From start to finish… sales associate was amazing! She was absolutely phenomenal and I would not have survived the process without her. Even after closing she was such an asset and worked with us to hold the builders and the trades accountable. The field manager is who I found made the biggest difference in our experience. We started with an amazing person, but halfway through switched to a new person who did not have the skill or ability to manage as many projects as he had. There was no follow through and no accountability for the actual construction of the home. This is the point we got his boss involved and everything changed. She was phenomenal and followed up with us making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Building a house is definitely stressful and not for the weary, but working with the right people made it much easier and overall, Pulte does put out a good product. My advice… stay involved and on top of things and be the squeaky wheel! They want you to be happy and they do care about their product and reputation so communicate with them and hopefully you have people that jump in to help like we did. ... More

The Great - The Consturction manager and the lady conducting the celebration walk through , Pulte Mortgage and PGP Title folks were outstandaing and they made all the diference. Not So Good: The Sales Agenet.Least said is the better.

My construction manager was very helpful. He addressed all the issues prior to and post-closing in a timely manner.

All the help and contractors have been friendly, helpful and have done a great job taking care of our repair issues. They have gone above what was expected.

Overall experience is great, price is too high. I have great communication with construction managers. They are very responsive. Love the layout but the workmanship is mediocre but everything is fixed upon request.

I am overall satisfied with the home buying experience with Pulte. The people were very helpful, especially with regards to warranty information and where to look for in terms of assistance for home maintenance. That being said, there are some points for improvements. The workmanship for constructing the home can be improved upon, we found some appliances (bathroom, kitchen sink) not quite working as functional. Overall, great job

Some of the materials used is questionable - particular the cabinets. Another issue was with finishing of ceiling after we spotted a problem, and the rework has some flaw in appearance. Flooring tiles installation was not good, but we are told that smaller tiles will have issues. Pulte must not offer those tiles if they do not have good installers. Overall - quality of workmanship is not good or great.

Quality service and very knowledgeable staff who responds promptly to all concerns.

During my quality walk through, I thought there were way too many issues that still needed to be fixed that had they been fixed previously I would have had a much easier walk through and less stressful final week before closing. After closing water lines were clogged with sand that I needed to wait on a plumber to fix, closet doors had not been painted, and the range vent hood had not been installed.

Research and understand the limitations of buying a mass built house and the experience should be good.

On the plus side, see my comments above. On the negative side, some things that should have been included in the design of the house were ether overpriced options or unavailable. Specific examples include medicine cabinets and a place to sit in the Owners Bath (none were available at any price) and a stairway to attic in garage (only offered as a high priced option)

This home builder is not a high end builder but good value for money . It was very frustrating waiting for the home to be finished in these Covid times . Both Kristina and Patrick were outstanding in placating us

The people we interacted with at Pulte were generally friendly and responsive. Overall I had a good experience.

The variety of build is very satisfying.

Finish was cheap for the price paid for this new house. Could have done a little better to ensure we buy from you again. At this point I’m not sure if that will happen again. Additionally, there were some issues that I did not see or were pending from the walkthrough, but had to go through warranty to resolve.

Amazing builder, with experience. The Salesman was very professional in the whole process. The loan process with Pulte Mortgage was a NIGHTMARE for 7 months, even though I'm existing owner with Pulte in other place. I was lucky that the Salesman mentioned me about a second loan company that approved me in 2 weeks. After closing I had some warranty issues that were fixed (long process too), but were fixed. In Overall a deffenitly will recoment Pulte as a great Builder.

for the most part the process moved along well. The Sales Agent was very knowledgeable. The Design Studio representative was very helpful in making the process very pleasurable and exciting. The construction manager worked on our behalf to see that the quality of the construction was maintained. Then came the closing process and the agent we had was definitely the best. His explanations of every form made the process very smooth.

The house is beautiful and confortable. The complex is looking nice. I am in love with my new home!!!!

Pulte Homes will not make improvements requested by the customer; such as satin or semi-gloss paint instead of flat paint in the garage and bathrooms, concrete instead of plastic water trays for exterior downspouts, white instead of black lanai ceiling light fixtures, or the installation of a wine cooler.
