I'd rate our overall buying process from start to finish as good. This is our second time purchasing a home (different builder). The Pulte team was good to work with. Specifically our construction lead and the gentleman who sold us the home were actually great regarding communication and working on our behalf. Overall construction is good on the home. We have been here about a month and we are already noticing the imperfections. These houses are going up so fast and the different trades are in and out and you can tell in the product especially in cosmetic areas. We are still waiting on some outstanding projects to be completed by the builder but communication has been good. At this time we would definitely consider Pulte again when buying a new home. ... Overall we are pleased with our new home from Pulte, We still have some fairly minor unresolved issues but Pulte is working through them. It seems that labor shortages have caused some of the delays and that may be beyond their control. Pulte's comprehensive warranty does give us confidence that everything will be handled to our satisfaction.

The amount paid for the house is compatible with the quality of the materials, location and community. We are satisfied with the house and support of team at Pulte Homes, despite the delay in solving some problems we had when we moved to the new house. Evan is very helpful.

I am overall satisfied with the home buying experience with Pulte. The people were very helpful, especially with regards to warranty information and where to look for in terms of assistance for home maintenance. That being said, there are some points for improvements. The workmanship for constructing the home can be improved upon, we found some appliances (bathroom, kitchen sink) not quite working as functional. Overall, great job

On the plus side, see my comments above. On the negative side, some things that should have been included in the design of the house were ether overpriced options or unavailable. Specific examples include medicine cabinets and a place to sit in the Owners Bath (none were available at any price) and a stairway to attic in garage (only offered as a high priced option)

Amazing builder, with experience. The Salesman was very professional in the whole process. The loan process with Pulte Mortgage was a NIGHTMARE for 7 months, even though I'm existing owner with Pulte in other place. I was lucky that the Salesman mentioned me about a second loan company that approved me in 2 weeks. After closing I had some warranty issues that were fixed (long process too), but were fixed. In Overall a deffenitly will recoment Pulte as a great Builder.

The house is beautiful and confortable. The complex is looking nice. I am in love with my new home!!!!

The house is nice. It was built as advertised and it has the quality proposed for this type of home. In some areas it even is better then expected. All granite counter-tops have a thickness greater than what we usually see out there. This is only one example. The "BUT" on the title refers to the common area. The Swimming Pool is WAAAY different than what was advertised. I understand that it might change a little bit but dramatically reduce the size is not a small change. This is the type of change that was planned and definitely discussed and for some rea$on they decided to save money on that area leaving to the home owners something different than what they promissed. ... New buyer 2 months in home. So far only minor issues. Good response to warranty issues.

Suffice it to say if I had to do a home purchase all over again, I'd still choose Pulte, The total buying experience was streamlined and convenient. The customer service before and after sale has been exceptional.

Overall the financing portion drugged on unfortunately...I wish someone would've told me upfront exactly what documents were needed vice 2 or 3-days expressing they needed this & that.

Building and moving can be overwhelming and stressful. Pulte made over experience happen efffortlessly. They were there to answer any questions or concerns. They accomodated our desires in building of home the best they were able. I highly recommend Pulte Homes.

Overall it was a great experience. James really helped me get answers to questions and Dylan the project manager was 5 star. He is so patient and thorough. He followed through with everything he said was going to do. The building process took to long because of the permitting and the subs working when after hours, shutting the builder for days. For the most part is was great.

The process with mortgage broker was difficult for me, but I understood why took so long to be approved. Everybody worked with a higher standard of attendance and care with me.

The Great - The Consturction manager and the lady conducting the celebration walk through , Pulte Mortgage and PGP Title folks were outstandaing and they made all the diference. Not So Good: The Sales Agenet.Least said is the better.

All the help and contractors have been friendly, helpful and have done a great job taking care of our repair issues. They have gone above what was expected.

Some of the materials used is questionable - particular the cabinets. Another issue was with finishing of ceiling after we spotted a problem, and the rework has some flaw in appearance. Flooring tiles installation was not good, but we are told that smaller tiles will have issues. Pulte must not offer those tiles if they do not have good installers. Overall - quality of workmanship is not good or great.

This home builder is not a high end builder but good value for money . It was very frustrating waiting for the home to be finished in these Covid times . Both Kristina and Patrick were outstanding in placating us

The variety of build is very satisfying.

Great attitude from sales people and construction managers. Very friendly and attentive as well.
