Our home buying experience was not without problems. However Pulte was very responsive to our needs and requests. Even after settlement we had issues that could have been walked away from by any other company. But Pulte and their representatives mad it right.

Our experience over all was very satisfactory. The initial purchase of property there was no pressure and but the support given by the sales rep was very much appreciated. The of the designer was also very much appreciated as welll. Once the construction process started the updates and the communication with the Construction Managers was Good. The Pulte Construction Team worked though every issue we addressed prior to closing . We enjoyed working with Pulte and realize no process is ever perfect but the willingness to work with us was very much appreciated.

Overall James in finance was the reason we got the house. He was easy to work with and we never felt rushed. The other departments were always rushing us and wanting us to help them do their job. Overall it was an okay experience.

The sales team's responsiveness and accountability were the weakest part of this process. When I raised a concern, the response was essentially that this was 'a quick move-in,' which came across as a way of telling me to just deal with it rather than taking ownership of the issue. That's not the ***** of accountability I'd expect from a company the size of Pulte. I also asked repeatedly for clear documentation confirming that my lot is not in a flood zone, and no one on the sales team was able to give me a straight answer or provide a document attesting to that. Starting construction at 7 am on a Saturday right now waking up all my kids . Rough edges on all trim. Carpet nails in carpet, cheap non working appliances. Walls cracking, windowsills cracking. Sloppy construction. Never an issue with our previous ***** home.

We felt the ***** was NOT helpful and had little patience when questioned. Our builder was excellent. She followed up on every question we had and made changes where needed. Our lawn looked terrible when we closed and still has not "come back". There are some minor tweaks needed, and we are still evaluating everything- but do expect everything will be resolved to our satisfaction.

The home buying experience was good. Still waiting on the fixes from the initial walkthrough of the house 2 months later. They are minor in detail but it is our first home. My expectations are high. My house and the craftsmanship of the model should be damn near identical. That is the expectation.

Building a new home should be an exciting milestone, but our experience with Pulte was a nightmare from start to finish. Beyond terrible communication, unreturned calls, and overstepped boundaries during the loan process, the home was turned over to us in a rushed, unacceptable state with an incomplete punch list and a filthy interior. Here is just a sample of the build and quality issues we faced: Finish & Workmanship Deficiencies: Sloppy paint ran along the edges of the floor throughout the entire house, cabinet hinges were loose, and the staircase stain was left completely unfinished. ...
