The experience of buying a Pulte Home at Split Oak Reserve was the best I have ever had in purchasing a home, thanks to Mandy and Joe. Mandy was attentive to my needs! Mandy new exactly what I needed as an elderly woman with disabilities. Mandy took me to the house that allows me to be independent, a single story with open spaces. The building supervisor Joe was there with us from the beginning of our experience and continues to this day to help and answer questions. I have closed my home during Thanks giving. The response from the Sales team and initial Construction manager was very good. They helped me clarifying all my doubts. But post closing, the new construction manager uis not responsive and corporative at all. He denied working on the exception items as he didn't receive it from previous manager and asked me to contact warranty team. I contacted warranty team and received a note that it has been passed to my warranty manager. Its been 2 weeks now and no one contacted me for my open items.

Constantly failed inspections. Estimated closing date blown.Exorbitant cost. ASHAMED TO SAY WE PAID 40% MORE THAN OUR PRE-COVID NEIGHBORS. I wish I never saw this community in the first place... even after I had my doubts, my husband was still intrigued. I wish we walked away before we had committed with $$. These builders need to have restrictions with their greed/opportunity-based price hikes. It does not make for a good community in the end, when some people paid $700k and others paid $1,400,000 for the same house. The end product was not worth it. Homebuying experience is good sales consultant is helpful in showing houses, builders are not able to reapond properly when there are issues in the first 30 days of closing Builder gives so many false hopes for the open issues , but never reapond after closing

I was told that I would get gutters put in my house for Pulte taking over a year to have my house build, plus water getting into the house and having the insulation replaced because of moisture. How am I expected to write a good review when other houses were started after my house was being built but yet some of those homes were completed first. Not only were those homes completed first but some had a much cleaner appearance at closing than my house. Our neighborhood is shaping up to be a nice community but overall our build and buying experience was not exceptional. Our completed home looks nice, but by watching the build process we know the bones of our house are low quality. The concrete slab was not well tended during curing and has an abundance of hairline cracks everywhere. Some are completely through the slab. In the framing there were hundreds of nails that missed their mark. We have floor panels that are loose and make noise when they are walked on. A lot of things pasted inspection in my house and was not complete. My refrigerator is damage. I still don’t have my light fixtures. No head on my pipe out back. Door installed incorrectly and still not fixed. Touch up paint do not match on the outside. I really expected better.

Pulte disappointed in our new build

This will be the laat Pulte home we build. We have built with other companies and were much happier. The quality of work is terrible. Our paint job was bad. Our cabinet that was already fixed is falling apart. Our sod is 2 to 3 inches lower than our neighbors. Plants are dead. Cabinets were not finished and more. Trying to get warranty to fix some of this is like puling teeth

From the first visit to closing on the home everything went smooth with no issues. Pulte and their employees were easy to trust with the process. The house is a great house and we got everything we absolutely wanted. Would recommend Pulte as a high quality home builder.

Rushed process, poor build quality, customer experience process not in line with house prices. The builder has lost their premium touch, but not their premium prices. House materials, lack of quality assurance processes, poor customer communication, and a clunky warranty process certainly left a poor experience. Would not buy again.

SUPPORT SYSTEM : The sales agent Gisabel was not that helpful and very seldom reply to queries, which were always delayed and worsened after the closing period. The construction manager Finley did not do the proper walk-through during the initial and final inspections of the property. There were several issues identified within the house that were forwarded to her through the 'pick list'. That list is getting longer as the days pass by because of the slow response by Finley. There were handymen sent to repair and sort out the issues but most were inefficient and needed to return a few more ...
