This company is very irresponsible, I handed over the house with a large water leak, in bathrooms and an invoice of more than USD859 for this problem, the garden grass was handed over dry in a terrible state. I paid for an electrical connection for an electric car and it was not there, the dishwasher did not work, many touch-ups due to failures in doors, walls, the roof was distorted outside the house, the interior doors are raised with a space of at least 2" left girls, poor quality cabinets, worst of all, is that the water is 30 centimeters deep. This is the worst business of my life. the house does not have any construction quality for the price. Poorly painted, caulking missing on all walls, exposed drywall, hunched walls, none with 90 degrees, all doors scratched and poorly painted as well as door frames. The air conditioning has been damaged 5 times, the last time I was without air conditioning for more than 24 hours and they still haven't given a solution. All issues were uncovered after closing. Below are areas of concern 1. Poor quality paint job despite paying for an upgrade 2. Cheap finishes in the home from faucets/shower heads (paid upgrade), carpet (paid upgrade), tile (paid upgrade), bathroom sinks (paid upgrade) are poor quality and cheap looking. They only started to be upfront after surveys were given. We were told originally that our building would be completed in about 8-10 months. It took almost 2 years. The only updates we received were when we reached out. The construction manager (second one that replaced the first one that left the company) was upfront and transparent initially but didn’t correct all the issues brought up at the walk through. SUPPORT SYSTEM : The sales agent Gisabel was not that helpful and very seldom reply to queries, which were always delayed and worsened after the closing period. The construction manager Finley did not do the proper walk-through during the initial and final inspections of the property. After pointing out a load-bearing beam was left floating it took 3 months of constant asking for the contractor to actually fix the issue and only fixed it the day before they started hanging drywall. My parents bought a pulte home on 2006, man did this builder go down the tubes. From my "closing" to current day this house has been a nightmare. Construction manager ian has tried his best but his team has failed him every step. Bad woring , wrong doors in the house , stuck sliding doors, missing sheet rock, 4 nails in my cars tires because of no clean up, glass in my foot! Recently the walk in closet shelf collapsed and fell on my fiancée! The list still goes on! The quality of this house is a joke! The standards this company has is little to none!

Terrible craftsmanship, communications, zero honesty, responsiveness to issues was average or slightly above. People were pleasant to work with. The value of the home and the price I paid seem to be in two different worlds. I’ve been in my home for 1.5 months now still with items I’m waiting to be finished and finding more and more every day. Do their homework care about the buyer I closed on a home that was 3/4 finished with promises that it would be taken care of and til today 6 weeks after closing they still are not completed they never return calls and they have poor service I wish I could sell back tomorrow

Terrible post closure experience

The following transgressions have happened since moving into my home via the contractor next door: Pulte did nothing to stop theft of Water and Electricity. Came home to workers helping themselves to my water and power. This happened multiple days, had to call police to arrest behavior. - Built by cheap materials - Home design options were very cheap even after paying for the upgrades. It was better to receive the home with default design and install later. Particularly, I don't recommend buying appliances with Pulte. One can buy it from Home Depot for almost a half price. sloppy workmanship and not responsive

Pulte homes are built so quickly and with the cheapest materials. They sacrifice quality for the sake of completing the home to turnover quickly to satisfy shareholders. I have a full page list of items that need to be repaired, a stained kitchen sink, a broken drawer, paint on tiles, hinges, carpet, dead plants, etc. Scheduled the repairs with warrantee department but they never showed or call. Found out later that AG was on vacation. Suggest looking at every tile, molding, well everything. before closing or buy from another builder.
