Our construction manager, Evan, was really good and went above and beyond. In comparison to our other new builds - everything else regarding the Pulte experience has been average to below average. There is not much of a follow up after you get the keys. The sales agent completely disappears (at least ours did). And lastly, make sure to get all issues with the home resolved before moving in because it can possibly take months to get things fixed under the warranty.

No body take responsability. They say that the contractor come to home to fix the damage and the contractor come very late or don't appear for the house, so waste my time, my money and my patience, i signed two month ago and I can't live in the house because they repair something and damage other thing, I think that this nigtmare never will finish. I need to somebody to take my claims

I think I won't recommend this builder again. Quality of build is OK. Service is terrible been over 30 days didn't hear back from anyone about multiple ticket orders i put in.

Pulte - Poor Follow Up Service After Close

If you are closing on a Pulte Home, try to ensure all major items are fixed prior to signing. Reported items afterward do not get addressed and you are ignored. It's just rude and disrespectful, this is a very common conversation with other homeowners in the neighborhood. They may have a 30% profit margin for their shareholders, but it comes at the expense of their customers.

When a homeowner pays in excess of 700-800 thousand dollars for their home, he/she should expect a home that is pretty much completed to standards. Rushing to finish homes when homeowners are waiting an average of 14-16 months and then expecting them to close when homes are not even properly cleaned after all the painting and construction, and issues are found everywhere is not something Pulte should be proud of.

The buying process was fast and despite hurdles I received good communication. Since moving in I haven't received follow up with the warranty department at all. Even if there is a delay in processing warranty claims having someone respond would be great.

The Great - The Consturction manager and the lady conducting the celebration walk through , Pulte Mortgage and PGP Title folks were outstandaing and they made all the diference. Not So Good: The Sales Agenet.Least said is the better.

They do not comply with the established times, they finished the house after 7 months after the established date and the finishes were very bad. We were very disappointed.

There are a lot of problems waiting to fix, and all house was rough finish! All the bricks in our front yard and back yard are improperly spaced and uneven height, leaving a big gap, and some of them have black oil stains on. Unfortunately, they have not been solved at present. The ground on the second floor squeaks, walking on it has a sense of insecurity, currently lived in a month, there are two bedroom doors cannot closed.

Buyer beware prior to close. Workmanship is cheap and they say they will fix it before close and they don’t. They say submit work request and nobody responds back. I was give Michael Suich number and you can’t leave a voicemail and he doesn’t return emails. Not satisfied at all. Buy anywhere else but a pulte home. I never had issues when I bought my house with Mattamy.

I received the house out of necessity, terrible finishes, and worse guarantees very poor quality in the finishes did not deliver the things agreed in the contract very bad experience in general. 2 months after receiving I am still waiting for them to come and fix many things in the house.

We reposted a lot of things on our last inspection that was not fixed. The AC was not working, and the AC company mentioned they had a ticket for that before closing, and was never fixed, so they knew about it. It was not a great experience at all

Our overall build process was honestly a nightmare. We had such high hopes knowing friends who have built with Pulte and were so happy, but our experience was quite different. If we weren't on top of things every step of the way, not really sure how the outcome would be. The quality was not there. Time frames were not met. There seemed to be no organization to when and how things were done creating chaos and rework that was redundant. There are many issues that we have found after closing and one that is still open prior to closing. I have followed up with several emails about my kitchen vent cover, drawer and lazy Suzanne and no-one has set a date to come out to fix it. Prior to closing we were told it would be around January 7 (we closed on 12/28). It's now 2/15 and 3 emails following up and nothing back. The missing tiles in our bathroom shower is still outstanding and we haven't heard back after the tiler came out.
