The sales representative Maria was worse than a used car sales rep. It seemed like she was say almost anything to purchase a home from her. We purchased our home long distance, in a pandemic and did everything virtually. Everything was extremely rushed and Maria did not review all of the available options with us. Once we had our walk through with the construction manager he pointed out a lot of upgrades/choices that we were not aware of. We did not receive the HOA documents until months in the process and had we been aware of some of the restrictions earlier on we may not have purchased ...

The "celebration walk" and the closing date is too short, the list to fix things identified during the walk was not 100% completed but we still have to check the "complete to my satisfaction" in order to have the closing signed and we can moving in a.s.a.p. I still have 2 issues not solve yet after the closing. For seniors not familiar with online app from the computer, don't expect help from the foreman to solve these issues for you, even a simple ones. The responsiveness to the issues after closing is almost none.

Working through the warranty process for some things that have needed fixing and it is taking a long time to get fixed. There is a lack of communication and I am having to consistently follow up.

We still have issues reaching out to the people that were supposed to complete The work at our home we were promised a prompt response to resolve this issues such As the a/c Not reaching master bedroom, garage door interior not completed, exterior wall stucco has a whole that may allow critters to enter the structure, there was a door delivered right before closing that was not painted completely, etc... it is unfortunate to have to leave such a bad review to a very prestigious company we feel deceived and tricked as one of the project managers assured us that this issues would be resolved ...

It is a challenge to have any particular item/issue repaired after closing. The model homes are spectacular and in optimal conditions but when they build your home, it is not exactly what they advertise in the model homes. I will most likely not consider Pulte Homes in the future.

Their is some issues before we closing need to take care and after closing still not taking care , Workman need to more careful when install cabinets it not cracked and painting should be more event with the house you Paid high price like that.

Be sure to do a thorough walk through before closing. Maybe hire an inspection company to do the inspection. Give the builder plenty of time after inspection to fix any issues before your closing date. After closing you have to deal with the warranty company and make yourself available for workers to come to your home and fix any issues not found during your initial inspection.

We started the process to buy the house at the end of January, the Salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful, but she left before we closed on the house, we were approved very quickly. Then we went to a design studio on another office appointment, plus a third one for electric, lighting, outside kitchen and many other things to add to the house. As Pulte is a very large company, the quality and professionalism differ per department. The sales department did a great job of showcasing and promising services, but as soon as the contract was signed, they let us hanging. The builders did a good job and we had great relationships with the construction managers. The worst experience we had was with Pulte Mortgage. Extremely unprofessional, not communicative, not helpful or supportive at all. We had to switch to another lender because it got so bad. The servicing is run at minimal effort. Things do get attended to but you have to wait, ...

Rushed finishing work to close on house

Rushed to do walk through as the cleaners scurry out of front door. Expected to do a thorough walk through by myself, not advised to bring others to help. Many missed issues and then no further clean up after painters and others had to come in to fix the things seen on first walk through. Very sloppy, many paint spots all over carpet and tile. All tile grout filled with sand and dirt requiring many hours of me cleaning. Fuse for fridge went out within a week of moving in. A Shower drain not draining and they can't come out to fix for 2 weeks then they schedule it wrong and can't come for ...

Poor workmanship due to rushing experienced leak in master bedroom on my very first day of moving in. Cable wiring incorrectly done and electrical wiring as well. Lots of issues still going on and have been waiting for resolution almost 2 months now.

We had a great experience with our Sales person Maria. She was very responsive to all our questions. Pulte can improve on their workmanship by making sure everything was completed prior to closing. We had a lot of items on the walk through that were never completed and still waiting to be completed a month after the closing. Also clean up of sidewalks should have been done as stains from constructions are very noticeable and ruins the curb appeal of the house and the neighborhood. They will rush you into your decisions and promise lots of things but damaged doors, holes in walls and ceilings, broken fixtures, fading paint, the list goes on. Paying half million for a house you expect a level of quality that just isn't there. 2022 must have been a bad year for laborers.

Our construction manager, Evan, was really good and went above and beyond. In comparison to our other new builds - everything else regarding the Pulte experience has been average to below average. There is not much of a follow up after you get the keys. The sales agent completely disappears (at least ours did). And lastly, make sure to get all issues with the home resolved before moving in because it can possibly take months to get things fixed under the warranty.

Home buying experience started great, good communication with construction manager. But then I had the worst closing experience, delaying it by days just the day before closing which made me lose money; issues that should have been fixed by closing day were not fixed until the day of this review (2 months after closing); no response to my requests for service from the warranty department; disappointing quality of materials.

Since the beginning the relationship was based on the fact that they were going a favor selling this home to me. got the house delay 4month (interest rate went up from 3% to 4.8%) and the closing was a nightmare. If it wasn't because I had no home to stay I would not accept the house and not close.

The home buying/building process was easy. It does take a long time and expect delays. Make sure you note any issues with the home as early on as possible but don't expect it to be fixed quickly. I'm still waiting 7 weeks after move in for issues noted during construction.

Pulte builder sells itself as one step above the other builders. I've worked with 3 builders in the last 8 years and Pulte is barely as good as the other builders. I've found that their people only care about one thing: Reviews. I didn't appreciate how many times they mentioned it. Due to covid circumstances, our house closing was delayed by a total of 5 months, which I don't hold them accountable to. It's what it is. The house itself is well built, nothing special compared to meritage homes for example. Some of the materials used and insulation, wasn't as good as meritage's for example. ...

Things were not smooth since start and then issues with construction, delay in the closing and now going through the issues that I'm seeing in the house that were noted at the time of closing and here after 2 month still not fully taken care. And seeing the how much least bother the Pulte group is in resolving these issues. I would recommend to buy some older house instead.

The builder promised everything would be clean and ready to go when I moved in. I had to call back after my move in date to have everything cleaned. They did not have my keys at the signing. There are gaps letting bugs in under my exterior doors. Warranty company told me to have the brand new house fumigated for bus because they were “already there when I moved in” even though they claimed they fumigated before I moved in and they were suppose to clean before I moved in.

In the beginning they were attentive to ant little problems but since moving in they tend to ignore you and things do not get done. To rate them as excellent would not be telling the truth.
