Good experience with the construction supervisor Chris. He addressed the issues in a very short time and was very helpful and cooperative.

Great experience with the Sales Associate, James, throughout the entire sales process. Construction Manager, Darren, provided weekly updates regarding the progress of our house being built. Warranty Rep, Sam, has been very responsive. Experience with the Title Company during closing was a seamless electronic process. Pulte builds a quality home and satisfied with the entire process. However, not satisfied that cabinets and irrigation systems are not covered after closing. Also disappointed for homes that are over $600K you can only have a vinyl fence that looks cheap, become moldy and does not stand up to Hurricane force winds. ... More

The title proses was very smooth and easy, closingday was accommodated to my work scheduled.

From the first contact with the construction company at the sales stand, demonstration of the model home and conditions of sale of the home, we were interested and everything went better than we expected. I am very happy with the purchase of the home and the realization of our dream in the USA.

It started with Dale on sales , then Andrea to help with Mortage , then Ryan and Tara with warranty and all other needs

It was excited yet worrisome for being first time home buyer. However, the sale rep and the construction manager are following the whole process to be smooth and have perfect results. I would be forever thankful to them as they answered all the questions that we could come up anytime. I would recommend Pulte for great professionalism and care.

James, Dylan, and Leo are the best. They were/are always available to take my calls and to respond my emails. My house is very beautiful and has a strong foundation. Pulte Homes might be pricey, but they stand behind their names.

The entire process of buying our home was a smooth one. We personally didn’t have issues in the entire process. Mandi was always available and so helpful if I had any questions and Vaugh the Project Manager was awesome to work with. He is very detailed oriented and if we saw anything along the way he will take care asap. We are very satisfied and happy with our Pulte Home

It was easy to fall in love with the home, lot and community, but Pultes service made it possible to have what I loved. They provide a full service buying experience and hold your hand the whole way, including closing. All the Pulte people sales, finance, mortgage, title, building crew, home insurance, closing agent, and warranty after closing, have been focused on making sure everything is perfect. This is truly a wonderful Group.

Every thing is good. Process was easy

Every step of the home buying process and touch point with the builder was meet or exceeded our expectations. The team members at Pulte which we worked with on our build were first class and very responsive!

Great Customer service through out. My experience is with Windsor Cay Resort. Greg - Field manager always emailing updates, which is great since we are from another state. I have to mention Denise, Title company as well. Wonderful to work with. Overall I am happy with my purchase. Will work with Pulte in the future for sure!

Andre has been our point of contact throughout the building process. Andre was thoughtful and caring through the entire process. We received multiple pictures through the build, with well summarized updates. This was so meaningful to us, as we were not local, and had to really maximize our time we when were in town. His updates helped us already have and understanding of the process. In addition, as we were in the final stages he was responsive and kind with all of our concerns. Our home was built with quality materials and top-notch workmanship. We are so grateful for the finished product, and the entire team that helped get us to this point. Our Easley model, with structural changes to add a Flex room and additional bathroom, was the perfect choice for our growing family!

We had an amazing experience working with Sandra (sell manager) and Ryan the builder, and later on with Alex. All three were very professional and trustworthy. Fixing small and large problems immediately. And we had some large issues but they were fixed stress free. Awesome job, people! Love my new home!
