Good experience so far, some minors issues with painting, details, finishing. I've requested warranty for some fixes and I am still in the process of getting them done.

Nathan from Pulte Homes was amazing (10 of of 10!) every obstacle that came our way, he personally went above and beyond to correct (spectrum issues, lawn issue etc) and was very forth coming with information. I really appreciate him being an intrical part of the building process for me and my family because he made it easier on us.

The sales process was fantastic however the workmanship needs improvement as for the price it seems to have rushed work and the quality of trades are not to the standard I would expect for the price of home.

Overall experience is great, price is too high. I have great communication with construction managers. They are very responsive. Love the layout but the workmanship is mediocre but everything is fixed upon request.

During my quality walk through, I thought there were way too many issues that still needed to be fixed that had they been fixed previously I would have had a much easier walk through and less stressful final week before closing. After closing water lines were clogged with sand that I needed to wait on a plumber to fix, closet doors had not been painted, and the range vent hood had not been installed.

Research and understand the limitations of buying a mass built house and the experience should be good.

The people we interacted with at Pulte were generally friendly and responsive. Overall I had a good experience.

Finish was cheap for the price paid for this new house. Could have done a little better to ensure we buy from you again. At this point I’m not sure if that will happen again. Additionally, there were some issues that I did not see or were pending from the walkthrough, but had to go through warranty to resolve.

for the most part the process moved along well. The Sales Agent was very knowledgeable. The Design Studio representative was very helpful in making the process very pleasurable and exciting. The construction manager worked on our behalf to see that the quality of the construction was maintained. Then came the closing process and the agent we had was definitely the best. His explanations of every form made the process very smooth.

Pulte Homes will not make improvements requested by the customer; such as satin or semi-gloss paint instead of flat paint in the garage and bathrooms, concrete instead of plastic water trays for exterior downspouts, white instead of black lanai ceiling light fixtures, or the installation of a wine cooler.

Big fan of Pulte quality homes. What made it fulfilling was our agent was a great liaison and spokesperson for the builder. We enjoyed our buying experience with her.

Pulte builds fairly decent homes for the price. I would recommend this builder if you are looking for a home that’s doesn’t give you wasted space in there models. Our home was in the mid to upper $300s but with almost every possible to make it look nice. At the end of the day I did not experience anything over the top when compared to other builders and we build 4 homes thus far.

Quality of workmanship: no major issues but is lacking in attention to detail. Drops of paint and drywall mud on the flooring throughout the home, and in the showers. Trustworthiness: overall a pleasure to work with, the sales department was very helpful and informative. During a warranty repair where the bottom of a sliding closet door was falling apart it was found that all of the sliding closet doors were having the same issue. When the repairman called the building manager to report what we had found the building manager seemed annoyed that he was calling her while standing in front of me and was trying to sweep it under the rug. Value for price paid: as with anything there will always be minor things that come up. For the price paid I would have liked a little better attention to detail, but overall value seems very comparable to the price paid. It was a great experience buying our house with Pulte. We had some issues, but talking with some friends that bought houses with other builders We notice that we had fewer problems and less important problems. We recommend Pulte as a builder.

Excellent field manager: his communication, honesty, hard work. Poor communication between different sales agents at Lemon Lake Office. Careful about changing structural options. Big penalty if you change your mind about ceiling height. Be very careful about incentives: Obsolete, non-energy efficient washer/dryer installed. Yet, refrigerator/freezer are fine. Poor follow-through after move-in. HOA Representative not available on closing date ( a Thursday). Finally available on the following Monday. Problems with gate entry closed at 6 PM. Awful experience with landscaping company: sprinklers on at 1 AM, spraying patio doors and furniture for 15 minutes on consecutive nights. Pulte was there walking me thru the process of buying and truly made it stress free.

The after sale service from the builder was super and they were reliable. Steven in particular delivered a complete house in the end.I thought all the finishing touches should have been done before closing, Mass production leads to the above problems.

The position of ceiling light is not reasonable, I bought a 8-bed house, but there is no light above the dinning table, very strange.

Home was not clean after closing; never received a welcome package with information pertaining to water, electricity, HOA, etc. Loan was sold to an extremely horrible mortgage company without notice.

Pros: Construction Manager was excellent; resolved issues in a timely manner. In general, the home was well-built, Cabinets & flooring were well done. Cons: The sod was poorly installed - very uneven, virtually no top soil. Some of the finishing work was shoddy, e.g., caulking, painting were disappointing. Toilet quality poor. Master bath mirror has scratches.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? It was great experience to watch the house from dust to finished. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? Overall was fine How was your experience with the builder’s team? Did they do what they promised? Did they respond to you in a timely fashion? About this part was kinda disappointed . First, when they start to build the inside of house . There is a lot of broken wood that they use did not replace after I sent the picture to the builder team . Then there’s should be a hole for air intake for AC unit. Builder team was totally forget about it before I found out the issue. Last thing I was so confused about is the drop ceiling of the master bedroom. I didn’t see the blueprint. But by the common sense, and I’ve seen some other houses. it should be higher ceiling. This is the first drop ceiling that they built to made a ceiling lower. I don’t know if it’s they just forget about that same as they forget about the hole for AC . The build “drop ceiling” afterward. because I saw it was cut and add upside down to a finished ceiling.
