Big fan of Pulte quality homes. What made it fulfilling was our agent was a great liaison and spokesperson for the builder. We enjoyed our buying experience with her.

Pulte builds fairly decent homes for the price. I would recommend this builder if you are looking for a home that’s doesn’t give you wasted space in there models. Our home was in the mid to upper $300s but with almost every possible to make it look nice. At the end of the day I did not experience anything over the top when compared to other builders and we build 4 homes thus far.

Quality of workmanship: no major issues but is lacking in attention to detail. Drops of paint and drywall mud on the flooring throughout the home, and in the showers. Trustworthiness: overall a pleasure to work with, the sales department was very helpful and informative. During a warranty repair where the bottom of a sliding closet door was falling apart it was found that all of the sliding closet doors were having the same issue. When the repairman called the building manager to report what we had found the building manager seemed annoyed that he was calling her while standing in front of me and was trying to sweep it under the rug. Value for price paid: as with anything there will always be minor things that come up. For the price paid I would have liked a little better attention to detail, but overall value seems very comparable to the price paid. Responsiveness to issues: So far I have had 2 warranty claims and both have been responded to very quickly. 1 of them has been fixed and the other we are still waiting on. ... More

It was a great experience buying our house with Pulte. We had some issues, but talking with some friends that bought houses with other builders We notice that we had fewer problems and less important problems. We recommend Pulte as a builder.

Excellent field manager: his communication, honesty, hard work. Poor communication between different sales agents at Lemon Lake Office. Careful about changing structural options. Big penalty if you change your mind about ceiling height. Be very careful about incentives: Obsolete, non-energy efficient washer/dryer installed. Yet, refrigerator/freezer are fine. Poor follow-through after move-in. HOA Representative not available on closing date ( a Thursday). Finally available on the following Monday. Problems with gate entry closed at 6 PM. Awful experience with landscaping company: sprinklers on at 1 AM, spraying patio doors and furniture for 15 minutes on consecutive nights. Pulte was there walking me thru the process of buying and truly made it stress free.

The after sale service from the builder was super and they were reliable. Steven in particular delivered a complete house in the end.I thought all the finishing touches should have been done before closing, Mass production leads to the above problems.

The position of ceiling light is not reasonable, I bought a 8-bed house, but there is no light above the dinning table, very strange.

The issues i had before closing still pending... Take so slowly to fix everything.

Home was not clean after closing; never received a welcome package with information pertaining to water, electricity, HOA, etc. Loan was sold to an extremely horrible mortgage company without notice.

Pros: Construction Manager was excellent; resolved issues in a timely manner. In general, the home was well-built, Cabinets & flooring were well done. Cons: The sod was poorly installed - very uneven, virtually no top soil. Some of the finishing work was shoddy, e.g., caulking, painting were disappointing. Toilet quality poor. Master bath mirror has scratches.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? It was great experience to watch the house from dust to finished. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? Overall was fine How was your experience with the builder’s team? Did they do what they promised? Did they respond to you in a timely fashion? About this part was kinda disappointed . First, when they start to build the inside of house . There is a lot of broken wood that they use did not replace after I sent the picture to the builder team . Then there’s should be a hole for air intake for AC unit. Builder team was totally forget about it before I found out the issue. Last thing I was so confused about is the drop ceiling of the master bedroom. I didn’t see the blueprint. But by the common sense, and I’ve seen some other houses. it should be higher ceiling. This is the first drop ceiling that they built to made a ceiling lower. I don’t know if it’s they just forget about that same as they forget about the hole for AC . The build “drop ceiling” afterward. because I saw it was cut and add upside down to a finished ceiling. It was a really great experience.

Everything was done good. The only reason why it wasn’t great was because of the time delay of the construction, ww had to wait a whole year for the project to be finished.

I appreciate all your work but it is so important have the walk tru done before the closing, to check that everything is well done, because all the mortgage process was fine, but we received the house 10 days after the closing date and so far we have some issues with the house and the garden without repair.

In this crazy time with supply issues and home prices continuing to rise, we feel we got a great house in a new community. I think building with this builder, although we knew supply issues were a concern, they were able to keep the construction going and delays were minimal. Happy with the process. Erick our project manager answered all our questions and listened to our concerns.

Overall good experience. There are good points and not so good points with new builds as there are with established homes. Pulte is very responsive to the customer issues. Field Manager Joe took care of us and Adam is super with our warranty calls.

The home buying experience was great - but now that I’m in my new home- huge disappointment- light fixtures have detached from ceiling and I haven’t gotten a response from Warranty people in a week— worse yet roaches were in my residence after carpet was placed- I thought issue would be resolved—- I have an infestation- probably due to a dumpster overflowing with trash next door that has been a hazard for over a month— HELP!

Over all , it's alright, but needs to concentrate more on finishing touches.

Everyone that we directly worked with was great. We love our house location, style, and layout. However, I feel like for the price we paid, the quality does not match. It seems like corners were cut to put cheaper material in where just doing it right the first time would have been better. When you find beer bottles in your home during the construction process you really question who is actually building your home. I think for the price point, Pulte could have done better subcontracting trades.

My experience was good, only I lacked that at the time of showing the property in this case the model house to emphasize what the house does not bring, such as improvements, in this case, better floors, the dashboard, the metal, and wooden handrails, improved walls. I understood that the house was delivered as it was taught to us and when I received it I was disappointed that what I had seen and bought was not what they were giving me and all because the sellers were not clear at the time of showing the property.

overall was a good 3xperience, had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to postpone my closing due to contingency home contract fall apart, also the workmanship is not as good as other builders at least on the finishes and some structural, responsiveness to the issues I have is not good, still have issues and warranty request was put over a month now and nothing done
