Once you make your decision they lose motivation to do anything. Don't take their word at face value. Check and doublecheck. Because they will tell you one thing and do something different or nothing at all.

Builder did a good job initially however when nearing the closing i was not happy the way my walkthrough was done. I need to tell all the missing things and ask for everything. My Pavers also not arranged properly and NOT good. If i ask now they say it is within tolerance level :(

The buying and mortgage part of our experience was good to excellent. Our field manager, Taylor, was helpful and attentive to our concerns during construction. Our problem was that each time we visited the construction site, we found numerous issues with the quality of work. (Concrete, Framing, drywall and tile.) Nearly every phase had several issues that had to be corrected to be anything close to acceptable. One exception was the kitchen. The countertops and cabinets were great and installed correctly. Since the beginning the relationship was based on the fact that they were going a favor selling this home to me. got the house delay 4month (interest rate went up from 3% to 4.8%) and the closing was a nightmare. If it wasn't because I had no home to stay I would not accept the house and not close.

After 6 months of waiting, which was fair and understandable due to supply chain issues, the final product had several issues upon move in. 1. AC was not working upon move in and we had stay at a hotel on our first night after driving from San Diego, CA. My family was exhausted from the cross country trip, only to come home to an oven. 2. We were excited to move in but Pulte had fallen short of expectations. We closed 2 months ago. We still have broken cabinets, mix matched paint, missing light fixtures and NOT A SINGLE HANDLE ON ANY CABINET OR DRAWER IN THE ENTIRE HOISE. There were too many misses to cover. The entire experience had been MEH.

Increase in the value of the property overnight, even with our verbal acceptance the day before, we were forced to accept the new price. Lack of support at closing when the appraisal established a lower value than the contracted value. Delay in responding to warranty calls, and always directing us to resolve directly with the manufacturers, not giving us any support with this. No action by the construction company to solve the problem that everyone in the condominium is facing with high water bills.

My parents bought a pulte home on 2006, man did this builder go down the tubes. From my "closing" to current day this house has been a nightmare. Construction manager ian has tried his best but his team has failed him every step. Bad woring , wrong doors in the house , stuck sliding doors, missing sheet rock, 4 nails in my cars tires because of no clean up, glass in my foot! Recently the walk in closet shelf collapsed and fell on my fiancée! The list still goes on! The quality of this house is a joke! The standards this company has is little to none!

everything was good except for the grass ..they put the grass very dry and dead already,, I had to water it every day..that it cost a lot of money in water bill already.. the sprinklers stopped working….I sent the complaint but nobody has answered me

Good sale support, materials quality is good but..

Sale support is great. But quality of workmanship is questionable. Tile lippages are obvious in many place at family room. Paint left on hinges and door handles. Some repair requests are ignored and not fixed. Wall oven and microwave oven touch screen is broken. One shower drainage is clogged. Bottom coroners of counter top look old and need touchup.

Pulte was not good on communicating throughout home building process. Although there were issues with delivery of items. Delays or missing items were never recieved. Because of the delays i had additional unexpected costs.

The communication has been a major issue before and after closing. It been like a hit or miss. Somedays it feels like no one is listening to our feedback. there has been issue with work quality, major items. I am not going into minor defects which are multiple. Overall I am still feel happy in this crazy market but i don't think the expectation that come with Pulte 'brand' have been met

Sales and construction managers were great overall, responsive and engaging. Major issues related to subcontractors timelinesses and attention to detail. 6 weeks after closing, still a number of unresolved issues which are taking unnecessarily too long to effectively address. This is simply unacceptable for a home in this price range!

Pulte title company was horrific at communications. Omar Wes and Maria kept me sane through this process and they were the only reason I continued to move forward with pulte. A lot of the issues I had were with the trades and the poor workman ship. I’m now in my home and see so many flaws. Whenever i reach out to Pulte warranty, they have an excuse for everything, which is unacceptable in a house that cost so much. My lights dim and flicker and their own electrician told me that my house was underpowered. My carpet is torn, baseboard missing paint, tons of drywall seems can be seen through ...

Project planning was not good Roofing trusses sat in sand and soil for 4 months before pouring the foundation of home. Construction crew still installed them and had to remove them. Construction crew ordered doors with no roof on the home, clean up crew did not remove paint and texture overspray from wall switches.......... call me for more details.

During my quality walk through, I thought there were way too many issues that still needed to be fixed that had they been fixed previously I would have had a much easier walk through and less stressful final week before closing. After closing water lines were clogged with sand that I needed to wait on a plumber to fix, closet doors had not been painted, and the range vent hood had not been installed.

It was a long and painful experience. The last part of the completion was awful to say the least. We didn't like the way we were treated by some members of the construction team.

Departments need more communication

Pulte offers quality cookie cutter homes. They have descent floor plans and great layouts. They are not able to alter build plans in the beginning. The little changes that were asked were not able to be accommodated because they lack a good internal process communication. Surveys post build do no good, they need surveys after each part of the build process. 8 steps should include 8 surveys plus any other data Pulte would like to collect.
