Upon moving in, we had outlets without power. Within one month after moving in, the air conditioner stopped working and needed parts replaced. The online service portal where service requests are made has a slow response time so I just ended up calling customer care to escalate these repairs. The customer care personnel is pleasant and helpful.

Ask for the most recent HOA Bylaws and rules regarding Architectural Changes prior to making purchase. Inquire as to what the common charges cover and the amenities included, i.e. number of pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, etc. and the ratio compared to the number of homeowners in the community.

While the house is nice, the lack of the multiple construction groups do now watch what they are doing. Ensure you have set up an inspection of the home. We did and received 80 pages of discrepancies that need to be fixed or repair. While I can understand the missed paint area, I can not fathom why the team would install roof trusses that are split or have broken connectors, why they install the drawers in the shelving backwards so they could not slide out, stone that is obviously cracked or split in pieces and tile that is not properly installed that will crack when pressure is put on ...

I will provide both the good and bad experiences I've had with purchasing a townhome built by Pulte Homes. Good: The communication after the contract signing and during the construction of the unit was good. I was given progress reports regularly. Another good thing was the closing process. That went smoothly. Bad: Closing was 5 months after the contract stated estimated closing date. Poor quality Very Bad experience with Pulte Home, if you decide to buy the house with Pulte Homes make sure before you close the house everything looks good and function properly and once you close the house no one cares, we are still waiting for the repairs over 2 months since we close the house. Poor Quality There is a lot of glue everywhere, wood part covered with the paint to cover the chips and chunks of concrete in the garage, bad finishings thru out the house, Pulte house also design houses so poorly, Windows are facing straight into to Neighbours house no privacy, We still can't reach ...

I was told that I would get gutters put in my house for Pulte taking over a year to have my house build, plus water getting into the house and having the insulation replaced because of moisture. How am I expected to write a good review when other houses were started after my house was being built but yet some of those homes were completed first. Not only were those homes completed first but some had a much cleaner appearance at closing than my house. Pulte disappointed in our new build

This will be the laat Pulte home we build. We have built with other companies and were much happier. The quality of work is terrible. Our paint job was bad. Our cabinet that was already fixed is falling apart. Our sod is 2 to 3 inches lower than our neighbors. Plants are dead. Cabinets were not finished and more. Trying to get warranty to fix some of this is like puling teeth

I had big expectations about Pulte and their builders let me down. Not what I expected. The workmanship was poor. A lot of things were undone/unfinished, awful job, workers were careless, the person in charge on the workers and walk through lies to you and try to hide things so you sign the papers like everything were done. 14 months to close, and still not everything is done

We contracted in April 2021, and while there were some supply delays, the lack of communication and timing by the construction team caused us to wait 14 months to close. They were still working in the house the day of closing and had to be let in throughout the next two weeks to finish items. It has been 5 weeks from closing and we are still waiting for some work to be completed. The sales team is great but the workmanship and all around delays are horrible.

Sales and construction managers were great overall, responsive and engaging. Major issues related to subcontractors timelinesses and attention to detail. 6 weeks after closing, still a number of unresolved issues which are taking unnecessarily too long to effectively address. This is simply unacceptable for a home in this price range!

Pulte offers quality cookie cutter homes. They have descent floor plans and great layouts. They are not able to alter build plans in the beginning. The little changes that were asked were not able to be accommodated because they lack a good internal process communication. Surveys post build do no good, they need surveys after each part of the build process. 8 steps should include 8 surveys plus any other data Pulte would like to collect.

Great product, poor customer service

Pulte is struggling with hiring and maintaining build and customer service managers. Communications is horrible, and sometimes non-existent. Warranty issues are slow to get resolved. The closing process was very stressful and dates changed a few times. They also ordered the appraisal to be done 4 months prior to closing on a new neighborhood and in a rapidly changing market. As a result, Pulte was unable to find comps that supported the sale price of the house.

The sales representative Maria was worse than a used car sales rep. It seemed like she was say almost anything to purchase a home from her. We purchased our home long distance, in a pandemic and did everything virtually. Everything was extremely rushed and Maria did not review all of the available options with us. Once we had our walk through with the construction manager he pointed out a lot of upgrades/choices that we were not aware of. We did not receive the HOA documents until months in the process and had we been aware of some of the restrictions earlier on we may not have purchased ...

The "celebration walk" and the closing date is too short, the list to fix things identified during the walk was not 100% completed but we still have to check the "complete to my satisfaction" in order to have the closing signed and we can moving in a.s.a.p. I still have 2 issues not solve yet after the closing. For seniors not familiar with online app from the computer, don't expect help from the foreman to solve these issues for you, even a simple ones. The responsiveness to the issues after closing is almost none.

Working through the warranty process for some things that have needed fixing and it is taking a long time to get fixed. There is a lack of communication and I am having to consistently follow up.

We still have issues reaching out to the people that were supposed to complete The work at our home we were promised a prompt response to resolve this issues such As the a/c Not reaching master bedroom, garage door interior not completed, exterior wall stucco has a whole that may allow critters to enter the structure, there was a door delivered right before closing that was not painted completely, etc... it is unfortunate to have to leave such a bad review to a very prestigious company we feel deceived and tricked as one of the project managers assured us that this issues would be resolved ...

It is a challenge to have any particular item/issue repaired after closing. The model homes are spectacular and in optimal conditions but when they build your home, it is not exactly what they advertise in the model homes. I will most likely not consider Pulte Homes in the future.

Their is some issues before we closing need to take care and after closing still not taking care , Workman need to more careful when install cabinets it not cracked and painting should be more event with the house you Paid high price like that.
