Quality of workmanship is mediocre. I had a contractor come to repaint the walls to my colors. At that time they found that some of the walls were not straight and had a slight bow in them. There were some other issues that were pulled out by independent survey team that found various other issues as well, most of these were addressed by the Pulte team and fixed very quickly.

Even though we like the quality of workmanship in our home, the closeness to the airport should have been taken into consideration. Indoor airplane noise is bad for one's health. I believe simple things should have be done in the home to minimize/reduce this noise. I would like to know what can be done to this end. You don't want to be in bed and hear loud plane noiwe landing or taking off. How does one enjoy the courtyard? In addition, it does take a while for a technician to respond to issues and when scheduled, some do not show up.

Ryan and Tyler made this extremely expensive experience bearable. This team made my buying process less stressful and Ryan was better than my own realtor in providing me with updates and helpful information …. Thanks Ryan. There will always be littles issues but Tyler my project manager has been working to correct any issues.

Before you move in everyone seems very attentive. Of course all they are constantly asking you to do is give them a high score on the survey. Once you take ownership good luck getting any assistance with issues. I've been in my house 5 weeks and still have blue tape on walls for problems that have yet to be corrected. Text messages go unanswered. Scheduled repairs are no showed leaving me at home all day wasting my time. Master bath shower leaks water all over the floor. This is a known problem that they acknowledge that can be fixed. My question is why aren't you building it right the first time? I really don't want to sound like a complainer. We are enjoying our new townhouse. It is lacking storage space, but we’ll make the most of it by putting in our own shelving in time. We felt the closing was rushed even though many things in the house that were not ready. The floors seem to have lots of remnants of paint, glue etc. which should have been cleaned up prior to closing. The carpet on the steps also has some raised nails that are not fully hammered into the floor which has resulted in some painful moments as we discovered them. Other than that, our wish is that there was some more green space left in the community, a bigger pool, and that the second exit which we had initially been promised by our sales agent, now apparently only for emergency vehicles, would have been a reality. I loved the walk through of the model home we chose. Pulte tried their best to answer all my questions and payment options based on our income. I moved in and there are still many fixes needed. It is taking longer then necessary for anyone to finish.

Great location of home and community. However after closing very tough to get issues taken care of. Over a month after closing waiting for kitchen crown molding. The tiles in the home have different grout colors, uneven tiles, and grout size variations from 1/4 to 1/2 inch which make it look terrible. Sales team was amazing and the construction manager keeps information flowing. However incomplete homes that require much work are being closed on. After closing they were putting bathroom mirrors up!

The construction with Mr Wesley was flawless. However, once delivered, pointed issues were not solved properly. I am waiting for more than 2 months to get some problems fixed.

They work fine, that is only small details which easily they can fix.

We were pushed to close on time even thought the morning of closing the house wasn’t 100% complete. We were not in a rush and we’re happy to wait until the house was completed. They were still tiling the backsplash and had several other loose ends to wrap up. The majority of the obvious work was completed but it took weeks to finally get a cleaner in there to finish everything up. After we occupancy we had a major water backup issue. The drain line was clogged with construction debris and caused water to flood the downstairs bathroom from the toilet. The emergency response team for the warranty was amazing. They had a plumber and a water remediation team out within hours. I was happy with the concern and urgency they displayed. I do feel like it’s a problem that could have been easily avoided. I feel like everyone was rushed at the end in order to get us to close before the house was ready and people got sloppy. I’m sure it’s common for the main drain line to get clogged. They could have avoided a bad experience and big mess if they had just tested it. Overall the experience was pretty smooth and I would build with Pulte again, I would just apply the things I’ve learned through this process if I built again. ... More

Love and enjoying my new home.

Not really one of the best builders around. People on the company not really customer service focus “think more and company than customers. Field manager “tony” hreat worker and person.

Having had a Pulte home built 21 years ago, we decided to purchase another Pulte home.

I wish they would not rush closing and complete homes on time fully. Many items left unfinished and rushed through

Closing was not on time . Quality of material is not good

Everything was great except for the fact that we have not yet received our appliances we purchased through Pulte. Also, no one has communicated when we might be getting them. We have reached out multiple times but have been ignored. This is not how this should be handled. I expected more from a large company like Pulte.

The house had a lot of issues before closing, some of then were supposed to get fixed and they never completed them, we had to submit a second request.

This home building experience was different than my previous two. It seemed that Pulte was more concerned with meeting deadlines than making sure the homeowner was happy. We have submitted several repair request that could have been avoided if the closing date wasn't the number one priority. Overall we are happy to be in our home but extremely dissatisfied with the process.

Received a brand new home that doesn't look new at all. A lot of details missing, on top of a terrible paint job on both the inside and outside of the house. Entrance to the house was never pressure washed by the time we close on the property and lets not even talk about the terrible cleaning job both inside and outside the house. Truly disappointed, and already to late!

Overall craftsmanship of the home was poor. Can tell everything is mass produced and rushed. Minimal attention to detail. Had to do multiple warranty visits which was a slow process with slow response times, had to escalate everything. Pricing for some of the upgrades were out of control. WIsh we had some different upgrade options and ability to change some things, like kitchen pantry and closet shelfing. The process of actually buying the home, closing, and sales team were great!

Overall it was good. Teresa was great to work with in sales, Really listened to what you were looking for and what your range was. Also gave great ideas to your future home.

Homebuying experience is good sales consultant is helpful in showing houses, builders are not able to reapond properly when there are issues in the first 30 days of closing Builder gives so many false hopes for the open issues , but never reapond after closing

We were reminded several times by numerous employees of Pulte that Pulte is not a custom builder.

I was pleased with the price but the workmanship was left to be desired. There is still painting that needs to be done we need new carpets because the worked got paint on them.
