Awful workmanship.

The quality and workmanship not good and we are very dissapointed. From painting, uneven walls, hole on the ceiling, misaligned lights, sub standard undersink tubings that is waiting to burst and leak water, the awful sound of water hammer or knocking sound that I do not know where it's coming from that I always hear inside master bedroom, the uneven pavement outside my home that's collecting water and never dries out, the gap in my kitchen cabinet trim and etc. For a home worth $600,000....

I will never do business with Pulte again. The Company only cares about the bottom line and they know that once they’ve got you in a contract they have the upper hand, so they will take advantage of that. If you’re considering buying a new home, stay away from Pulte. There are plenty of other builders who will offer you the same warranty they do, but they will treat you like a customer, not prey.

Pulte is the absolute worst in customer service and construction. Problem after problem in my “new” home. I could’ve bought a 30 year old home and had less issues. Construction team does bare minimum, I don’t know how they pass inspections. I’m watching other homes around me get built and it’s unbelievable how many corners are cut. Buying this home is the biggest regret of my life, infested with ants that are biting my two year old constantly and Pulte says “there’s nothing we can do about it”. Have had issues since we moved in and have been waiting for our broken toilets to be fixed for 2 months (all 5 of them) with the bare minimum being done and no resolution

Since I moved I have home issues but Mr King came 1 time after that I summit my request nothing was done. Also dumpster truck company started to work at 5 am this is unacceptable because we have kids and dogs sleeping at this time. and others words super intendents only sleeping in the trucks all day. Contractors block streets and do what they want . my next review is going to google.

Home buying experience started great, good communication with construction manager. But then I had the worst closing experience, delaying it by days just the day before closing which made me lose money; issues that should have been fixed by closing day were not fixed until the day of this review (2 months after closing); no response to my requests for service from the warranty department; disappointing quality of materials.

There should be screens on the backyard door. After closing the house, it was promised to be installed, but it has not been installed after 2 months.

I loved the walk through of the model home we chose. Pulte tried their best to answer all my questions and payment options based on our income. I moved in and there are still many fixes needed. It is taking longer then necessary for anyone to finish.

I have purchased several new homes from national builders in FL and in other places. I have never in my life felt so betrayed and completely taken advantage of. In my opinion the quality of the home is terrible, I am embarrassed by it. Sales tells you what you want to hear. Construction promises the world and doesn't deliver then they deny it. Warranty argues every single point to try to get out of doing things the correct way. If you like the sounds of squeaky floors, flashing all over your walls, the most shoddy workmanship that you have seen from top to bottom and then a warranty person ...

The build quality and finish is below expectations. I never expected this from pulte and will not recommend friends to buy a home built by them. A new home doesn’t look new it looks like construction team was tried to complete this project asap.

I did not have the best experience with Pulte, after signing the contract in May of 2021, with them saying we should be in by March of 2022. We did not move in until December of 2022. Waiting over 19 months for a home build in a very volatile market was not how it was supposed to be. Interest rates soared since we signed, the market slowed. Did Pulte care? Not one bit, did we get honest answers about what the delays were? Rarely, it took months for them to tell us they had issues with the previous land owner only to say our lots weren't part of that (so why the delay?). This was never ...

Watching commercials went with Pulte but it is biggest mistake, i wont recommend Pulte for a new home. First Quality of work is very poor, went with their highest upgrades they offer but it doesnt look like the best. Make sure your house is as you expected at closing once closed that it you are going around them no one to answer. I closed home hoping they will finish all the pending jobs but even after a month still not done and wasting my vacations because they schedule and no one will come. They only started to be upfront after surveys were given. We were told originally that our building would be completed in about 8-10 months. It took almost 2 years. The only updates we received were when we reached out. The construction manager (second one that replaced the first one that left the company) was upfront and transparent initially but didn’t correct all the issues brought up at the walk through. Multiple issues with internet (took three weeks because of smashed pipes and needed an electrician that was never provided), tons of cosmetic issues (like an upside down stair rail), ...
