Responsiveness has been great with fixing issues and the sales team has been great as well throughout the home buying. There are some quality issues with the build not sure if the value is there for what we paid.

I have identified several workmanship quality issues, including chipped tiles, which do not reflect the level of care expected in the construction of my home. From beginning to end it was a great experience. Gary and Blake were amazing sales people. The builder, Chris spent a lot of time answering my questions and was extremely responsive. I think the construction quality is very good. I had two inspections, one pre-drywall and one pre-closing and both turned up very few items. And the things that did turn up the team was eager to address quickly and without complaint. Now that I've been living in the home for a couple months I've used the warranty program a few times and Chris has been wonderful there, promptly responding to and addressing issues. ...

Lied throughout the whole process

I was lied to throughout the whole process by both Pulte and my Agent. I was told i could build a pool in the backyard and then found out once construction started there was a huge 15 ft drainage easement in my backyard that i cant build anything on. No one tried to help, Pulte essentially said too bad so sad. They tried to offer a different lot but none of them would work for our model home we wanted. Also after we closed we had plumbing issues and they ignored us. They sent out the plumber with only a plunger and he plunged our toilets for 15 mins. Nothing happened and he left saying he ...

I definitely would advise anyone buying with Pulte, at least the team I worked with, do NOT accept closing agreements or promises. We've been closed for a little over a month and we're still trying to make progress on most of the items that were 'promised' to be taken care of right after closing if we agreed to close on time. All of the pressure and quick responses pre-close made us think they would continue to work in our interest, but overall this has not been true. We were very happy with the Pulte homebuying experience, until an incident that happened at the very end. We specifically selected a lot in the subdivision with a prime view of a small lake. However, just before closing our lot was landscaped with a large holly tree right in front of the lanai, significantly blocking our view of the lake from our home. Despite several pleas to both Pulte, and the homeowner's association, we were told we could not have the tree relocated, This marred what had been an excellent homebuying experience up to that point.

We have not had a good experience. First we were living on our home a few weeks and we had an issue with our smoke detectors. I called the warranty number and was told it’s not an emergency and they will come in 3 or 4 days. It’s a state law in Florida that you must have working smoke detectors so I don’t see how having no fire protection for my family is not an emergency. Also I pay HOA fees for my lawn to be cut, edged and fertilized none of which was being done for my first two months living in the community. Very bad experience after closing with warranty team. Aeron in charge had no interest in following up with issues in regards to our driveway pavers which was stained and broke while we were closing, a claim was filed and no answer received, not even a follow up. Very disappointed. The details of the home in general lacked attention, the paint was terrible. Very dissatisfied with pulte.
