Have had issues since we moved in and have been waiting for our broken toilets to be fixed for 2 months (all 5 of them) with the bare minimum being done and no resolution

Since I moved I have home issues but Mr King came 1 time after that I summit my request nothing was done. Also dumpster truck company started to work at 5 am this is unacceptable because we have kids and dogs sleeping at this time. and others words super intendents only sleeping in the trucks all day. Contractors block streets and do what they want . my next review is going to google.

Peguei as chaves e observado vários reparos aos quais ainda não foram efetuados . Programados pra esta semana. Espero que cumpram todos reparos . Não moro na casa. Porém viajei do Brasil pra assinar o Closing dia 28 e até hoje os reparos ainda não concluídos Espero que ocorra de forma correta e fique tudo bem.

Not repair pending I wait and nothing pass

Home buying experience started great, good communication with construction manager. But then I had the worst closing experience, delaying it by days just the day before closing which made me lose money; issues that should have been fixed by closing day were not fixed until the day of this review (2 months after closing); no response to my requests for service from the warranty department; disappointing quality of materials.

Too many workmanship issues and delays to feel the value that a production home purchase should give

Everything was done good. The only reason why it wasn’t great was because of the time delay of the construction, ww had to wait a whole year for the project to be finished.

Still waiting for things to be fix.

There should be screens on the backyard door. After closing the house, it was promised to be installed, but it has not been installed after 2 months.

I loved the walk through of the model home we chose. Pulte tried their best to answer all my questions and payment options based on our income. I moved in and there are still many fixes needed. It is taking longer then necessary for anyone to finish.

I have purchased several new homes from national builders in FL and in other places. I have never in my life felt so betrayed and completely taken advantage of. In my opinion the quality of the home is terrible, I am embarrassed by it. Sales tells you what you want to hear. Construction promises the world and doesn't deliver then they deny it. Warranty argues every single point to try to get out of doing things the correct way. If you like the sounds of squeaky floors, flashing all over your walls, the most shoddy workmanship that you have seen from top to bottom and then a warranty person trying to intimidate you every time you speak to them then Pulte is for you and you should sign up. Don't take my word for it, ask other Pulte homeowners. I have heard many similar stories to mine from other homeowners. Are there any happy customers?? The worst for me is when you speak to upper management and they do nothing to help with issues that you bring up to them and they take the side of trades and everyone else instead of their customer. You are a number with Pulte and once you close, buckle up and enjoy the adventure because you will need some patience to endure it. ... More

The build quality and finish is below expectations. I never expected this from pulte and will not recommend friends to buy a home built by them. A new home doesn’t look new it looks like construction team was tried to complete this project asap.

My construction manager was very helpful. He addressed all the issues prior to and post-closing in a timely manner.

Pulte team responded promptly and professional to issues with the new home. Most issues are being addressed/fixed.

I did not have the best experience with Pulte, after signing the contract in May of 2021, with them saying we should be in by March of 2022. We did not move in until December of 2022. Waiting over 19 months for a home build in a very volatile market was not how it was supposed to be. Interest rates soared since we signed, the market slowed. Did Pulte care? Not one bit, did we get honest answers about what the delays were? Rarely, it took months for them to tell us they had issues with the previous land owner only to say our lots weren't part of that (so why the delay?). This was never explained. So that was the start, finally our build starts and moves rather quickly but not a good quick, large gaps between 2x4's, bowed walls. I point this out and am told "Oh that's just to hold drywall, "should" be fine. Just poor build quality and unmanaged sub-contractors. Had we not been there to see a piece of moldy drywall being installed it would have been closed in the walls only for us to find once we were sick. Missing A/C returns, having to force them to fix the A/C, fresh air vents not where they said they would be. They build the same models over and over why is there so much variation? The list could go on and on. If you're really considering a Pulte home, don't. This house was not cheap and I don't feel it was really build to a high standard. Watching commercials went with Pulte but it is biggest mistake, i wont recommend Pulte for a new home. First Quality of work is very poor, went with their highest upgrades they offer but it doesnt look like the best. Make sure your house is as you expected at closing once closed that it you are going around them no one to answer. I closed home hoping they will finish all the pending jobs but even after a month still not done and wasting my vacations because they schedule and no one will come. When you close make sure everything is done. Quality is very poor, still my patio sliding door are not working, locked and not able to use or i have to struggle half an hour to open it, cabinets when installed were broken and they said it will be replaced but so far not done so our kitchen is not fully usable even 30 days after closing. They will install one that was different from what you choose, make sure it takencare before closing. otherwise they will say what we choose is discontinued. At design center make sure what you choose and take as many pictures and in writing ask them to show kitchen layout with pictures and if possible add them into agreement otherwise they will mess up and say it is not they offer. They only started to be upfront after surveys were given. We were told originally that our building would be completed in about 8-10 months. It took almost 2 years. The only updates we received were when we reached out. The construction manager (second one that replaced the first one that left the company) was upfront and transparent initially but didn’t correct all the issues brought up at the walk through. Multiple issues with internet (took three weeks because of smashed pipes and needed an electrician that was never provided), tons of cosmetic issues (like an upside down stair rail), exposed live wires from a light that fell and weren’t reached out to until almost a month after closing. The experience of buying a Pulte Home at Split Oak Reserve was the best I have ever had in purchasing a home, thanks to Mandy and Joe. Mandy was attentive to my needs! Mandy new exactly what I needed as an elderly woman with disabilities. Mandy took me to the house that allows me to be independent, a single story with open spaces. The building supervisor Joe was there with us from the beginning of our experience and continues to this day to help and answer questions. The walkthrough with family and my realtor Jen could not have been better. Actually, Joe took the most time with this walkthrough that I have never experienced and I have purchased several homes in my life. Joe made us all feel his knowledge of a Pulte home double sold us on why we chose our home. Joe is an expert from the roof to the ground on our home. I commend Joe on his expertise but most of all for me his kindness with my needs. Thank you Joe and Mandy for making this purchase of a Pulte home the best ever! ... More

Poor finishes and no attention to details. Prior to closing home was incomplete, still waiting for Pulte to complete list. Poor response from warranty.

All the help and contractors have been friendly, helpful and have done a great job taking care of our repair issues. They have gone above what was expected.

I have closed my home during Thanks giving. The response from the Sales team and initial Construction manager was very good. They helped me clarifying all my doubts. But post closing, the new construction manager uis not responsive and corporative at all. He denied working on the exception items as he didn't receive it from previous manager and asked me to contact warranty team. I contacted warranty team and received a note that it has been passed to my warranty manager. Its been 2 weeks now and no one contacted me for my open items.
