After reading some bad online reviews for Pulte, we were very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend them. We were out of towners while our home was being built. Andrea, our sales consultant, at the community was quick to answer any questions we had. Zac who handled our loan was quick and effficient. Ryan our construction manager was quick to give us updates on our home and resolved any items that we noticed that needed to be corrected. Eleanor at the title company was awesome to work with as well. Everything was very smooth. We understand that there always will be issues pending after closing. Nevertheless the communication with the office and the personnel in charge of taking care of the issues is worse than bad.. Castle Group is also an organization that needs a lot of improvement.

everything was good except for the grass ..they put the grass very dry and dead already,, I had to water it every day..that it cost a lot of money in water bill already.. the sprinklers stopped working….I sent the complaint but nobody has answered me

Our home was delayed by several months, but it finally came and was pretty smooth upon delivery. There are a few minor issues, but nothing major.

Good value for what I paid, all appliances and blinds installed. Bought the home already completed. Workmanship regarding drywall and cabling could have been better. Also cleanliness of the floor, still removing paint spots and wood glue from the floor, nothing major. Truly love the house, great value for single or couple young professionals looking for quality lifestyle.

I love our home. But I would have preferred better finishing. Many areas are not smooth as should be.

2 months and my sidings at the front is crack and the side needs fixing and no one is responding.

I would find out what size your property would be it depends on the level your house is in my wash room I ordered the sink mine is a slop sink I have 95000 in upgrades did not expect that fancy moen faucet in a slop sink

A lot of details still unresolved, Plastic Pan under washer dosen't fit and was broken during placement.
