Our sales rep at the beginning of the process of buying our home was fantastic. He was proactive in his communication, regularly checking in to provide updates about the progress of our home purchase and build. Our construction manager was responsive in a timely manner to our requests for updates. We understood the lack of proactive communication, because he expressed that he was extremely busy because he was the only Spanish-speaking employee in the area so had many Spanish-speaking clients he had to liaise with. The construction with Mr Wesley was flawless. However, once delivered, pointed issues were not solved properly. I am waiting for more than 2 months to get some problems fixed.

at the beginning sales was nice, during the finical was terrible, at the end I have to use my cash to closed the house, and still delayed the closing date due to not completed the house , after close multiple area either not completed or install unproperly . such as leaking water from the ceiling , from garage wall. missing tiles from the kitchen or bathroom, my house closed on3/30 it is been over 1 month now still finish all ..

Pulte is struggling with hiring and maintaining build and customer service managers. Communications is horrible, and sometimes non-existent. Warranty issues are slow to get resolved. The closing process was very stressful and dates changed a few times. They also ordered the appraisal to be done 4 months prior to closing on a new neighborhood and in a rapidly changing market. As a result, Pulte was unable to find comps that supported the sale price of the house.

It was difficult deciding what title to give this review. Not for a lack of options, but because we had a hard time identifying which horrible detail stood out to us the most. The initial sales agent was wonderful but that's as far as it went. From that point onward, it was nothing but deceit, issues, and overall shoddy workmanship. My family and I enjoy our new home. From the moment that we decided to become a part of the Pulte Community, the buying process was very smooth. Post build there were few small issues that needed resolving and those issues were corrected the same day or within days with a follow up call. The warranty department is great and we are confident that they will make any issue we have right.

The entire experience was awful. The title company was awful, the y process was terrible and there was rarely communication, the warranty department doesn’t respond to my emails. Workers don’t show up when they’re supposed to. I had a better experience with Lennar and that’s saying a lot

I signed my contract to build my house with Pulte on November 23, 2020. The building permit was granted on around March 2021 due to County backlog. But the house did not completed until 2/28/2022, almost a year later. What was really bothered me that my house build permit was granted 3 or 4 month before other houses in the block. But it did not get windows before other houses. I got the weekly update from the building manager stated that the widow order was delayed due to nation labor shortages. I know that was not true because other houses that was built later received their widows before ...

Up front, professional but friendly, every question or issue was handled usually same day. I can't say enough how much I love my home! Having a construction manager in contact with me every week with pictures of the progress was a delight for me. I highly recommend Pulte Homes.

The house its build with cheap materials and there is no engineer building your house, the people who build it they dont know how to read drawings at all. Turns to be that your Libe of property its different because when they install the sod and sprinklers they installed all wrong., you dont want to close until they finish your house right but they force you to do it or they will sell your house to another person, they only want your Money. From the day I put a down payment (my first home) to meeting Patrick during the construction to the day I met Robert for the warranty explanation, this team was amazing. Kristina walked me through all the steps patiently. Robert did a clear concise and was extremely helpful after closing. Patrick is the best. From putting my mind at ease and helping me understand all the construction steps to the closing inspection he more than made the experience worthwhile. In this crazy time with supply issues and home prices continuing to rise, we feel we got a great house in a new community. I think building with this builder, although we knew supply issues were a concern, they were able to keep the construction going and delays were minimal. Happy with the process. Erick our project manager answered all our questions and listened to our concerns.

Everyone from the builder to the lender does NOT know what they are doing. They have NO communication with each other nor the client. Very stressful experience. Do NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
