The list is too long. We could not be more disappointed in our new, absolute garbage, home. Biggest mistake of our lives. DO NOT BUILD WITH PULTE HOMES. Hire a 6th grade wood shop class and you'll get a far superior home.

Pulte was okay to work with, put up homes so quickly that they cut corners. They say they will fix issues, but it is taking months for them to come out to fix all the issues they should have finished correctly when building the home. However, I did have a previous Pulte home from 2018 and although there were small issues, the home held up pretty well and most issues were eventually fixed

Not that excited about the new home. Construction was fast forwarded. so can feel the imperfection everywhere. Not fully satisfied with the Plumbing, Electrical, Painting etc. Driveway is tiny, can't comfortably park two cars. There is a big level difference between garage floor and driveway. Used Pulte Mortgage for the purchase. They reported the loan amount to credit unions and immediately sold the loan to another bank, The new loan servicer also reported the loan to credit unions, As per credit reports, I have double debt which badly affected my credit score. workmanship sucks -loose electrical outlets, things on punch list not taken care of, 60% of yard dead, kitchen faucet leaks, internet provider that you picked to service this area should not be in business, Towel racks loose on wall, some cheap materials used not he quality I expected

Closing was delayed by 3 weeks. Still within the closing “dates”. The delay was due to an encroachment permit. First of its kind apparently but after talking to new and other it’s a common occurrence. Called the city to come find out it could have been a 1-2 day resolved issue but was delayed by either the projection manager or someone else on the construction side. Receiving reimbursement from our Airbnb stay and other expenses due to the delay. Took 6 weeks, which as absolutely ridiculous. If I took 6 weeks to pay pulte how would that go over? The sales department were friendly but had lack ...

Matthew was all great during and after construction. Finishes of cabinets are bad. I still have a big problem regarding their height. And I can’t find a company that matches the same finish to add on. Sales manager Bradley was incredibly rude and mean. He twisted around the problem as his own convenience. How do you expect to buy a home and not be able to add the same Leviton switches? Landscape was poor

Absurdly high electric bill before moving in fully, >$800

Home quality food. Poorly installed appliances. HVAC running over 160 kwh daily before myself even moving in. Empty unit with AC temp set to 80 degrees leading to electric bill over $800!! Warranty customer service takes days to reply and weeks to do anything. Losing money daily as a result of poor installation and worse customer service warranty response

Rotten egg smell water

Everything is good however still after 7 months living in this property, every time I open the faucets upstairs the first 3 to 4 minutes there is a horrible smell and even though I mentioned to the construction manager; his response was that it was bc I hadn’t used the water so it was in the tank and bla bla bla… after 7 months, it still smells bad every time I take a shower or bath… not one is there to take the blame. Everything else during this 7 months have been very good.

While the Construction Supervisor was excellent to work with, the overall quality of workmanship across multiple trades was extremely poor. The work reflects a lack of trade skill, attention to detail, and overall professionalism. There have already been numerous issues requiring repair, including plumbing, drywall, trim, flooring, electrical, and irrigation.
