We purchased in Longleaf at Oakland. Our builder was with us every step of the way. Standing out were Crystal and Dyanna, and wow these ladies are amazing! They really care about you as a buyer and will do everything they can to help!!! Jim and Matt and Shane also all did great to help us finish our dream home and everyone made sure we were 100% satisfied when we went to closing. No detail passed over, no stone unturned! This builder is who you want if you want a quality home with wonderful warranty! David with warranty has also been great to work with resolving those little things that you do not notice until living in the home. First time homeowner, had a very well detailed explanation of process. Dyanna helped us out with our so many questions! Home was completed ahead of schedule by 4 weeks! Thanks to Kris our field mgt. who kept us in the loop with construction. Even with our new set of questions. The entire home buying process was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Though I felt it was a little bit pricier than I wanted to spend the home is our dream home. Rosanne, I wanted to share some great news with you. The electrician came by yesterday and did an outstanding job. The switches to the lanai light were covered by sheet rock, but he expertly exposed the box and installed new switches, making the lanai light fully operable. We genuinely appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and ensuring it was resolved efficiently. We came in to the purchase after a previous buyer backed out. So, there was not much back and forth with Pulte. However, the buying process went smoothly and they accommodated our schedule to help with financing and relocating.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of construction and finishing. Regarding the documentary part, everything happened according to our expectations. The engineer responsible for the work (Mr. Omar) was extremely attentive and kind, assisting us with all our demands.
