Do their homework care about the buyer I closed on a home that was 3/4 finished with promises that it would be taken care of and til today 6 weeks after closing they still are not completed they never return calls and they have poor service I wish I could sell back tomorrow

Home owners have construction manager to care about their needs.

Had a great experience, everyone involve did an amazing job. Very happy with the overall process .

Landscape needs improvement Distance between buildings too small in my neighborhood Garage door poorly installed .was subsequently fixed

Over all , it's alright, but needs to concentrate more on finishing touches.

The material is good, but the architecture and workmanship were not so good, with several errors and rework (pandemic times). In the house, there is an Irritating creak noise when walking on the second floor since we got the key (due to a rework, not well-done, baths tiles are misaligned). The Driveway blocks are uneven in some areas in front and back of the house. The lamp switches are not standard places, it is oriented by cost, not by the functionality or standardization, even with space to install it. The dark color and position of AC increase the energy consumption. It is impossible to stay in the garage in the afternoon due to a garage door dark color unhappy architecture definition. The model house had a driveway enough to park 2 cars in front of the garage, but our house almost there isn't a driveway, impossible to part a car and to put the car inside the garage we need to maneuver several times to park the cars due to a small space. The house is beautiful and confortable. The complex is looking nice. I am in love with my new home!!!!

Not really one of the best builders around. People on the company not really customer service focus “think more and company than customers. Field manager “tony” hreat worker and person.

Everyone we worked with was super helpful, the home is beautiful and we are extremely happy with the quality and ongoing support.

I have very bad experience with Pulte . Before closing 3 days , we walk through house and we founded so many things which are not properly installed . At the day of closing , we walk again and we founded 20+ things which Pulte did not resolved till that day . THEY PROMISED TO US EVERYTHING WILL BE DONE . We make the agreement, after closing 15 days PULTE should complete the list . Today , 6 weeks after closing list is not completed, and they are apologizing all the time , with excuses and sorry for inconvenience. I can prove all calls which I made to PULTE TEAM ( more than 50 ) , emails ( more than 50) text messages ( over 50 ) and of course agreement which PULTE signed with me regarding all 20+ issues will be done 15 days after closing. Are garage door was painted the wrong color I told pulte about it and nothing was done.

This is my second home purchase with Pulte and almost might be my last. It was a true headache from the beginning with the sales center and lack or attention to detail and communication. The saving grace was the field managers who actually communicated very well and helped along the way. If I was to purchase again and saw the same sales team I dealt with I would leave. To obtain any updates from them was like pulling teeth. Even the local main office was also terrible at communicating. Due to covid we had supply issues but my home started after homes that had been purchased after me because the sales rep forgot to submit everything on time. ... More

We chose Pulte because of name recognition for quality homes. Unfortunately we are not impressed by what we received and there are still issues with our home. I would definitely have to think twice if I were ever to buy from Pulte again.

Everyone that we directly worked with was great. We love our house location, style, and layout. However, I feel like for the price we paid, the quality does not match. It seems like corners were cut to put cheaper material in where just doing it right the first time would have been better. When you find beer bottles in your home during the construction process you really question who is actually building your home. I think for the price point, Pulte could have done better subcontracting trades.

Pulte Homes has had a good reputation, but unfortunately I am very disappointed in the entire buying/building process. 1. Pulte sales told me the property is not in a flood zoom but actually it is. Two weeks before the closing I was told a flood insurance is required because it is in a flood zoom. 2. The house was built with three car garages but with a narrowed drive way only allowing to access two. This is due a special county regulation about the drive way width, which Pulte does not tell buyers until the house is built. 3. Dry walls were soaked with water due to opened windows on rainy construction days. Pulte refused to replace dry walls since they already dried when examined. 4. After we moved in, workers are still using my outdoors outlets. Most of the time it triggered the circuit breaker due to overloading residential circuit which is not designed for industrial uses. There are clear signs showing private residency and camera monitoring in the front yard but this never works. Worker stealing power was caught on video. Things were not smooth since start and then issues with construction, delay in the closing and now going through the issues that I'm seeing in the house that were noted at the time of closing and here after 2 month still not fully taken care. And seeing the how much least bother the Pulte group is in resolving these issues. I would recommend to buy some older house instead.

The experience with Pulte was great specially with Dale and Maria. They are just perfect peolple for Pulte. Thank you for every thing you have been done for us.

This was good home buying experience

The builder needs encouragement, like any employee. They are very busy and can get side tracked with so many jobs going on at the same time. They are not self starters but if you make needs known sometimes they will work with you. For the most part they cannot custom anything. They have some phenomenal people working for them and that can make any organization great. We had some excellent experiences w/ some staff.

All the Pulte team from sales to closing are top notch.
