This was good home buying experience

We were very happy with the Pulte homebuying experience, until an incident that happened at the very end. We specifically selected a lot in the subdivision with a prime view of a small lake. However, just before closing our lot was landscaped with a large holly tree right in front of the lanai, significantly blocking our view of the lake from our home. Despite several pleas to both Pulte, and the homeowner's association, we were told we could not have the tree relocated, This marred what had been an excellent homebuying experience up to that point.

Quality could have been better but Pulte Warranty Service addressed all the quality issues right away. Very responsive, great experience.

The process from signing the sales agreement to the final delivery of the home is impressively well managed and organized. Every step is clearly defined, which helps buyers feel confident and informed throughout the journey, though the quality of materials and construction focus only on meeting the basic "code" requirements. From a construction standpoint, these standards represent the bare minimum necessary for compliance, rather than a particularly high standard of quality or craftsmanship.

This community's HOA is absolutely horrible in response time for architectural submittals. 45 days and beyond is unacceptable as most vendor quotes are good from 15 to 30 days! As a former HOA president and one who reviewed arbs in a community of 280 homes (and this is a NEW Developoment with no where near that amount yet) my turn around was 48 HOURS! Something needs to be done to get a grip on this timeframe!! UNACCEPTABLE!

From start James our salesman was there from start to finish. Leo the builder was always helpful and there from start to finish. Whenever we seen an issue it was addressed right away, whether it was a simple question or more intrusive to the actual building foundation, drywall, flooring electrical questions. My issues/questions were always answered

Overall the financing portion drugged on unfortunately...I wish someone would've told me upfront exactly what documents were needed vice 2 or 3-days expressing they needed this & that.

Our new home is wonderful! We have had some minor finishing issues that are being addressed, but these don’t reduce the quality and value of the home. One thing Pulte could do is to provide a single person with whom to work on all issues, sort of a “building process liaison” who could address everything with one call. Communication is not always their strong suit during the process.

We had a couple of items to be addressed, they were addressed in a very timely manner and with great effort, professionalism and care for our needs!

Construction manager knew what he was doing and attend to issues in an expedited manner. Made the process that much more enjoyable knowing I could rely on that department.

I appreciate all the individual attention and willingness to work with a slight delay in the closing. Everyone has been very responsive, respectful, and supporting. Thank you.

Great location, hope the rest of the developments will be up and running this year.

Building and moving can be overwhelming and stressful. Pulte made over experience happen efffortlessly. They were there to answer any questions or concerns. They accomodated our desires in building of home the best they were able. I highly recommend Pulte Homes.

Has been a Good experience with Pulte

Overall it was a great experience. James really helped me get answers to questions and Dylan the project manager was 5 star. He is so patient and thorough. He followed through with everything he said was going to do. The building process took to long because of the permitting and the subs working when after hours, shutting the builder for days. For the most part is was great.

Good experience so far, some minors issues with painting, details, finishing. I've requested warranty for some fixes and I am still in the process of getting them done.

Nathan from Pulte Homes was amazing (10 of of 10!) every obstacle that came our way, he personally went above and beyond to correct (spectrum issues, lawn issue etc) and was very forth coming with information. I really appreciate him being an intrical part of the building process for me and my family because he made it easier on us.

I'd rate our overall buying process from start to finish as good. This is our second time purchasing a home (different builder). The Pulte team was good to work with. Specifically our construction lead and the gentleman who sold us the home were actually great regarding communication and working on our behalf. Overall construction is good on the home. We have been here about a month and we are already noticing the imperfections. These houses are going up so fast and the different trades are in and out and you can tell in the product especially in cosmetic areas. We are still waiting on some outstanding projects to be completed by the builder but communication has been good. At this time we would definitely consider Pulte again when buying a new home. ... I love my house! It’s well built and I’m impressed. The little thing not done properly caused one star less for perfection. The grouting on the floor tiles was terrible. They fixed some of it but not all. Sod, the ridges where the ends didn’t meet caused a lawn that’s not level nor safe for the ankle. Water was not draining off the lawn. This was identified prior to closing but was not fixed. After closing the lawn was flooded and they had to install a French drain to rectify the problem. My agent Ryan, was exceptional. He went beyond what was expected of him during the building process.

Overall we are pleased with our new home from Pulte, We still have some fairly minor unresolved issues but Pulte is working through them. It seems that labor shortages have caused some of the delays and that may be beyond their control. Pulte's comprehensive warranty does give us confidence that everything will be handled to our satisfaction.

The process with mortgage broker was difficult for me, but I understood why took so long to be approved. Everybody worked with a higher standard of attendance and care with me.

The amount paid for the house is compatible with the quality of the materials, location and community. We are satisfied with the house and support of team at Pulte Homes, despite the delay in solving some problems we had when we moved to the new house. Evan is very helpful.

The sales process was fantastic however the workmanship needs improvement as for the price it seems to have rushed work and the quality of trades are not to the standard I would expect for the price of home.
