The amount paid for the house is compatible with the quality of the materials, location and community. We are satisfied with the house and support of team at Pulte Homes, despite the delay in solving some problems we had when we moved to the new house. Evan is very helpful.

Poor workmanship due to rushing experienced leak in master bedroom on my very first day of moving in. Cable wiring incorrectly done and electrical wiring as well. Lots of issues still going on and have been waiting for resolution almost 2 months now.

Very bad finishing work, very irresponsible customer service managers when it comes to getting issues fixed, you call them, they give you the run around, and never get back to you. They make appointment with contractors to get issues fixed, you sit at home waiting and 95% of the time, contractors don’t show up. They managed to turn our dream house into a nightmare with they lack of respect and responsiveness to the house issues, you pretty much have to chase them, and almost beg to fix issues at the house that you paid a lot of money for, like they doing you a favor. I’ve been waiting two months to use a summer kitchen that I paid $18.000,00 for, and still can’t because, the work on it is not complete, not counting the many others finishing issues and I’ve been begging them to have the contractor come and finish, and nothing! I am pretty much giving up on them , and I’m going to have to use legal means to force them to honor the house warranty. I had issues with pulte from day one , beginning with the sales manager, that after the sale was secured, never answered or returned my phone calls and text messages. This was a sign , that I was about to get frustrated throughout the whole buying process, and so I was and still am .The only one that tried to help me in whatever he could, was the foreman named Dominic Romano, other then him, everybody else just give you the run around, and believe me, make you mad. Very bad house buying experience I’ve been having with pulte, not happy at all and I’ll never do business with them again in the future. All the process was easy

The house is good with high quality.very quick and satisfying service of warranty department and good HOA staff.

This is the worst business of my life. the house does not have any construction quality for the price. Poorly painted, caulking missing on all walls, exposed drywall, hunched walls, none with 90 degrees, all doors scratched and poorly painted as well as door frames. The air conditioning has been damaged 5 times, the last time I was without air conditioning for more than 24 hours and they still haven't given a solution. Driveway flooring sagging, cabinets damaged, backsplash poorly done, you would never recommend anyone buy a home from Pulte. The warranty department takes time to respond and solve the problems ... We had a great experience with our Sales person Maria. She was very responsive to all our questions. Pulte can improve on their workmanship by making sure everything was completed prior to closing. We had a lot of items on the walk through that were never completed and still waiting to be completed a month after the closing. Also clean up of sidewalks should have been done as stains from constructions are very noticeable and ruins the curb appeal of the house and the neighborhood. We had a technician come to our house and he noticed the stains on the sidewalks in front of our house right away. I'm not sure if the HOA will do something about this or we have to hire someone to pressure wash it. ... More

From the moment I saw the community I fell in love. But it’s the builder Daniel and my sales woman Adrienne that made the experience amazing. This is my second home from Pulte and it won’t be my last.

The sales process was fantastic however the workmanship needs improvement as for the price it seems to have rushed work and the quality of trades are not to the standard I would expect for the price of home.

Poor quality Very Bad experience with Pulte Home, if you decide to buy the house with Pulte Homes make sure before you close the house everything looks good and function properly and once you close the house no one cares, we are still waiting for the repairs over 2 months since we close the house. Poor Quality There is a lot of glue everywhere, wood part covered with the paint to cover the chips and chunks of concrete in the garage, bad finishings thru out the house, Pulte house also design houses so poorly, Windows are facing straight into to Neighbours house no privacy, We still can't reach out anyone no matter how many times we call or text, they take their sweet time to fix. I even hired cleaning company and paid them $300 to clean glue and some part of bathroom area they couldn't. Pulte builders are rushing to build houses. The house was completed but not fixed all some things which I have to tell them and it took me long time .

Be cautious about one sided contract. If you delay closing they charge $250 a day. If they delay closing they don’t pay you anything. Delivering a finished home before closing is never in their dictionary, to have buffer for inspection is not a possibility. Pending stuff we’re promised to be finished in a week time after closing, it is now one & half month and people are not even responding. Struggling to connect. Pulte inspection on making sure your specifications are taken care is zero. They give the drawings to sub contractors, if the do their job 100% you are lucky. If you find out your specifications are not there, they take their own sweet time to look and react on it. I have ordered for front load washer and dryer but delivered top load and they say as per the codes it is what I have ordered. The contractor’s language in the itemized list says FL duet, which we understand as front load, contractor confirmed that he has placed an order to replace, now he is saying he can not. I don’t understand where did his order go. Minor upgrades are charged for and not worried to take care of them while constructing. If you don’t notice those upgrades, your money is gone… Not responding to my email even once is the heights of their customer focus business. ... More

Amazing experience I would definitely recommend Pulte to family and friends!!!

All areas of the home are having issues. Knowingly installing recalled electrical panels and refusing to replace them tells the ethical issue. Doors and windows do not match and close properly. The hardware installed is not aligned and is crooked. Tiles have grout and glues that weren't cleaned properly now it is too late to clean. I do not recommend anyone paying round million dollars for the home they are building. Please vet other builders before choosing Pulti.

From start to finish… sales associate was amazing! She was absolutely phenomenal and I would not have survived the process without her. Even after closing she was such an asset and worked with us to hold the builders and the trades accountable. The field manager is who I found made the biggest difference in our experience. We started with an amazing person, but halfway through switched to a new person who did not have the skill or ability to manage as many projects as he had. There was no follow through and no accountability for the actual construction of the home. This is the point we got his boss involved and everything changed. She was phenomenal and followed up with us making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Building a house is definitely stressful and not for the weary, but working with the right people made it much easier and overall, Pulte does put out a good product. My advice… stay involved and on top of things and be the squeaky wheel! They want you to be happy and they do care about their product and reputation so communicate with them and hopefully you have people that jump in to help like we did. ... More

They will rush you into your decisions and promise lots of things but damaged doors, holes in walls and ceilings, broken fixtures, fading paint, the list goes on. Paying half million for a house you expect a level of quality that just isn't there. 2022 must have been a bad year for laborers.

Probably the worst sales associates I’ve ever dealt with. They are horrible at responding after a contract is signed, did not assist with the closing process in the least, and just not good to work with. Even when referring other buyers to the community, same song and dance, both Sabrina and Gisabel drop the ball.

We have been living in our new home since March 2023 and we love it, Tohoqua is a quite and secured community.

All issues were uncovered after closing. Below are areas of concern 1. Poor quality paint job despite paying for an upgrade 2. Cheap finishes in the home from faucets/shower heads (paid upgrade), carpet (paid upgrade), tile (paid upgrade), bathroom sinks (paid upgrade) are poor quality and cheap looking. The upgraded tile was also poor quality and the grout applied looks like sloppy and full of holes. 3. No landscaping package offered on an $800k+ home. There are multiple areas of uneven grading for the entire lawn. Grass is dying as the pressure in the sprinkler system is awful. Was informed that it is a known problem but Pulte has done nothing to address it. Nothing will be done to fix as as closing has already taken place, 4. The upgraded cabinets are also poor quality with an installer who did not paid attention to detail; caulking had to be cleaned in numerous areas; nailheads visible on cabinets, visible joint lines etc. 5. Electrical outlets/lights not working in a few areas. 6. Drywall and stucco issues throughout the home. This list just scratches the surface. The bottom line is Pulte does not deliver a high quality home with finishes comparable to its price point. Every single aspect of the home was sub contracted without any expectations of holding contractors to a high standard. This experience demonstrates Pulte has adopted a “profit at the expense of quality” attitude with home building. Pulte will nickel and dime you for every single aspect of the home but fails to deliver anything that would be considered polished and finished. If you are relying on Pulte’s previous reputation as a quality home builder, please don’t. Choose a builder who delivers on a quality home and prides itself on quality workmanship. ... More

Honestly if I was the one that came and look at the home I would not have purchased it. The first day I own the house there has been a lot of problems that has still not been fixed I have here for 4 weeks and still have all the same problems. First time it rain here is Orlando it rain cats and dogs in my house all the way from upstairs to down stairs, that has still not been fixed, broken tile still not fixed paint on the outside still not been fixed, smoke alarm has been going off since before I moved in no one seem to care if we go deaf, we had to disconnect them, some part of the roof tiles has lifted that has still been outstanding this list goes on and one.
