledgeable and friendly. The Project Manager was responsive and worked with us during the construction. Items noted during the walk through were addressed in a timely fashion. We are planning to send a small list of items to the Maintenance Department. We believe they will be as concerned and responsive as our Sales person and Project Manager were during the early stages.

We started our build this summer, 2019, and it couldn't have gone smoother. There are always hiccups when building a home, the question is: HOW WELL ARE THE DEALT WITH WHEN THEY ARISE? Pulte takes care of their clients. Mistakes happen and if you think they don't, you shouldn't build. If you want to build Pulte is an excellent company to work with. I applaud their timeliness in responding to issues. All issues were handled withing 1-2 days (including the weekends). It is not possible for me to honestly give any sort of negative feed back.
