The construction area is constantly a mess. There is garbage thrown every where. The workers do not seem to care that there are people who have moved in and it is now a private residence. Even though this was brought to the attention of the Sales office NOTHING is done about it. The warranty department is poor. The knowledge base of the warranty department is extremely poor.

With Pulte, I never felt like a valued customer. The construction was several months delayed which made the home several ten thousand dollars more expensive. But, of course, they found reasons why everything was delayed. However, no one could explain why only my home was delayed and not the others on the same street. However, eventually, Pulte named the house completed. However, Pulte seems to have its own definition of 'quality.' Willie was the breath of fresh air in this whole process. My spouse is very picky and Willie listened attentively to her and made the necessary fixes and touchups she required. Willie is the consummate professional and his demeanor with us was above reproach. He was the face of Pulte as far as we were concerned. He should be the face of Pulte.

I am overall satisfied with the home buying experience with Pulte. The people were very helpful, especially with regards to warranty information and where to look for in terms of assistance for home maintenance. That being said, there are some points for improvements. The workmanship for constructing the home can be improved upon, we found some appliances (bathroom, kitchen sink) not quite working as functional. Overall, great job

Only the experience with our sales rep Dale was positive and become more disappointed and disillusioned with our CM Wesley towards the end of the process and waiting for punch list items to be corrected.

I was very disappointed in the sloppiness during the construction process with paint and drywall materials found on many finishes and resulted in the need for steam cleaning. There seemed to be a rush to complete the home which was behind scheduled and definitely a trade off between quality and speed. The CM seems over stretched and able to focus as there were too many houses to manage. Overall it was a very average experience and so far a very below average experience with after closing service for issues requested in Pulte Owner's Entry portal.

Pulte is the worst builder ever. Bad finishes, materials and customer service. The construction mgrs don’t perform their duties and are unresponsive to any communication.

It’s been issue, after issue with Pulte

After pointing out a load-bearing beam was left floating it took 3 months of constant asking for the contractor to actually fix the issue and only fixed it the day before they started hanging drywall. Then Pulte painted my house the wrong color and only fixed it after being pressed about it, and in the repainting process they got paint on everything what shouldn’t have paint on it and had to be constantly asked to come fix the parts they missed and they refused to replace/ fix some of the items they got paint on in the process. I had big expectations about Pulte and their builders let me down. Not what I expected. The workmanship was poor. A lot of things were undone/unfinished, awful job, workers were careless, the person in charge on the workers and walk through lies to you and try to hide things so you sign the papers like everything were done. They put my kitchen appliances broken, poor terminations, poor quality of paint, front doors broken and frames unfinished, lanai door damage, workers paint my tiles with my walls paint on places that were chipped, and the list goes on. Most parts of the process were way below standards what we expected of Pulte. Multiple times I gave you the benefit of doubt due to global supply chain issues. But now it is clear you were only interested in selling at the market peak, not focused on delivering. 1. Warranty manager although responsive, only responds to selected issues. Some of the issues seem to go into a black-hole. 2. I appreciate all your work but it is so important have the walk tru done before the closing, to check that everything is well done, because all the mortgage process was fine, but we received the house 10 days after the closing date and so far we have some issues with the house and the garden without repair.

Some of the materials used is questionable - particular the cabinets. Another issue was with finishing of ceiling after we spotted a problem, and the rework has some flaw in appearance. Flooring tiles installation was not good, but we are told that smaller tiles will have issues. Pulte must not offer those tiles if they do not have good installers. Overall - quality of workmanship is not good or great.

When I signed my contract, I was given a closing date of 7 months from then. I wound up closing 1 year later. This caused my monthly mortgage payment to increase by $500 per month due to the rising interest rates. During that time, there was no communication. The house would sit for weeks at a time with nothing happening. There was also high turnover in the construction department. Duringthe 1 year, we had 4 different contruction managers. Our sales agent and her boss both left. I don’tvthink I would have built with Pilte had I known this is how the experience would be.

House quality and workmanship is excellent but several major unresolved issues at closing that were not addressed at all and instead passed around to the warranty department. Warranty department is overwhelmed with the volume of issues and goes completely unresponsive for weeks at a time. Having to requesting repairs and follow up countless times is incredibly frustrating, especially when you should never had to deal with in first place. Besides, dealing with multiple repair personnel showing up at random times makes things worse. Cannot believe I spent over half a million dollars for this ...

Lack of communication by builder of progress from contract signing to close. Builder was unresponsive to issues pointed out by homeowner during review processes. At the time of final walkthru, the home was not move-in ready and there were many issues identified by homeowner and recognized by builder. Quality of workmanship is very poor, sloppy, and missing many items from the contract/plans by builder and contractors hired by builder. Only a few of the items missing were due to supply chain issues and were explained by builder to homeowner.
