The builder promised everything would be clean and ready to go when I moved in. I had to call back after my move in date to have everything cleaned. They did not have my keys at the signing. There are gaps letting bugs in under my exterior doors. Warranty company told me to have the brand new house fumigated for bus because they were “already there when I moved in” even though they claimed they fumigated before I moved in and they were suppose to clean before I moved in.

In the beginning they were attentive to ant little problems but since moving in they tend to ignore you and things do not get done. To rate them as excellent would not be telling the truth.

I had to switch lots because the front elevation of my original home was drastically changed and would no longer allow access for my physically handicapped family members. There was no communication from Pulte about the change, I discovered it during my initial walk through, after construction had begun. The new lot was a compromise on my part, as it did not have the same benefits as the original, but I decided to go with it. Me and my fiancé had a very difficult time with our mortgage consultant and I highly recommended that you check in regularly because communication was not good at all in my experience. The house is great although we’ve had a hard time getting people to fix little things that’s in the warranty

Attempts to be a high quality builder and put customer concerns first but falls flat on the execution. Their website experience is a mess with multiple redundancies, the finance side of our purchase was a disaster with poor communications that impacted our closing date, and in terms of build quality- it is slightly above average. I am still waiting for warranty claims to be addressed after 3 months. They strive for excellence and have great staff that work hard but it falls flat.

Wish a better product was delivered. Multiple issues from windows and house numbers not centered to sand in the plumbing causing little or no water pressure at fixtures. Too many issues to feel confident with the quality of the home. If Pulte offered a buy back program. We might be interested.

I have closed my home during Thanks giving. The response from the Sales team and initial Construction manager was very good. They helped me clarifying all my doubts. But post closing, the new construction manager uis not responsive and corporative at all. He denied working on the exception items as he didn't receive it from previous manager and asked me to contact warranty team. I contacted warranty team and received a note that it has been passed to my warranty manager. Its been 2 weeks now and no one contacted me for my open items.

After 6 months of waiting, which was fair and understandable due to supply chain issues, the final product had several issues upon move in. 1. AC was not working upon move in and we had stay at a hotel on our first night after driving from San Diego, CA. My family was exhausted from the cross country trip, only to come home to an oven. 2. Sale support is great. But quality of workmanship is questionable. Tile lippages are obvious in many place at family room. Paint left on hinges and door handles. Some repair requests are ignored and not fixed. Wall oven and microwave oven touch screen is broken. One shower drainage is clogged. Bottom coroners of counter top look old and need touchup.

The day I met the builder was when I felt like I really was purchasing a home. The finance team was wonderful as well. However I’m in my home now and it’s going on 60 days and I’m yet still waiting for things to be done in my home which communication has stopped on.

Fine details and finishes needs lots of improvement. For the price you paid, the finishing on the house was poorly done. Makes you worry about things underneath the surface that is not visible to the eye.

I had initially worked with a hardworking Pulte team from the start to closing. They were very attentive and did what they could to get me to through my closing. Then closing happened and the quality of service began to taper off. The warranty team and the lack of customer attentiveness and professionalism specifically from my customer care manager has completely tainted my experience from great to terrible. The buying process was fast and despite hurdles I received good communication. Since moving in I haven't received follow up with the warranty department at all. Even if there is a delay in processing warranty claims having someone respond would be great.

We were super excited to build with Pulte but it turned out to be a nightmare for the simple fact that our house was rushed .......due to what our head guy said. He stated that he wanted more time but Pulte wanted him to get our house off their so called "books". we have every thing from unfinished walls to damaged doors to damaged countertops to damaged tile to missing hardware on the cabinets to all of our black hardware being painted white...it just hasn't been a fun experience at all. We didn't build. We purchased an inventory home being used as a model home for 1 year and closed in less than 4 weeks (around Christmas). During the celebration meeting, I pointed out issues such as dirty/stained grout, repainting needs, whole/gap in cabinet, broken sliding door handle, sloppy work in the master bath and other areas, as well as overall wear and tear issues given that the home was used as a model. Where do I begin? Pulte and specifically, its staff is stretched thin on local construction coordinators/managers. That, along with just very little oversight caused lack of quality control during our build process. I was basically their QC person each time I visited my home during the construction process. The homes in this neighborhood range from $600K+, but the quality of workmanship and materials is that of a house less than half that price. Pulte was a very desirable choice for us because we could customize a lot and the home choices had the space we need for our large family. If you are closing on a Pulte Home, try to ensure all major items are fixed prior to signing. Reported items afterward do not get addressed and you are ignored. It's just rude and disrespectful, this is a very common conversation with other homeowners in the neighborhood. They may have a 30% profit margin for their shareholders, but it comes at the expense of their customers.

We reposted a lot of things on our last inspection that was not fixed. The AC was not working, and the AC company mentioned they had a ticket for that before closing, and was never fixed, so they knew about it. It was not a great experience at all
