Wondering if they are doing quality control, kitchen cabinets have a lot of dents, tears and almost no door handle are straight! Cabinets installed in the wrong direction, holes made on the bottom of the cabinet and when reported, poorly patched it and made new holes thinking this is acceptable! Mirror in bathrooms looks used and have chips! Wood stairs have visible nails everywhere and some coming out and cutting your feet! Spindles are not properly fixed, promising date for completion, nobody shows up or call and then no follow up are made, and answer to messages or emails look optional, I ...

While Pulte planned on nice homes and materials, the inferior workmanship of several trades standing out in the homes and the following up service is also poor and unsatisfactory!

Only the experience with our sales rep Dale was positive and become more disappointed and disillusioned with our CM Wesley towards the end of the process and waiting for punch list items to be corrected.

I was very disappointed in the sloppiness during the construction process with paint and drywall materials found on many finishes and resulted in the need for steam cleaning. There seemed to be a rush to complete the home which was behind scheduled and definitely a trade off between quality and speed. The CM seems over stretched and able to focus as there were too many houses to manage. Overall it was a very average experience and so far a very below average experience with after closing service for issues requested in Pulte Owner's Entry portal.

Since I moved I have home issues but Mr King came 1 time after that I summit my request nothing was done. Also dumpster truck company started to work at 5 am this is unacceptable because we have kids and dogs sleeping at this time. and others words super intendents only sleeping in the trucks all day. Contractors block streets and do what they want . my next review is going to google.

Once you make your decision they lose motivation to do anything. Don't take their word at face value. Check and doublecheck. Because they will tell you one thing and do something different or nothing at all.

We chose Pulte because of name recognition for quality homes. Unfortunately we are not impressed by what we received and there are still issues with our home. I would definitely have to think twice if I were ever to buy from Pulte again.

Pulte mortgage was the absolute worst mortgage company I’ve ever dealt with, and I have dealt with a few. They should not force us to use Pulte mortgage. The whole closing process was not very pleasant. Our refrigerator was not hooked up to water & the house was filthy when we moved in.

Poor finishing of garage and not trustworthy staff member

Finishing of my room garage was not appropriate. I found so many holes in garage and surfaces are uneven. Before closing I met ryan home supervisor. We found some small issues during inspection and he told me we will take care of everything. I request him to move outlet from bottom to top for TV. He promised us, he will definitely take care of that.It was very easy job. After closing of home I give him access of my home for few weeks to finish outlet job. After certain day he didn’t answer my call or text msg. He is lying to me and didn’t fulfill my request till today. Please advice everyone ...

Pulte was not good on communicating throughout home building process. Although there were issues with delivery of items. Delays or missing items were never recieved. Because of the delays i had additional unexpected costs.

The home was delivered to me very dirty, windows improperly installed. The tracks of the sliding glass doors were so filthy, it took me six hours to clean. The frame of one slider was bent and still is bent.

Check everything and make them properly clean the property. A new home should not be turned over to the buyer in bad condition.

This is my second home purchase with Pulte and almost might be my last. It was a true headache from the beginning with the sales center and lack or attention to detail and communication. The saving grace was the field managers who actually communicated very well and helped along the way. If I was to purchase again and saw the same sales team I dealt with I would leave. To obtain any updates from them was like pulling teeth. Even the local main office was also terrible at communicating. I would buy from the sales rep 100 times over and the the site manger is great too. Warranty team is poor, talk a great game but poor delivery.

Disappointment!

We relocated from Wisconsin; thrilled to move into a brand new home. However, we were hit with a sobering reality that a new home doesn’t mean that the builder put any care into the home. We moved into a home with broken cabinets, literal holes in the flooring, pealing paint, pools of water in the lanai, electrical sockets not properly installed, improperly installed doorbell, mismatched windows, parade of ants, cheap appliances, and a sheer lack of care for the build of this home! We are left heartbroken for selling out beautiful home in Wisconsin for THIS! Would not recommend Pulte!

Problems with AC, smoke detector, completing things that should have been done before Settlement, inability to access warranty website and no one answers the phone during normal business hours. Omar, Dale, and Jason are great, but I believe many others simply don’t care about doing a good job or even feel like working at all.
